After a moment of silence, he looked at Lustin Volkov and asked, "Commander Volkov, what is your plan?"
Lustin Volkov knew that this bargaining chip was enough to entice the Phantom Team. He gestured for them to take a seat and said, "Captain Jin, my base is currently lacking not only food but also water and medicine. I want to borrow your team’s supplies to solve the emergency."
