Chapter 1264: Call Me Big Brother
Chapter 1264: Chapter 1264: Call Me Big Brother
Zhou Hengguang seemed to be taking pictures all around with his camera, but in reality, every shot was aimed at the diligently busy Su Qing. There were side profiles, back shots, turning around, bending over, and even shots of her raising her hands.
Each photo was very attractive, including a front shot where she caught the camera and glared angrily upon realizing she was being sneakily photographed.
Seeing Zhou Hengguang, her scalp tingled; he definitely had a problem.
Far from being angry at being glared at, he was actually more excited.
“You’re still shooting.” Finally, after being caught in the act of sneaky photography again, Su Qing couldn’t take it and tried to snatch the camera, but Zhou Hengguang nimbly dodged her attempt. Not only did she fail to take the camera, but due to the inertia of her body, she nearly fell into Zhou Hengguang’s arms.
“You…” Su Qing didn’t want to be angry, but this man just had a way of provoking her.
“What’s wrong with me?” Zhou Hengguang’s handsome eyes filled with confusion, and he asked seriously with a furrowed brow, “Is there something incorrect? Big Brother asked me to protect you; am I not doing a good job?”
One had to admit, his tactic of bringing up Zhou Hengyang was effective, and he had indeed done a very good job along the way.
If it weren’t for the annoying fact that he was sneakily taking photos with his camera, it would have been even better.
“You’re doing very well,” Su Qing said through clenched teeth, trying hard to keep her cool and not let her emotions get the better of her.
“Then let me hear you call me ‘Big Brother.’
“What?”
“Say ‘Big Brother’ and let me hear it.” Zhou Hengguang lowered his head, leaned in a bit closer, and suddenly his profoundly handsome face magnified before Su Qing’s eyes, the impact was too much for her to handle.
In that moment, Su Qing’s breathing stopped; she could only look up at him in a daze, her mind a total blank except for the sound of her own rapid heartbeat.
Time seemed to freeze at that second.
The whole world stopped turning.
It was only when Su Qing felt warm fingers gently caressing her cheek that she suddenly came back to her senses. Then she took deep breaths, her cheeks flushing uncontrollably. She had forgotten to breathe and had been holding her breath all along.
Only then did she notice her chest heaving up and down with each breath.
Zhou Hengguang touched his own face, a slight smile curling the corner of his lips, revealing a very faint grin.
“Are you okay?” The smile from before disappeared so quickly it felt like an illusion. The man in front of her was still serious, looking puzzled while maintaining a not-too-close, not-too-distant manner.
“You… I’m warning you, don’t go too far, and don’t be too shameless.” Su Qing found that when someone shamelessly played dirty, it was truly detestable.
It was also her own fault for being moved, for having looked foolish. And she was even more upset with herself for repeatedly being put in such an embarrassing position by him.
Faced with accusations of shamelessness, Zhou Hengguang didn’t even frown. Instead, he nodded seriously, “I won’t deny that I am very shameless.”
Su Qing: “…”
There was no way to communicate any longer.
“However…” Zhou Hengguang’s voice rose slightly at the end, his elegant deep tone like a hook that tantalizingly itched at one’s heart, his lips curving into a meaningful, lingering smile, “I won’t change.”
Su Qing felt so infuriated she wanted to spew blood. It took great effort for her to suppress the insults and turn to walk away.
There was nothing she could say to someone like him.
He admitted to his shamelessness and made it clear he wouldn’t change. What could she do?
How could a normal person argue with a shameless one?
If she really got into a quarrel, wouldn’t that make her shameless too?
Su Qing wanted to leave, but Zhou Hengguang wouldn’t allow it.
“You haven’t called me ‘Big Brother’ yet!”
“Why should I call you ‘Big Brother’?” Su Qing took a deep breath, “Give me a reasonable explanation.”
