Chapter 2004: Chapter 2004: Councilman Jing Yun

Sky Creation City has become the true center of the universe.

This city, after Jing Yan left this universe, underwent two expansions.

When high-level Supremes within the universe discovered alien arrivals, they gradually came to Sky Creation City, waiting for the Sky Creation City Alliance meeting. Originally, the councilman was from the Beast Clan, but now it is held by the Human Clan. "So far, according to the information gathered by the Sky Creation City Alliance, these aliens have been relatively restrained in their actions. Although there have been instances of plunder, it is still within the alliance’s tolerance range," Jing Ping said slowly.

"Councilman, these aliens should all have come from outside the universe. Recently, I’ve had a feeling that the number of aliens seems to be increasing; it seems like beings from outside the universe are continuously entering ours. If we don’t formulate a countermeasure, I fear something big will happen sooner or later," said a Guest Elder belonging to the Initial Creatures.

"However, who knows if these aliens are willing to come forward and talk with us."

Duanmu Supreme is one of the universe’s oldest Initial Creatures. In the past, he had some minor conflicts with Jing Yan, but those trivial matters eventually faded away with time. Now, Duanmu Supreme is also a Guest Elder of the Sky Creation City Alliance. Duanmu Supreme, being a plant life form, possesses unmatched defensive capabilities within the universe. His volunteering to communicate with the aliens was a decision the council, including Jing Yun, found appropriate.
