Chapter 3986 - The Bee-Headed Mount

"What the hell is that?" Tianming almost thought he was mistaken. He had seen a bee-headed person’s skeleton before, back in Ebonia’s Oldgod Domain, but those remains were only a few meters tall. The current bee-headed person however, was a true astral giant of the stars!

"It feels like... Huang Qi." He had gotten a glimpse of Huang Qi in visions from the bee-headed people’s caeli before. She was a being formed of stars and was the first cosmic god Tianming had ever seen with his own eyes.

She had indeed left a deep impression on him.

The bee-headed person before him had a humanoid body that was nearly indistinguishable from a normal human cosmic god. It wore armor and clothes and wielded cosmic artifacts, but its head was unmistakably that of a bee.

"Now it’s got a mount, which gives it options beyond soul attacks," Ying Huo said from Tianming’s right arm.

"Exactly. But how many of these bee-headed things are there? And how many can it control?"

Tianming frowned.

"Probably not many. This one’s likely its limit. It wants to kill you and take your other Primordial Chaos Beasts, especially the three that haven’t hatched. If it had more power, it would’ve used it by now," Ji Ji said with chilling clarity.

"This thing’s way more troublesome than the two idiots in my head...." Tianming could already feel the terrifying pressure of the merged power of Sixth's vita and the bee-headed body.

"Who are you calling idiots?" Bai Ye snapped.

"Whoever gets offended by it, obviously," Bai Ling chuckled.

"Then I’m not offended," Bai Ye huffed.

Tianming gave them a look, then turned his gaze back to Sixth's vita. "I think it’s clear to all why this guy alone has forty-five infant souls, more than both of you combined!"

The bee-headed giant lunged at him. In response, the strange clouds and mists of the Sea of Order violently churned, erupting with a thunderous roar.

"Shit!"

Tianming looked up and saw, behind the giant, at least a million smaller bee-headed people approaching! They were each about ten meters tall, equivalent to overflower astral gods. They rapidly spread out, forming a massive black-and-gold sphere that completely trapped him within.

As for the bee-headed giant, its physical body had the same terrifying toughness as a specter. Its speed was also immense as it made a beeline for Tianming and arrived in front of him.

This time, Tianming didn’t dodge. He gripped the Grand-Orient Sword with both hands and slashed with the Heaven-Rending Star Diagram.

The sword art summoned an ocean of starlight. As it fell, it resembled an entire starry sky, layered with all twenty of Bai Ling’s infant souls, crashing down to meet the bee-headed creature’s punch head-on!

"Sixth's vita may have forty-five infant souls, but now that it’s been separated from the Ancient Oldgod Domain, its soul power is weakened!"

At the same time, all four of his lifebound beasts launched their close-range divine abilities right into the bee-headed giant’s chest.

Tianming was still once again sent flying by the punch, and over ten thousand of the swarm were collateral damage. However, knocking into so many of them had also left Tianming battered and bleeding, his totems shattered.

The only good news was that Ying Huo and the others’ divine abilities had wounded the bee-headed giant, and Bai Ling’s soul attack had damaged Sixth's vita!

But Tianming had obviously come out the worst of the two sides.
