The various question marks and uncertainties that littered his status window were gone. A bundle of new skills had been introduced, a bunch of new abilities. His aura had developed a type, his bloodline had developed skills, and even a new category had appeared, about his Aether.

Furthermore, he had gained three new domains, and the information about every new addition flooded his mind, their usage, their peculiarities, how he had gotten them, and the like, but unlike every other time. He wasn’t overwhelmed this time; his mind could process all of that information easily, and he could understand it now.

All his [Chaos] skills had been recently acquired. It was skills Aranus used as he battled Valus, and his natural gift as a dragon made his mind remember them all, even if he wasn’t there.

His Bloodline had gotten purer, developing skills of its own, although the aura usage of each was hefty. His aura had increased by a lot, enough that it could hold some weight against his mana, which had taken a tremendous dive.

Alan had grown out of the baby dragon phase; his mana production rate had taken a tremendous dive, or as other dragons called it, stabilized. Still, he had gained a lot.

Aether was a new addition, pitiful compared to his other reserves, but it had a unique ability. Grand Unifying Scripture was able to merge different things, whether it be attributes, energies, affinities, or the like, and force cooperation among them. However, his Aether reserves severely limited this ability, for the moment.

Alan still had a lot to learn about this new form of energy and about everything else he had gained. The most interesting addition was the new domains.

Originally, the Jade Palace belonged to James until Alan acquired it and changed it. It was a powerful domain, but it was unlike the other domains he had seen, such as the Mirror world and the Grave of Redeemed Steel. Those domains focused more on a single victim caught inside, whereas the Jade Palace was more fit to be used against an army.

Crucible of Chaos had belonged to Aranus, and it was the standard true type of domain. Only, considering who it belonged to, it was leagues above what anyone would consider normal. Strangely, Alan couldn’t access the information about it. Using it would also consume all of his mana, which simply spoke of how powerful it was.

He’d have to sacrifice his most powerful reserve to use it once...

However, the two others, Obsidian Sanctum, born of his darkness affinity, and Shadow Star Dance, born of his shadow affinity, were peculiar. Unlike Crucible of Chaos and the Jade Palace, which had former owners, these two belonged completely to him.

They weren’t second-hand, and that fact made Alan... happy, to say the least. The information about Obsidian Sanctum revealed that it was a fortress-type domain, opting to draw out the fight as long as possible instead of finishing it as soon as possible, like other domains. It was a reinforcement type domain, suiting Alan a lot, considering how much of a tank he was.

It was boosting his already nonsensical sturdiness to a new height and was also forcing anyone caught within to expend energy to avoid the domain’s effects continuously.

Star Shadow Garden was the same. It manifested through the Mantle of Shadows and released every shadow he had within the mantle as a force of destruction. Instead of targeting the victims caught inside, it targeted their shadows. Anyone caught inside would have to continuously expend their reserves to protect their shadow. Even someone with an affinity for shadows would find it hard to survive within.

However, that wasn’t the magnificent part of these domains; the truly amazing part was that they were compatible with each other... and the Jade Palace.

While they could be used separately, their strength reached new levels when used with one another. Obsidian Sanctum, Star Shadow Dance, and the Jade Palace made up for what each other lacked.

These domains were meant to be released together, as one, so they could maximize their full potential. Jade Palace for its forces, Obsidian Sanctum for its Defense and Endurance, and Star Shadow Dance for offense.

The result of these domains was death for anyone who wasn’t a member of the Prime Species. Simply because nobody else had the reserves to survive long enough for Alan’s reserves to run out.

Only a Dragon, God Beast, or a Void spawn could survive long enough.
