"That means..." Evelynn’s brows raised.

Schleya nodded, "Yes, Nadia became a Quasi Mythical Tier Beast within half a year, so we set out to inform you since she will be undertaking the other trial- which is to become a Deathhowl Revenant Wolf."

Everyone smiled as they knew Nadia would pass the first trial since she possessed a high Will to surpass her previous self after all those battles and transformations. However, their smiles dispersed as they heard her take the next step quickly.

They had already heard about the requirements- that a Nether Springs Death Wolf can only evolve in the Deathhowl Crypt, and evolving anywhere else will cause her to regress and suffer a backlash.

Davis couldn’t help but turn to look at Myria, wondering if that was even true.

"If the bloodline curse has forbidden it, then I suppose it would be possible to make them regress. It is similar to how Cornelia’s husband died as a Fire Phoenix but reverted to a Burning Phoenix when he revived after failing his tribulation. It would also explain why there aren’t any Deathhowl Revenant Wolfs in the Celestial Transcendent Galaxy and most galaxies. After all, if they can’t be born or evolved, then they would eventually go extinct."

"I see." Davis nodded, "We can only hope that she evolves."

"She will evolve without fail."

Evelynn and the others hurriedly comforted him as they saw veins appear on his forehead while he kept a smile. It seemed like he might break the Covenant and head to Nadia. After all, if she doesn’t evolve after dying- she will die for real.

It was not a laughing matter, nor was it easy. The wolf was not a phoenix to be reviving by itself. Only evolution could possibly restore its life.

How could a being try to evolve when they were dead? Was this like how he became a ghost when he died while facing Autarch Elluro Coldwing?

Davis couldn’t help but think, but he was also vexed.

Davis inwardly fumed. He did not send her to do such a dangerous thing when she said that she was only going to find some answers. However, taking a step back, he could let her go since it seemed like that was the only place that she could evolve, but to not wait for preparations to be made and head straight, he was worried sick, like he was caught off guard.

"Please don’t worry. Nadia said her chances of evolution were ninety percent as she is now able to feel the bloodline curse herself after becoming a Quasi Mythical Tier Beast." Schleya quickly said.

"Oh?" Davis raised his brows in doubt.

It was understandable that she was able to feel the bloodline curse, but since when did his Nadia become able to do calculations?

"I’ll go." Everlight strode forward, "It’s my fault that I didn’t store her soul before she left because we both were adamant. If she dies, I’ll revive her."

"No, I will do it." Myria also stepped forward, "You are needed to continue his cultivation."

"Aren’t both of you needed for husband’s cultivation?" Evelynn blinked.

Everlight and Myria’s expressions became blank.

Davis sighed.

Everlight was required the most, and Myria was secondary, but still, if they were both there, then his cultivation would proceed smoothly.

Honestly, she wasn’t sure if even Everlight could revive Nadia due to their opposite nature. In the same way, even she was not sure that she could revive Nadia with the bloodline curse, possibly making it extremely difficult for her to revive her.

Nadia was already an Anarchic Divergent due to fracturing the bloodline curse, so the tribulation for reviving her would be ridiculously powerful. Still, she had the confidence to overcome it. However, if push came to shove, she was ready to use the piece of Fallen Heaven.

Myria eyed him, knowing what they thought was possibly similar. She supposed he could tell if Nadia truly died using the Transitory Beast Taming Pact and Fallen Heaven in tandem. It was also a karmic treasure, after all.

She guessed if he truly wanted, he could spy on anyone and for souls that he was tied with, it goes without saying.

Davis turned to look at Schleya, "Is there anything else we need to know?"

Schleya nodded, "Other than Azbel proving his loyalty and returning with his father, yes, we brought a ton of resources, including over ten thousand Empyrean Grade Nether Devil Cores."

Davis shot up, and so did the others, their eyes wide.

"We could’ve brought six Exalt Grade Nether Devil Cores and many other Exalt Grade resources. However, we could not bring it to this layer, so we need to find another way to bring it. Until then-" Nyoran said dissatisfactorily, "The treasures are still in the Nether Springs Death Wolf Clan."
