[Orb Points: 668]

[Confirm Purchase?]
"Yes!" Rean and Roan accepted together.
Immediately, Rean, Roan, Celis, and Kentucky felt their Soul Connection strengthen. The invisible link between their souls seemed to be able to stretch outward much farther than before, and they could now maintain their connection across a distance of up to ten thousand kilometers. Considering how large the Celestial Plane was, it was still a relatively small range, but it was already a considerable improvement over the one thousand they had before.
As for Appraisal and Array Translation, there wasn’t any noticeable change they could feel from either of those two upgrades. That was only natural, as neither ability affected their bodies or souls directly. They would simply be available whenever they encountered an item that needed to be appraised or an unfamiliar array that required translation.
"Seems like that’s it," Rean commented with a satisfied smile.
Roan was interested in something else, though. "Sister Orb, what about the Zone God Cultivation Technique?"
[It is here,] Sister Orb confirmed. [Well, not exactly here. Instead, the price to research the Zone God Level Cultivation Technique will be zero. I still need to use my system to devise it.]
"I’ll help you so it can be finished faster," Roan offered once again. When Sister Orb had worked on the Aura God Technique, Roan and the others had assisted with the research, which had reduced the Orb Points required for its development.
However, Sister Orb immediately refused.
[No need. Yes, your help could potentially accelerate things, but this is something you have no need for at the moment. It hasn’t been all that long since you reached the Peak Stage of the Aura God Realm. You should focus on collecting resources and cultivation. By the time you reach the limit and are ready to break through, I will have the Zone God Level Technique finished.]
Roan pondered for a moment before nodding. "That would be a better use of our time indeed. Very well, it’s up to you."
[On it!]
"So we are done with the upgrades, right?" Kentucky asked, sounding as though he had already lost interest in the topic.
"We are," Rean confirmed. "Is there anything you want to talk about?"
Kentucky pointed at Luxa and Lunelle. "Just some curious thing I’ve noticed about the two of them. In your story, the Old Fox was born with a single Tail. Luxa, on the other hand, was born with two Tails straight away. I think it is safe to say that the Old Raven was likely born with a single Long Tail Feather as well. Lunelle, obviously, was born with two."
He paused briefly, organizing his thoughts before continuing. "I know that the History Echo only showed fragments, although many of them were important. That said, I think there was a reason why the fragments also showed images of the time when the Old Fox and Old Raven had four Tails. Both of them looked very old by then, quite close to the end of their lifespans, I believe."
"Why is it that Luxa and Lunelle were born with two Tails? Also, if the Four Tails is something to go by, I think that their ability to control the Goslau Echo could probably be unlocked at that Tail Count."
Rean, Roan, and Celis had to admit that Kentucky’s theory made sense.
"Then it can be an objective for them to strive for," Rean said. "Luxa is likely to get there first, too."
Luxa’s eyes immediately lit up. ’Four Tails! Yes! I work hard! Get new Tail and use Echo! I will be strong like everyone!’
"Good!" Rean stroked her head with a smile. "We will look forward to it. But even if you can’t control the Goslau Echo, you are already plenty strong. Don’t worry too much if you don’t get to do that. You are the best fox."
Luxa nodded proudly. ’I’m best fox!’
Roan looked at Kentucky. "As for why they were born with two tails straightaway, that is likely due to the Celestial Plane’s environment. In any case, that is a good thing, so no need to think much about it."
"Well, that’s true," Kentucky agreed.
"Alright," Celis said, bringing the conversation back to the matter at hand. "Now we should check on what could possibly be our greatest reward from this expedition."
Everyone immediately knew what Celis was talking about.
Obviously, it was their access to the Vinx Great Void!
The entire Great Void was now their Dimensional Realm to use as they saw fit. Unlike an ordinary Pocket Dimensional Realm or other storage space, however, the Vinx Great Void wasn’t merely a small isolated world. It contained countless universes, along with everything that existed within them.
There was more. One of the best advantages of a Great Void was obviously its strength.
As mentioned in the past, if you entered your Dimensional Realm and left the Spatial Entrance behind, experts could attack it and potentially destroy your Dimensional Realm while you were still inside. For the owner, that was almost a guaranteed death. Even if the entrance itself wasn’t easy to locate, the possibility remained.
But what about an entire Great Void?
That was definitely not something just anyone could destroy. What kind of power would even be necessary to destroy an entire Great Void? That was difficult for them to imagine.
Of course, the twins’ group was even more interested in all the resources they now had at hand.
Rean couldn’t help but look excited. "So many things we can make use of..."
[...or so you are probably thinking, right?]
Rean’s mouth twitched.
Seems like his happiness at having the entire Vinx Great Void would be short-lived. "Go ahead, say it. Just what kind of bullshit restrictions are there to use our Vinx Great Void?"
Roan, Celis, and Kentucky also paid attention. They had already learned that whenever Sister Orb used that tone, there was usually something they needed to know before getting too excited.
[To be fair, there aren’t many. It’s just that the ones that exist will make you quite sad.]
Sister Orb continued before Rean could complain.
[The first and most important thing you must know about having Great Void access is that you can’t bring anything from Vinx to the Celestial Plane.]
Rean’s expression became serious.
[The second one is that whatever you bring from the Celestial Plane to the Vinx Great Void can’t be used by anyone in there either.]
"So, that’s to say..." Rean slowly processed the restriction. "Even if we bring these extremely cheap Celestial Stones to Vinx, no one there can use them. We can’t give them to Calina, Qia, and the others, is it?"
[You can give them to your friends,] Sister Orb corrected. [It’s just that they will be nothing but some pretty stones in their hands. The point of this restriction is that nothing you bring from the Celestial Plane can affect the Vinx Great Void. Naturally, having access to an unlimited supply of Celestial Stones would completely shift the scales of the entire Great Void toward anyone you would like to be at the top.]
She continued, making the reasoning behind the restriction even clearer.
[The Great Void itself has its own rules, its own laws, or, to be more specific, the Echo. It is the fundamental power that guarantees Vinx Great Void’s Balance. If you could simply introduce Celestial Plane resources and have them function normally, you could completely disrupt that Balance.]
Roan narrowed his eyes. "We are the owners of Vinx. And yet, we are powerless?"
[No, no, no!] Sister Orb quickly corrected him. [The four of you—Rean, Roan, Celis, and Kentucky—can keep your power even if you go there. You are the owners, so there are no restrictions on your strengths. What I said is that anything else with origin in the Celestial Plane won’t have any effect whatsoever there.]
Roan nodded slowly. "It isn’t as bad as I thought then."
Rean also relaxed. The distinction was important. If even their own powers were suppressed upon entering Vinx, then the Great Void would be far less useful to them. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case.
"Since those are the rules," Rean noticed another point, "it means we can work on things related to the Celestial Plane in the Great Void, right? For example, I can create and charge a new System Armor with materials from the Celestial Plane, even Godly Crystals. The Great Void won’t stop me from doing that in there. It’s just that if I try to use it or give it to anyone else to use in there, it will lose its effects completely."
[Exactly!] Sister Orb confirmed. [That said, you can build your own personal workshops to work on things from the Celestial Plane without any issues. As long as they have no effect on anyone or anything in the Great Void, they will work normally. The only thing you can truly keep is your pure strength.]
"That’s good enough," Rean said. He then remembered something else. "By the way, paying a visit to our friends and family shouldn’t be an issue, right?"
[Of course! If you want, you can go see them right now.]
"That’s exactly what I wanted to do!" Rean’s smile immediately became bright again.
