After breakfast, she went to the grassland. Seeing her, the mutants were no longer as aggressive as yesterday.
"Good morning, everyone," she greeted them with a smile.
While no one replied to her, Jiao Lizhi didn’t feel angry. She glanced at everyone and said, "I believe that all of you have made your decision. Those who want to stay can stand on the left side, and those who want to leave can stand on the right side."
As soon as she finished her words, only Feng Yuxuan stood on the left side. The rest of the mutants chose to leave.
Jiao Lizhi didn’t expect him to choose to stay. She looked at him and asked, "Feng Yuxuan, are you sure you want to stay here?"
Feng Yuxuan nodded and replied calmly, "There are too many uncertainties, and I can’t take the risk of being exposed to the Facility. Unlike others, almost everyone in the Facility recognizes me."
When she heard this, Jiao Lizhi went silent for a moment before she nodded. "Very well."

With both his and Fu Guai’s disappearances, added to Jiang Ziyi’s unknown whereabouts, it would be strange if the organization didn’t send people to investigate this matter.

The mutants nodded and followed her instructions. After everyone closed their eyes, a blue light enveloped them. The next moment, a mechanical voice echoed in Jiao Lizhi’s mind.

When the countdown hit zero, the mutants let out painful groans and broke out in cold sweat. The process lasted for one minute.

Jiao Lizhi looked at the unconscious mutants before she turned to Feng Yuxuan. With a wave of her hand, she removed the barriers trapping the mutants.
"From today onwards, you are free to go wherever you want in this place."
"Can I take a look at that house?" Feng Yuxuan asked as he pointed in the house’s direction.
"Sure. Except for the master bedroom, you can go anywhere. You can go to the warehouse and granary area, too. If you need anything, just take it yourself," Jiao Lizhi nodded.
Taken aback by her sudden generosity, he asked, "Why did you treat me so well suddenly?"
Hearing this, Jiao Lizhi only smiled and said nothing. The next moment, she disappeared from the space and reappeared in her condominium.
Checking her watch, it was almost 8 o’clock in the morning. After she wore her thick jacket and wrapped herself in a warm, soft scarf, she left her home.
Since the snow was cleared by the guards every morning, the accumulated snow on the road was thin. But riding a bicycle was not as easy as before. Yesterday, she almost fell several times while riding her bicycle. So today, she chose to walk instead.
