Chapter 93: Flying Livestream (1)

Chapter 93 – Flying Livestream (1)

In a bustling district, inside the study room of Principal Pang’s room…

Principal Pang currently sat in a chair, with two young men seated opposite him.

Held in Principal Pang’s hands was a black-leathered certificate with five words printed on the cover, the words stinging his eyes.

“Principal Pang, have you finished reading the certificate?”

“Y-Yes,” Principal Pang answered as he returned the certificate with trembling hands.

“Our superior should’ve already notified you of our identities yesterday.”

“Y-Yes, he did. I do not doubt your identities.”

“That’s good, then,” one of the young men said, nodding. He then took out a document from the satchel he carried and passed the document to Principal Pang, saying, “Principal Pang, this is a confidentiality agreement. Please sign it.”

“…” After accepting the agreement and carefully reading through it, an ugly expression appeared on Principal Pang’s face. He then asked, “May I ask what this matter is about?”

“No. Please sign it,” the same youth said politely. However, despite his polite tone, it was apparent his words left no room for doubt.

After silently deliberating, Principal Pang picked up the pen from the coffee table before him and signed his name on the confidentiality agreement.

“Thank you for your cooperation,” the young man said as he took the document, folded it, and placed it bag into his satchel. He then took out a small cylindrical device from the satchel, got up from his seat, and walked around the study.

Seeing this, Principal Pang started fidgeting in his seat. He felt as if invisible waves of pressure were repeatedly assaulting him.

“Everything seems fine. Principal Pang, please turn off your mobile phone and leave it to us for temporary storage.”

“Okay.”

While Principal pang was shutting down his phone, the young man holding the cylindrical device stored the device back to his satchel. He then walked up to the study’s door and made three knocks on it.

Knock, knock, knock.

Knock, knock, knock, knock.

After the young man’s colleague behind the door replied with four knocks, a series of strange noises came through the door. The noise resulted from the young man’s colleague sealing off every gap between the door and the door frame using a special tape.

“Just what is going on here?”

Sweat started pouring out of Principal Pang’s forehead when he realized what was happening.

Meanwhile, the young man that remained seated looked at Principal Pang and said, “You’ve already read the confidentiality clauses. If you reveal any content of our conversation today…”

“I understand. Please speak.”

“Good. You must know of a student named Chen Yu, right? Year 2, Class 2’s Chen Yu.”

“Chen Yu?!” Principal Pang’s eyes widened…

During the school’s afternoon recess, Chen Yu played truant once more.

When he arrived back home, he was relieved to see that none of his family members were home.

Pushing open the door to his bedroom, he was greeted by the sight of Little Peach typing away at the computer, not a trace of fatigue present on her face.

“Mr. Chen, you’re back.”

“Mhm. Now that no one’s home, I’m using this chance to have my bedroom repaired,” Chen Yu explained as he tossed his school bag aside. He then pointed at the white box sitting in the corner of the room, saying, “Stop coding for now. Help me move all the sensitive things in the room to the warehouse; the propeller, mask, haori, cheongsam, and whatnot.”

“Okay.”

Little Peach promptly jumped out of her chair and got to work.

Seeing this, Chen Yu pulled out his phone and dialed the number of the renovation specialist.

“Hello? I’m the one who placed the order on Alibaba. Where are you at, chief? I’ll go downstairs to pick you up afterward. Okay, okay…”

Hanging up the call, Chen Yu also started helping Little Peach with the move. He simply could not help but worry about letting Little Peach handle such an important task. After all, this artificial intelligence was even worse than he was.

In less than 10 minutes, all items that shouldn’t be seen by others had disappeared. These items included even the books Chen Yu had used to conduct his review in the past. Not one clue connecting him with Transdimensional Review’s uploader remained.

“Everything should be fine now.” After giving his room one last look, Chen Yu walked into the living room and instructed Little Peach, “Go invisible now. Don’t reveal yourself without my order.”

“Understood!”

After seeing Chen Yu out of the house, Little Peach removed her one-piece dress and activated her invisibility. She then stood at a side and quietly waited.

Very quickly, the security door to the house opened once more as Chen Yu led three renovation workers into the house.

“No need to remove your shoes and just come in,” Chen Yu said. However, as soon as he turned around, he could not help but gnash his teeth when he noticed the crumpled dress sitting before his bedroom door.

That idiot.

Striding forward quickly, Chen Yu picked up the dress, balled it up, and threw it into the nearby bathroom. He then turned around and fawningly smiled, saying, “It’s here. Everyone, come in.”

“Sure, sure.”

The wisened middle-aged man walking in the renovation workers’ lead nodded before entering Che Yu’s bedroom. He then squinted his eyes as he scanned the bedroom.

“It’s this ceiling board and the holes above it. Can you fix it?” Chen Yu asked as he pointed at the damaged ceiling.

“We can, but we’ll need two whole days to make a full renovation.”

“No need to fully renovate them. I just need you to fix the damaged part.”

“How about we forgo the concrete and just fix the ceiling board?”

“Yes, that works! There’s also the floor tiles. Can you replace the broken ones for me?”

“Sure, we can get them done quickly.”

After knowing what he needed to do, the renovation specialist took a few photos of the ceiling and floor with his phone before tasking one of his apprentices with purchasing the necessary construction materials. Afterward, the specialist and his remaining apprentice started working on removing the damaged ceiling board.

In the end, the renovation crew had worked from 12 P.M. to 3 P.M. to complete the repairs Chen Yu wanted.

Although the colors of the purchased tiles and ceiling board were slightly different from the original, Chen Yu did not nitpick as he happily paid the renovation fee.

After sending off the three renovation workers, Chen Yu quickly hid away his smile and held up his wrist. Canceling his watch’s invisibility, he started using it to control the invisible camera to stalk after the three renovation workers.

Only after the three workers had split up with each other did Chen Yu stop stalking them and recalled his camera. At the same time, he could not help but praise himself for his prudence.

At this time, Little Peach came out from her invisible state and looked at Chen Yu’s room, saying, “Mr. Chen, if it’s only this level of repairs, even I can do it.”

“You can’t do anything right!” Upon hearing Little Peach’s words, Chen Yu immediately flared up in rage. Going to the bathroom and picking up the dress he tossed away previously, he then tossed the dress at Little Peach’s face as he bellowed, “Why didn’t you hide your dress away?!”

“…I forgot.”

“…” Rubbing his swollen temples, Chen Yu sighed and said, “I’m going back to school. We’ll conduct the livestream once I come home tonight. Focus on coding for now. Only when you are making money, do I feel that you are still an A.I..”

“I won’t do it again next time,” Little Peach said as she lowered her head and removed the dress covering her face.

“Oh, I’m certain you’ll do it again, and it’ll be magnitudes worse. I’ve seen through you already.”

After saying so, Chen Yu pushed open the security door and left the house.

“Uu…” Scratching her head, Little Peach walked back into Chen Yu’s room, butt-naked. She then sat down before the study table and started tapping away at the keyboard. While typing, she muttered, “I can’t help but feel that I forgot something again…”

Evening, 7.15 P.M.:

Chen Yu arrived back home from school.

Currently, Mother Chen was making dinner, Chen Erke was drawing, and Chen Sanke was tightly hugging her empty feeding bottle while running circles around the coffee table.

As for Chen Yike, her whereabouts were unknown.

“I’m home.”

“Big Brother, you’re back! I love you ❤~” Chen Erke ran over and hugged Chen Yu’s left leg.

“Big Brother, you’re back! Love you! (*╹▽╹*)” Chen Sanke also ran over, holding her bottle with her mouth, and hugged Chen Yu’s right leg.

The two were still eyeing each other with hostility and striving for favor from Chen Yu.

“Good girls.”

As Chen Yu ruffled his two little sisters’ heads, a delightful feeling spread in his heart.

This was the way of “balance”…

Walking to his room, Chen Yu’s mind was filled with thoughts of tonight’s livestream as he unlocked the door to his room.

“Mr. Chen, welcome home,” Little Peach greeted as she jumped off her chair.

“Mhm… Hmm? Why aren’t you wearing any clothes?”

At the same time, inside Chen Yike’s bedroom…

Chen Yike wore a sad expression on her face as she picked up the dress she found lying before her elder brother’s bedroom.

“Hah… My perverted Big Brother…

“What should I do…”
