After they walked past the door, they entered a sterilization room. Standing in the center of a glass room, Du Beiye spread her arms while being sprayed with mist.

"Change into this," Mo Junjie said while handing a set of protective suits to her.

Holding onto the suit, Du Beiye sighed in her heart when she saw how ugly it was, but she still wore the suit. When they were done with the procedures, Mo Junjie finally led her to another room.

The moment she entered the room, Du Beiye saw rows of glass jars placed neatly on the shelves. Inside were various specimens.

She walked closer and noticed some rotten flesh inside the jars. Besides that, there were also countless glass vials filled with liquid. Reading the tags, she realized those were blood samples from zombies, Mutants, and humans.

"Are you doing an experiment related to DNA mutation?" she asked suddenly.

Mo Junjie was renowned for his research on DNA mutation before the apocalypse, so he did not plan to hide his research on the zombie at all.

He nodded and let out a soft hum. Afterward, he took out several blood samples from a glass cabinet and placed them on the long table. He beckoned her to come closer and said, "These are the blood samples you want."

Du Beiye walked over and stared at the samples.

At first, Mo Junjie thought that she would need glass vials for experiments or at least microscope slides. Unexpectedly, he saw her directly put a drop of the blood sample on her palm.

Although she wore a protective suit, her behavior was reckless. Just based on this, he knew that she had no experience in the research field.

The moment Du Beiye read the information, she looked at Mo Junjie and said, "Mo Junjie, this is not Feng Zhen’s blood sample. Where is his blood sample?"

The moment she finished her words, she left the laboratory and went to the hospital without looking back.

She could get Feng Zhen’s blood sample directly and solve this matter herself. It was because she trusted him that she wanted to share the test result with him. Unexpectedly, he was not worth her trust.
