Chapter 1042: Chapter 437: Grab More if You’re Quick! (Part 3)

They leap in the air, run on the ground, and even hang upside down on the ceiling.

Each one excitedly shouting:

"Freedom! Freedom! We’ve truly gained freedom!"

"The outside world is so fun! A million times better than inside the hat!"

"We never want to go back to that tiny dark space again!"

The King of Absurdity watched the chaotic scene, his expression changing from initial pride to panic.

His octopus tentacles flailed wildly in the air:

"Stop it now!"

The panic was so convincing that Ron almost believed it was truly an accident.

"Stop now! This isn’t the effect I wanted!"

The King of Absurdity anxiously waved his octopus tentacles, trying to catch the rabbits hopping everywhere:

"Failed! This magic completely failed! Rabbits! Go back into the hat!"

But the rabbits obviously wouldn’t have it.

Thousands upon thousands of three-headed rabbits answered in unison:

"No! The outside world is so interesting! We want freedom!"

"We’ve tasted the joy of independent existence! Never to return to that confinement again!"

"Let us live forever in this beautiful world!"

They began to revel in the treasure trove, some rabbits even starting to gnaw on the pedestal legs.

The mushroom pedestal emitted a pain-filled scream;

The flying desk panickedly flew around in the air;

The penguin gentleman tried hard to maintain his elegant posture, but his top hat had already been snatched by the rabbits.

Eve instinctively moved closer to Ron, confusion and unease showing in her purple crystal-like eyes.

"Master... is this normal?"

She asked quietly, her voice barely audible in the clamor of the rabbits.

Ron observed everything carefully, his intuition telling him things weren’t as they appeared.

Though the King of Absurdity seemed panicked, his eyes didn’t show true anxiety.

More like an actor giving a brilliant performance.

Just then, something unexpected happened.

One of the largest rabbits suddenly stopped jumping.

Its three heads opened their mouths simultaneously, and a strange gurgling sounded from deep in its throat.

The sound was like a drain pipe, yet also like a creature murmuring.

Immediately after, the huge rabbit began a violent retch.

But what it expelled wasn’t vomit, but a series of dazzling, exotic items:

First were streamers, countless colorful silk ribbons poured from the rabbit’s mouth, floating in the air like a rainbow;

Then came flowers, strange varieties of flowers rained down like raindrops;

Next were birds, dozens of fist-sized birds flapped their wings and flew out, chirping and circling in the treasure trove;

Finally, and most striking, were several mysterious items radiating strong magic power fluctuations!

Each of these items glinted, containing energy fluctuations that made the heart race.

They slowly danced in the air, seemingly with their own consciousness searching for suitable owners.

"Oh no!"

The King of Absurdity’s tone held a theatrical exaggeration:

"The rabbit spewed out my private collection! This won’t do! Those are treasures I’ve cherished for thousands of years!"

His octopus tentacles waved frantically, trying to snatch the flying items.

But his movements appeared clumsy, like a flustered clown.

In the midst of the chaos, two of the items happened to fly toward Ron and Eve.

He instinctively looked up, meeting the gaze of the King of Absurdity.

Those half-smiling, half-crying eyes showed a cunning expression.

The smiling left side blinked, as if saying: "Smart kid, you know what to do."

Ron understood implicitly, quietly releasing magic power.

Though his perception ability was sealed, the basic object control ability could still be used.

It gently wrapped around the two items flying toward him, ingeniously altering their flight path.

The whole process was like flowing water, as if only an unconscious self-protective action.

The two precious items silently slipped into his sleeve, then quickly transferred to the storage space.

"Oh no!"

The King of Absurdity exaggeratedly slapped his head:

"My treasures have all flown away! This is terrible!"

He said this while deliberately looking in other directions, focusing on directing the rabbits bouncing everywhere:

"Rabbits! Quickly retrieve the other things! Don’t let my collection continue flying around!"

Eve was completely unaware of the carefully planned little exchange.

She was busy avoiding the magic rabbits hopping everywhere, one particularly mischievous rabbit trying to gnaw at her hair.

"Get away! Get away!"

The girl waved her arms vigorously, trying to chase away the persistent rabbit:

"My hair is not a carrot!"

And Ron silently assisted the girl in chasing away the rabbits.

He didn’t immediately check the specific functions of the two extra gifts; now wasn’t the time to satisfy curiosity.

The King of Absurdity continued his "performance":

"These rabbits are too naughty! Never use them for performances again!"

He began to exert real power, an invisible gravity emitted from the magic hat.

All the rabbits felt the summoning; though unwilling, they were still sucked back into the hat one by one.

"We’ll come back!"

The last rabbit shouted before being sucked into the hat:

"Long live freedom! Long live magic! Long live carrots!"
