Wizard: Stronger through Marriage

Chapter 465 - 188: Secret Realm Exploration

Chapter 465: Chapter 188: Secret Realm Exploration

Sten cautiously landed on one of the islands.

David’s Soul Avatar quietly observed everything from within his soul, his Spiritual Power spreading out to explore the surroundings.

He discovered that various exotic plants grew on these islands.

Some of the plants even emitted a gentle aura of Magic Power, clearly precious medicinal herbs.

In the center of the island, there stood an ancient stone tablet engraved with mysterious runes.

Sten walked closer to the stone tablet, attempting to decipher the information on it.

David’s Spiritual Power also focused, sensing that these runes contained a powerful force, seemingly telling secrets of the Secret Realm or clues to deeper regions.

Just then, a fluctuation in space suddenly occurred, making both Sten and David alert.

They sensed a strong presence approaching; evidently, other members of the Wizard Organization had also entered the Secret Realm.

David quickly retracted his Spiritual Power, ensuring his presence remained undiscovered.

Sten pretended to continue studying the stone tablet nonchalantly, but his hands secretly tightened around his Magic Staff, ready to respond to any potential conflict.

"Sten, be careful, there’s a dangerous vibe from these people."

David felt a tightening in his chest, an overwhelming sense of danger rushing at him.

He felt that the wizard might not have passed by accidentally but had targeted Sten from the beginning.

"Yes, Master," Sten nodded.

As the presence drew nearer, David realized these wizards were from the Sea Cape Tower.

"Edmund," Sten frowned.

Edmund was a renowned Crystalization Mage in the Wizarding World.

He was acknowledged as one likely to become a First-Ring Mage in the short term.

Edmund, with a cold smile, approached Sten slowly, a disdainful look in his eyes.

Just a mere Liquid Mage, yet dared to ruin the master’s plans repeatedly; today shall be his end!

Sten sensed the hostility from the other, knowing he couldn’t sit idly by.

Quickly calculating his options, he secretly prepared defensive and counterattacking witchcraft.

"Looks like you intend to resist."

Edmund sneered, his voice tinged with mockery and threat.

Sten raised his head slowly, looking calmly at Edmund, the current calm just the quiet before the storm.

He was ready for battle, but his expression remained serene, "I don’t know who you are looking for, but I advise you not to act recklessly."

Edmund, upon hearing this, smirked dismissively, clearly not taking Sten’s warning seriously.

As a Crystalization Mage, he was truly just a step away from becoming a First-Ring Mage, thinking it so easy to kill the Liquid Mage before him.

Edmund raised his Magic Staff, softly chanting a Spell, the air filling with a humid aroma.

Sten knew this was the precursor to Water Magic.

He swiftly mobilized the Energy within him, ready to face the imminent attack.

"Water Curtain Splendor!"

Edmund shouted lowly, waving his staff, countless water droplets splashed from the crystal, converging into water curtains in mid-air, pouring down on Sten like waterfalls.

The water curtains contained immense impact force, enough to tear steel apart.

Sten dared not take it lightly, he rapidly directed Life Energy within him, forming a layer of tough Energy Armor on his body surface.

His body as hard as steel, he charged toward the water curtain.

The water curtain collided with Sten, producing a metallic crash, yet Sten’s steps didn’t halt for an instant.

Edmund’s eyes flickered with surprise; he hadn’t expected Sten’s Body Refining Art to be so formidable.

But he was only slightly surprised, chanting another Spell, this time targeting beneath Sten’s feet.

"Water Prison Cage!"

With Edmund’s spell completed, the ground beneath Sten surged with large amounts of water, quickly forming a water prison, trapping Sten within.

The water flow in the prison, like living creatures, continuously pressed against Sten, trying to suffocate him.

Sten felt his breath hitch, yet he did not panic.

Drawing a deep breath, Body Refining Energy within him erupted once again, power surging like a volcanic eruption.

The water prison began to tremble under his strength, cracks appeared gradually.

But as Edmund steadily continued to reinforce the water prison with his Crystalized Spiritual Power.

"Seems Sten won’t be a match for the opponent," David concluded internally.

Then, he directly activated the Ice Element Mark within him, terrifying Ice Power spreading from within Sten.

Crunch crunch—

The sound of freezing echoed, and the water prison was almost instantaneously frozen solid!

"This is..."

"Ice Mage, who is it? Come out for me!"

Watching this scene, Edmund’s expression changed slightly, the opponent’s Ice Power able to freeze his water prison.

It was evident the opponent’s strength wasn’t inferior to his own.

David hadn’t intended to hide himself, his figure appearing beside Sten, his entire body shrouded in a faint chill.

Edmund felt slight pressure upon David’s appearance, sensing the extraordinary Ice Power emanating from the Ice Mage before him.

What worried Edmund most was that the presence was merely a Soul Avatar.

Just a Soul Avatar and this strong, he found it difficult to gauge the true power of the other!
