Awakening The Only SSS-Rank Class! Now Even Dragons Obey Me

Chapter 745: A Huge Lost

Chapter 745: A Huge Lost

Smoke and dust slowly spread through the sky.

The aftermath of that massive explosion still lingered in the air. The ground was cracked, buildings had collapsed, and what was once part of the Goblin Guild’s territory had now turned into a burned and shattered ruin.

Out of all those massive structures, only a few main palaces were still standing, and even they were covered in deep scars.

A heavy silence filled the area.

Then the sound of footsteps.

From within the smoke, a figure slowly walked forward.

"...Impossible." Jason’s eyes widened.

He saw something he couldn’t believe. For a moment, he even thought he was hallucinating.

Daniel.

Completely alive.

His body had wounds, parts of his clothes were burned, and his breathing was slightly heavier than before... but he was alive. Standing. And his gaze... was still the same cold and dangerous one.

Then he laughed.

"Hah... hah... that’s it?"

A loud, open laugh filled with mockery.

His voice echoed through the ruins.

"All that display... all that power... just this?"

Jason stepped back.

For the first time... real fear appeared on his face.

"You... how are you still alive...?!"

He was sure that attack should have killed this bastard. There was no way anyone could survive something like that.

He even doubted that his brother, the leader of the Goblin Guild, could come out of that attack unharmed without using his trump cards.

And even then, he would have had to pay a heavy price.

Yet this bastard was standing in front of him almost completely fine, with only a few surface wounds.

How was that possible?

Had they misjudged this kid’s strength all this time? Misjudged his threat level?

Could it be that in this entire war... this bastard was actually the biggest threat to their guild?

It wasn’t like they had completely ignored Daniel or seen him as an ant not worth paying attention to.

In fact, it was the exact opposite. After it became clear that he was a known Fallen and had the ability to summon powerful beings, the Goblin Guild considered him a potential threat.

But not to the extent that he could become a threat to their entire plan.

Now, however, Jason understood that they had been wrong.

Daniel was the biggest threat to their entire plan!

"Honestly... I’m not sure myself." Daniel raised his hand and slowly rolled his neck.

His eyes narrowed slightly.

"If that damn poison hadn’t weakened a bit... I might be dead right now."

For a moment, his gaze deepened.

And in truth, his instincts told him that if he had died, he wouldn’t have been able to come back, even with his extra lives.

Fortunately, it hadn’t come to that. He had managed to protect himself using his defensive skills.

But it wasn’t that simple.

Jason’s attack had been truly powerful, and besides using his defensive abilities, he had also been forced to borrow the power of the Fallen.

It had been a long time since he had last borrowed that power. This battle had forced him to do it again.

Anyway...

Now that the arrays were destroyed, it was his turn.

Suddenly, he disappeared.

"—!"

Jason didn’t even have time to react.

In an instant, Daniel appeared in front of him. His sword, The Heavens Honor, split through space with a pure energy aura.

Strike.

Jason raised his hands in panic and gathered mana.

[Elemental Barrier Collapse]!

A shield made from the four elements formed and shattered.

Like glass breaking, it collapsed under Daniel’s raw power.

The strike hit his body directly and sent him flying back. The ground beneath him split as he was dragged across it for several meters.

"You... you’re a monster..." he coughed. Blood spilled from his mouth.

But Daniel didn’t stop.

He attacked again.

Jason, in fear, made his final attempts.

[Infernal Tempest Collapse]

A storm of fire and wind rushed toward Daniel, but Daniel walked straight through it. The flames touched his body but couldn’t stop him.

[Oceanic Pressure Prison]!

A massive pressure of water closed in around Daniel, but with a single swing of his sword, he cut through it.

[Earthshatter Domain]

The ground shook. Pillars of stone erupted beneath Daniel’s feet, but he moved through them...

Faster than they could be followed.

Then strike and this time direct.

Jason screamed. His body bent from the impact, and he dropped to his knees. Blood... spread everywhere.

His breathing broke.

"N-no..." his eyes trembled.

"H-help...!"

He shouted.

"Help me!"

And as if they had been waiting for that moment from afar, a wave of Awakened appeared.

The Goblin Guild’s legion.

Dozens, maybe hundreds, rushed toward Daniel at high speed.

They were the same ones who had been ordered to fall back to protect the guild. They had just returned a short while ago, but hadn’t interfered in the battle.

Until now.

Daniel only smirked.

A cold, mocking smirk.

"So you finally showed up?" Then he moved.

This wasn’t a battle anymore، It was slaughter.

His sword danced in the air. Every movement split someone in half. Every step was followed by blood.

No one could even get close, one attacked, his head was cut off.

Two more, their bodies were split apart, five fell at the same time in a single motion.

Screams rose and quickly... went silent.

Just a few seconds.

That was all it took for the entire legion... to be wiped out.

These trash were B and A ranks, how could they even be a threat to him?

This was a legion that could have destroyed many of the country’s guilds on its own, and only S-rank guilds could stand against them.

Yet this entire legion was slaughtered by Daniel in just a few seconds.

They weren’t even worth his time.

Even so... their deaths would still be a huge loss for the Goblin Guild.

"...What..." Jason saw the scene and his body trembled.

At that moment, he tried to run, he forced his body to move but a shadow fell in front of him.

Daniel slowly... walked toward him.

"Where do you think you’re going?"

He reached out, grabbed Jason by the collar, and easily lifted him off the ground as if he weighed nothing.

"N-no... wait..." Jason’s eyes were wide with terror.

Then he dropped to his knees.

Actually... he knelt.

"Please... don’t kill me..." his voice trembled.

"I’ll do anything you say... just—"

Daniel stayed silent for a moment, his gaze fixed on him.

He hadn’t expected this trash to be such a coward. It didn’t suit him at all.

In fact, Daniel had thought that even in this situation, he would resist until the end and choose to die with dignity.

But it seemed he was wrong.

This bastard was nothing but a coward.

"...Really?" his gaze deepened slightly.

"So this is the truth?"

"All this time... you were hiding this fear?" he tilted his head slightly.

Jason said nothing.

In the face of death, who isn’t afraid?

From his point of view, only idiots tried to act brave, and even they were afraid deep down.

Daniel raised his sword and slowly placed the edge of The Heavens Honor against his neck.

He applied a little pressure.

Blood slowly seeped out from his skin.

"So... what should I do with you?" Then, in a calm but heavy voice, he said:
