Chapter 2193: Testing The Young Dragon

As the dragons spectated, Triton felt dizzy, the world around him constantly spinning. Never in his life had he been struck this hard before.

Not even when he was captured by that Zipangu General, as he struck his head with the back of his sword and made him fall unconscious before the fight even started.

And when he woke up, his powers were sealed, and he was powerless.

"Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!!! I’m not weak! I am my dad’s son!"

Triton gritted his sharp fangs tightly, having already regrown after they broke a few seconds earlier, his Aura surged once more, spreading like an azure and golden ethereal sea around him.

It was not just pure Divine Power, but also Soul Essence itself, Divine Soul Essence!

"I don’t want to lose again! That damn Zipangu bastard...! He completely overwhelmed me; he won with a single blow! And Drake here... he beat him so easily too! What am I?! Am I really my father’s son?!"

Triton’s eyes glowed with bright blue light, as his ocean-like aura twisted, transforming and suddenly summoning Soul Beasts from within, resembling giant Leviathans, dozens of them.

"Woah! I can do that?!"

Triton was shocked when he saw what his powers could do... And so were all the other Sea Dragons, and Drake too, who was flying towards him at lightning speed.

"What’s this? A new power? Show it to me!"

"RAAAAHHHH!"

Triton roared as he saw Drake’s serpentine body approaching, his Huanlong Evolution having made him at least three times as long and large as before too.

RUMBLE!

Triton’s Aura attacked him, constantly hitting his entire body as the oceanic aura spun around, Drake felt both his body and soul receiving damage.

Indeed, his soul too!

"His power has an innate Soul-Piercing effect?!"

Drake was shaken by this revelation, even more when he saw Triton roaring down, opening his jaws, and releasing a massive dragon breath of azure and golden color, a laser of pure concentrated Divine Soul Essence, so much in fact, that no dragon at his level would ever have.

Drake was slightly overwhelmed, mostly because he was not going serious on the boy, his gigantic body being pushed back to the sea!

"I won?! I won! Heheheh! I won!"

Triton celebrated happily as he rushed down towards Drake, only to see him quickly move back towards him, both clashing in midair.

"Hahaha! Not bad! You really pushed me down, boy!"

"Ugh?! You’re alright?!"

"Hah! What? You thought that was going to do anything to me?! Heh, how about I show you a small fragment of my powers?"

"Eh?!"

Triton’s eyes widened, as he saw Drake opening his maws, and releasing a titanic white colored dragon breath.

TRUUUMMM!!!

The amount of power was tremendously ridiculous, covering the skies almost completely.

It was not ten, or a hundred times stronger than his breath attack.

No, it was at least a million times stronger!

"WOOAAAH?!"

BOOOMMM!!!

Triton was sent flying into the skies as a massive explosion engulfed him. His Aura rapidly wrapped around his body, the Leviathan Soul Beasts born from it wrapping around him and protecting him from the damage.

"Hmm! Not bad, you’re really strong, Triton! You survived that!" Drake laughed. "I was ready to heal you after that; I really held back as much as possible. Are you alright?"

"Grrrr! Don’t mock me! I am strong too!" Triton said angrily. "I’ll show you! I AM MY FATHER’S LEGACY!!!"

RUMBLE!

The skies suddenly darkened as golden thunderbolts emerged from within, making the skies tremble constantly.

And in that moment, the Leviathan Soul Beasts born from Triton’s Aura fused into a gigantic Leviathan King, roaring mightily.

"ROOOAAARRR!"

And descending towards Drake, clashing against his body and pushing him down, as the seas beneath turned into countless spiraling vortexes, feeding the beast with more mass and power, making it gigantic.

"Ohoho! Now this is power! What the hell?! If you had used this against that bastard, it wouldn’t had been so easy for him to defeat you, Triton!"

"Ugh! Stop rubbing that over! Shut up!"

The boy roared, pointing his claws down, as the giant Soul Beast King he summoned opened its maws and devoured Drake completely, before exploding into an intense explosion of lightning and highly pressurized water, capable of tearing mountains to pieces.

BOOOMMM!!!

The Sea Dragons beneath watched the scene in awe and disbelief, most of them in awe over how incredible the battle was.

And yet...

"Hahaha, that hurt a little, not bad."

His body emerged amidst the explosion’s vapor, his eyes glowing with golden light, as he now was carrying a sword made of rainbow ice.

"Keep them coming, Triton! Today we’re going to squeeze out all the power you’ve got!"

"Ough...! Fine!"

Triton kept absorbing the ocean’s water beneath him, constantly empowering his skills and abilities, as he developed his Soul Aura as he clashed against Drake, who now began using his swordsmanship in combination with various spells.

"{Heavenly Abyssal Azure Nebula Domain}!"

Drake summoned his own domain as well, as thousands of stars emerged, made out of various elements, but primarily of light, darkness, ice, and fire, constantly bombarding and destroying Triton’s Aura.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

"Uuggh!"

Triton constantly fought back with more ferocity, the seas beneath shaping by his will as he began to finally get the gist of his true capabilities, something he had not trained this entire time.

"UUUOOOHHH!"

He roared, releasing his Aura as he saw Drake’s swordsmanship coming down, the dragon king’s sword unleashing dozens of slashing waves of Celenetial energies and divine power, combined with darkness, void, and chaos.

Indeed he was pulling all the guns now, making the boy go through all the suffering he could now that it was his first battle, as he knew this would define his future, he had to push him to his very limits right now.

"ROOOAARR!"

Triton’s special Aura spread into a strange Domain, shaping into countless of Leviathan Soul Beasts, roaring and reaching Drake, trying to pierce through his attacks and his magic, only to get demolished over and over again.

"DAMN IT!"

He roared again, the boy combining the Leviathans into a gigantic one, and yet Drake smiled, swinging his sword upwards, as a wave of rainbow light consumed the entire Soul Beast in an instant.
