Chapter 360: Chapter 356 ~ Return and Rewards

Yuuji blinked.

His vision blurred for a moment as reality shifted—colors and light reforming as he returned to his own world. He opened and closed his eyes a few times, allowing them to adjust.

The dim, familiar outline of his room greeted him.

Soft shadows stretched across the walls. Moonlight filtered faintly through the curtains. The quiet hum of the air conditioner filled the stillness.

On his bed, beneath tangled sheets, Yuna, Nina, and Aika slept soundly.

Bare skin peeked from under the covers, their bodies still faintly glistening from earlier exertion. Their breathing was slow and deep, exhaustion evident in the way they had collapsed where they lay. Even so, faint, satisfied smiles lingered on their lips.

A warmth settled in Yuuji's chest.

His yukata dissolved into motes of light as he quietly slipped beneath the covers, careful not to disturb them too much as he eased himself between the twins.

The mattress dipped slightly.

"Yuu-kun…?" Yuna murmured sleepily.

"Mm… Yuuji…" Nina followed, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Yuu…" Aika breathed out, instinctively shifting closer.

Though still deeply asleep, the three of them reacted as though a missing piece had returned. They gravitated toward him without opening their eyes—arms draping over him, bodies pressing close, their warmth enveloping him completely.

They nestled against his chest and shoulders, faces brushing against his neck as though confirming he was truly there.

Yuuji chuckled softly under his breath.

He wrapped his arms around them in return, careful and gentle, and pressed a tender kiss to each of their foreheads.

Yuna's lips curved faintly upward. Nina let out a content sigh. And Aika tightened her hold ever so slightly before relaxing again.

They were utterly spent.

He let them cling to him for a few quiet moments before carefully reaching for his phone on the bedside table. The screen lit up, casting a faint glow across the sheets as he opened the Multiverse Group Chat.

Messages were already appearing.

[Kiryuu Aika: "Are you guys back~?"]

[Shiba Tatsuya: "We've returned."]

[Suzuki Satoru: "I'm back in Nazarick as well."]

[Albedo: "Likewise."]

[Chiba Erika: "I'm back too!"]

[Lelouch Lamperouge: "I've returned as well."]

[C.C: "Mm."]

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "I'm back too. Everyone, good work on this time's mission. Glad we were able to finish everything safely."]

[Tsubakihara yuuji: "And let's welcome our newest member as well. Welcome to the Multiverse Group Chat, Rias."]

[""Welcome!""]

[Rias Gremory: "Thank you everyone. Everything's still… hard to believe. But I'll adapt quickly and try my best as much as I can."]

When Rias was invited to the Group Chat, Akeno and Koneko didn't mind and agreed with Yuuji and the others' decision. However, Kuroka became a bit pouty since she wa salso curious about other worlds they would be exploring. 

It was only after Yuuji promised to bring all of them to the other worlds they've been to that Kuroka relented and agreed as well.

[Kiryuu Aika: "Hehe~ Don't sweat so much, Rias-chan~ We're all helping each other out, so relax!"]

[Kiryuu Aika: "Oh, by the way! You should have gotten a gift from the Group Chat! Try checking your Inventory and open it! I'm curious what you'll get!"]

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "Mm. I'm curious what you'll get as well. But just to be safe, you should do it in our estate. You're guaranteed an SSR, so you might receive a new power, which could be dangerous to your surroundings."]

[Chiba Erika: "That's right. Although no one has had an accident, it's better to be careful."]

[Rias Gremory: "Okay. I'll be careful."]

[Kiryuu Aika: "Don't worry~! I'll be protecting her and everyone around!"]

[Kiryuu Aika: "Ah! But before that!"]

[Kiryuu Aika: "Should we leave Rias's guaranteed SSR as the finale? Let's get our rewards first and open our gacha rewards first from the mission!"]

[Rias Gremory: "Oh, that might be a better idea. I want to see what kind of things you can receive from the Group Chat."]

Everyone agreed, and they soon began collecting their rewards and receive their 10+1 Free Gacha Pull chance. 

Yuuji navigated himself to the quest tab and received his rewards. 

There were seven normal missions, each rewarding him with 1000 GCP, and a special mission of Killing Rizevim, rewarding him with 5000 GCP, for a total of 12,000 GCP. 

Then, the additional missions for defeating a number of stray devils for 100 GCP each rewarded them with 3000 GCP for 30 defeated stray devils. While the additional mission for defeating unique high-class or above devils for 500 GCP each rewarded them with 4000 GCP, 7 of which were high-class stray devils Momonga hunted, and Vali who Yuuji defeated. 

They've also received 2000 GCP for defeating 4 unique sacred gear users, which were Vali, Issei, Kiba, ,and Asia during their training. 

And finally, they received an additional 5000 GCP for killing all three leaders of the Old Satan Faction within the Chaos Brigade. 

In total, each member has received 26,000 GCP in rewards, in addition to the support items granted by the Group Chat for the mission and the free 10+1 Multiverse Gacha pull. 

[Kiryuu Aika: "Wow! We got a lot of points!!!"]

[Shiba Tatsuya: "It's easily the most points we've ever received form a mission, is it not?"]

[Suzuki Satoru: "Yeah it is. It's amazing!"]

[Lelouch Lamperouge: "It's thanks to your hunts, Satoru-san. It added quite a bit of GCP for us."]

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "That's right. Thank you, Satoru-san"]

One by one, everyone thanked Satoru for his contribution in their hunts, which resulted in quite the amount of points. 

[Suzuki Satoru: "Haha, it's a bit embarrassing to be thanked this much. You're welcome, everyone. I'm glad I could be of help."]

[Kiryuu Aika: "Now then, to the gambling!!! Who wants to open your free gacha first!"]

[Shiba Tatsuya: "Alright. I can go first."]

There was a brief moment of pause filled with anticipation and curiosity as Tatsuya. 

Then soon a message arrived from him. 

[Shiba Tatsuya: "I got 8 commons, an uncommon Gun Proficiency and Baking Proficiency, and a rare Amulet of Protection. They're quite nice. I'll be giving this amulet of protection to Miyuki.]

[Kiryu Aika: "Nice!!"]

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "That's great! I'm sure she'll be happy. And I'm sure she'd love to eat anything you'll be baking her.]

[Lelouch Lamperouge: "You also got Gun Proficiency. Your skills with the gun will be even greater."]

[Shiba Tatsuya: "Indeed. I will try to bake her something tonight.]

Although he didn't receive any SR or SSR, Tatsuya was quite satisfied with these rewards.

[Rias Gremory: "Wow, so even the rare-ranked items are so powerful.]

[C.C: "That's right. And Yuuji's been getting a lot of items above rare rank. You can imagine what sort of ridiculous things he got."]

[Albedo: "My love is blessed by the universe."]

[Chiba Erika: "Seriously. His luck is so dumb. Give me some of your luck too!]

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "Hahaha…"]

Yuuji could only let out a hollow laugh. After all, he knew himself how incredibly powerful his [Luck] trait he had as part of his [Divine Physique] SSR. He had received the most SSR and SR ranked items out of everyone here thanks to his [Luck] trait, which also allowed him to reroll the result of one 10+1 draw once a day. 

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "I'm sure you guys will get more good stuff too!]

[Suzuki Satoru: "Well, I'd like to try my luck as well, so I will go next!]

A few moments later, Satoru's message appeared.

[Suzuki Satoru: "I got 8 commons, a rare ranked magical chalice which makes any drinks I want infinitely, a rare ranked hat of invisibility, and a rare ranked Scroll of Enchantment: Greater Luck. It's… Well, it could be worse.]

The two magical items were nothing special, but the scroll of enchantment was quite nice. He'd be able to enchant it to an item to increase his luck for the next time he pulls the gacha. He also couldn't be upset for receiving three rare-ranked items.

[C.C: "I'll go next."]

Right after Satoru, C.C went ahead to pull for her free 10+1 draw. 

[C.C: "Ah, I got lucky."]

[Kiryu Aika: "Eh? What did you get?!"]

[C.C: I got Cooking and Childrearing Proficiency, several commons, and a SR Necklace.]

[Chiba Erika: "Oh? Which SR Necklace?"]

[C.C: "It's this one."]

[C.C: [SR] Cataclysm

A necklace emanating an aura of pure malice. A broken obsidian crystal floated, kept together by an unknown force while still separated as it hung from a thin, dark chain. [Tsubakihara Yuuji: "It's really powerful! Congratulations, C.C!]

[Kiryu Aika: "I want to see how it looks! Send me a pic, C.C!"]

[Kiryu Aika: "Oooh! Its so cool!"]

[Rias Gremory: "It is very pretty. And the effects… It's on par with a Longinus Sacred Gear.]

[Albedo: "Congratulations, C.C."]

[C.C: "Thanks. It kinda conflicts with my Circlet, which prevents the activation of dark magic around me, but it's still good. Also, I'm living up to my Witch moniker, I guess."]

[Lelouch Lamperouge: "I opened mine as well. I got nothing particularly exciting, except for a Scroll of Anti-Magic. So, we can move on to the next."]

[Satoru Suzuki: "Don't mind... Go next."]

[Albedo: "I shall open my rewards next."]

A few moments later, Albedo's message appeared once again.

[Albedo: "Ah… I unfortunately receive nothing interesting, even after rerolling my draws. A few useful proficiencies and a financial asset within the Draconic Kingdom which can be used as a leverage for assimilation if we so wish."]

[Satoru Suzuki: "Albedo… As long as they do not antagonize us, let them be."]

[Albedo: "Of course, my Lord. Just an assurance."]

Soon after Albedo sent that message, Yuuji felt his phone buzz again.

A private notification.

[Satoru Suzuki: "Yuuji-kun! Please don't let Albedo enslave the Draconic Queen just because she can!"]

[Satoru Suzuki: "An alliance and mutual cooperation would be good, but I'd rather not have the Draconic Queen kneeling in front of my throne."]

Yuuji stared at the screen for a long second.

…That was a very specific concern. And yet—

Not entirely unfounded.

Albedo was powerful. Charismatic. Beautiful beyond mortal standards. And when she decided something belonged to Yuuji, her persistence could rival divine law itself.

If she chose to "negotiate" personally with a monarch—especially one who had already caught wind of Nazarick and Yuuji's might—the outcome might escalate faster than anyone anticipated.

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "I… Don't think it'll go that far. But I understand. I'll talk to Albedo about this."]

[Satoru Suzuki: "Thank you, Yuuji-kun!"]

Yuuji returned to the group chat room, and it was Aika's turn to pull her gacha.

The results…

[Kiryu Aika: "Ah… Aside from some sexy lingeries, I got nothing much. Just some hotels, resorts, and Management, Gun, and Muay Thai proficiencies.]

[Chiba Erika: "It should be reversed… The sexy lingeries are the most irrelevant here!"]

[Lelouch Lamperouge: "Don' t mind her. There'll be no end to it."]

[Kiryu Aika: "Ah! Lelouch, that's mean! Now I have to buy new lingeries myself for my next sexy photo set for hubby!"]

[Lelouch Lamperouge: "Yuuji, how about you go now?"]

[Tsubakihara Yuuji: "Ahahaha… Alright."]

Yuuji navigated to the gacha draw menu. And after taking a deep breath, he pressed the 10+1 draw button. 

The results… 7 commons, 2 uncommon, and a rare one-time use Scroll of Dispel Curse, something he can already do himself. 

"Well, I can't get lucky every time. Reroll it is."

Using the ability of his [Lucky] trait, Yuuji rerolled… And the screen shined brightly with rainbows. 

"No way…"

Yuuji stared at his screen in disbelief. 

Surely… He couldn't have drawn another SSR?
