Chapter 2015: Library of the Primordials!
Max frowned slightly.
Saint Reiner continued, "When I first got my hands on the incomplete Seven Divine Veins method, it was broken beyond recognition. Most people would’ve written it off as some ancient body cultivation remnant with no real value. I spent centuries researching it, comparing it against lost techniques, studying old battle records, digging through forbidden ruins, and testing it on myself over and over. Only after all that did I manage to complete the Seven Divine Veins."
His voice grew heavier. "But while completing it, I found something strange. The Seven Divine Veins didn’t feel like the end of a body cultivation path. They felt like preparation. Each vein strengthens one part of the body’s foundation, but together, they seem built to support something far greater."
Saint Reiner looked directly at Max. "The Origin Vein strengthens the root of physical existence. The Vitality Vein strengthens recovery and life force. The Speed Vein strengthens movement and reaction. The Strength Vein strengthens raw physical force. The Resilience Vein strengthens endurance and resistance. The remaining veins, if you manage to open them, should round out the body’s balance. Once all seven exist together, I believe they form the true foundation needed to step into a higher body cultivation realm."
Max’s eyes sharpened. "What’s that higher realm called?"
Saint Reiner shook his head. "I don’t know."
Max fell silent.
Saint Reiner’s expression carried regret, but his voice stayed steady. "That’s the part I never found. I searched for names, records, techniques, and inheritance fragments, but everything beyond the Seven Divine Veins was either erased, hidden, or never properly passed down in this universe. All I can tell you is this. The Seven Divine Veins aren’t the final destination. They’re the gate."
"I see," Max said softly, his frown deepening slightly.
If even Saint Reiner didn’t have a clear answer about the body cultivation path beyond the Seven Divine Veins, finding clues would be extremely hard. Saint Reiner wasn’t an ordinary elder.
He was one of the greatest body cultivation experts in the Divine Realm, and he’d spent centuries studying this exact path. If even he’d only turned up fragments, the truth behind the higher body cultivation path had to be buried incredibly deep.
Saint Reiner noticed Max’s expression and smiled again. "Don’t look so discouraged."
Max looked at him.
"I don’t have the answer," Saint Reiner said. "But that doesn’t mean nobody does."
"Who does?" Max asked, curious.
"The Primordial Race," Saint Reiner replied solemnly, his gaze shifting toward the ancient halls of the Primordial Ancestral Domain.
"They’re the oldest force in the Divine Realm. Their history stretches back further than every palace, court, kingdom, sanctum, hall, and sacred clan gathered here today. If anyone in this universe has records about the body cultivation path beyond the Seven Divine Veins, it’d most likely be them."
Saint Reiner looked back at Max. "You’re a Primordial now. Use that. Visit the library of the Primordial Race. Search through their ancient records. Look for anything tied to body cultivation, divine veins, primordial physique, origin body, or paths beyond the seven veins. If there’s even a small clue anywhere, it should be there."
Max nodded. "I will."
Saint Reiner patted his shoulder again, this time with more weight behind it.
"Take care of yourself, kid," he said. "Things are about to get wild in our universe. The devils have gotten in, the Wall of Eternity’s been pierced, and forces that stayed silent for countless years might start moving again. You need to get stronger fast."
His old eyes sharpened once more. "And the next time I see you, I’d better see you go beyond the Seven Divine Veins."
Max’s expression turned solemn. "I’ll try my best."
Saint Reiner gave a satisfied nod. "Good."
He turned and walked back toward the War God Palace delegation, who were already waiting for him near the edge of the council domain. Garron Aresvale glanced at Max with a fierce grin before leading the warriors of the War God Palace into a glowing spatial passage.
Saint Reiner went in last. Before disappearing, he looked back one more time.
Max met his gaze from a distance. No more words passed between them.
A moment later, the spatial passage closed, and the War God Palace vanished from the Primordial Ancestral Domain.
Max stood where he was, Saint Reiner’s words still echoing in his mind.
The path beyond the Seven Divine Veins. The library of the Primordial Race.

The next day, Primarch Arvantos gathered the ten young Primordials once again.
This time, they weren’t in the grand council domain where the meeting with the devils had taken place. Instead, Arvantos brought them into a quieter hall inside the Primordial Ancestral Domain.
The hall was vast but not oppressive. Its walls were made of ancient bronze-gold stone, and countless faint runes flowed across them like silent rivers of light. A wide window opened on one side of the hall, showing off the magnificent scenery of the Primordial Ancestral Domain outside.
From where Max stood, he could see floating mountains drifting above golden clouds. Ancient palaces sat on distant peaks, primordial law rivers flowed through the sky, and enormous stone statues of forgotten experts watched over the domain like guardians from the earliest era of the universe.
The whole place carried a sense of age that couldn’t be found anywhere else in the Divine Realm.
Arvantos stood in front of the window with his hands behind his back. After a moment, he finally spoke.
"Now that the meeting with the devils has wrapped up, it’s time to talk about the truly important matter."
His voice stayed calm, but every word carried weight. He kept looking through the window for a few more breaths before turning toward Max and the others.
"The agreement with Varok only delayed the problem. It didn’t solve anything. The devils have gained a foothold in the Divine Realm, the Wall of Eternity has been pierced, and the Devil Race is still trying to widen the breach from the other side. If nothing changes, a true war is coming sooner or later."
The expressions of the ten geniuses turned serious.
