The members of the Gale Gang, Blood Hand Gang, and Shura Gang intended to follow the charge when the members of the Tengshe Gang rushed out. Within Hongmeng City, Jing Yan summoned the leaders of the four original gangs.

These four were Shi Tianshuo, Weng Mohan, Lin Jue, and Zuo Shulong.

"The Hongmeng City Guard Team is established, Shi Tianshuo as the Chief Captain. Weng Mohan, Lin Jue, and Zuo Shulong, you three are Vice Chiefs. Your former members will be mixed into four squads, and you can recommend candidates for squad leaders to me." Jing Yan said to the four.

Shi Tianshuo and others knew that their gangs had now truly become history. In the future, this region would have no more Blood Moon Gang or other gangs, only the Guard Team of Hongmeng City.
