Chapter 2194: Triton’s True Power Awakens

BOOOMMM!!!

A massive explosion of water and ice spread out everywhere, as Triton saw the strange rainbow frost rushing towards him, growing into gigantic, sharp glaciers.

"Aaaahh! T-Time out! Time out!"

Triton panicked, as he saw the attack coming, and Drake did not stop at all!

His eyes widened, and for that moment, he became desperate.

Adrenaline started pumping through his veins like never before.

And suddenly, he felt as if his Body, and Soul, were burning.

"UUUAAAHHHH!"

He screamed in both fear and anger, as his power suddenly reached its tipping point, and broke through a "wall" that had existed because he never tapped into his power.

The wall was his own physical body.

Drake and everyone else heard cracks...

Crack, crack...!

CRASH!

As the boy screamed, his entire body gained cracks and shattered into pieces, the shockwave destroying Drake’s incredibly strong ice like nothing.

"Oooh?!"

Drake’s eyes widened, as he finally saw what Triton’s true form was like.

Indeed, his true form!

What he was showing to everyone, his "physical form" was nothing but a materialization of his true body, something to exist and live normally without issues.

But his true form, contained within this materialized shell...

FLAAASH!

A bright light surged, golden and azure colors spreading through the skies.

Ran and the rest of the Sea Dragons watched in awe and disbelief, and so did Drake.

"Haaa... Haaa... Haaa..."

Triton gasped for air, feeling strangely light... his body was gone, having shattered apart, and suddenly revealing his true form.

"Eh?!"

His eyes widened, as he looked at his own arms, indeed, his Sea Dragon form was discarded, replaced by a giant, muscular, semi-humanoid dragon form.

And he was made entirely out of flowing ethereal energies, Divine Soul Essence, of azure and golden colors, resembling flowing water.

His translucent body was decorated by beautiful crystallization of it, forming his scales and horns, and hie eyes were two glowing spheres of golden and blue light.

And lastly, within his chest, there was a glowing ethereal sphere, his true soul.

"W-Wha...?! What? What?! What is this?!"

Triton felt scared, he didn’t even know what happened to him, he had simply screamed very loudly and tried to tap into every little bit of power he had.

And this was what he became!

"I knew it... Just like Surtr, Emerald, and Amethyst, this boy has a power unique to only himself, one that makes him completely fucking broken!"

Drake was not just choosing any dragons to become his disciples, he found the most talented dragons he could find, those with the most broken abilities, magic, and powers.

And Triton was his fourth!

After all, to defeat foes with ridiculous powers, he needed equally ridiculously strong allies.

"I feel so strange..." Triton muttered. "I... Ugh...! AAAAAGGGHHH!"

RUMBLE!

The entire Sea Dragon Realm trembled, as the Sea Dragons felt an immense power that surpassed them all!

The seas trembled, the sky rumbled, and it seemed that the entire world was coming to an end, cracks spreading everywhere!

"Aaah! What’s going on?!"

"Triton! He can’t control that form!"

"Drake, do something please!

The Sea Dragons panicked, as Dragon nodded, rushing towards Triton as he transformed into his true Dragon King form, his Huanlong form not being agile enough.

And he needed a more humanoid dragon form as well, growing four wings, six muscular arms, and carrying a weapon with each.

"Hey Triton, would you calm down?!"

"GYAAAAHHH!"

Triton roared monstrously, his eyes turning deep red as his mouth, fused with his blazing, ethereal body grew countless sharp fangs, opening and firing a gigantic beam.

BOOOMMM!!!

"Oof!"

Drake received the powerful attack with his swords, swinging them up and down, and to the left and right at rapid rotation, spinning them and creating a blade shield, as Celenetial energy and chaos merged, while he unleashed his powerful Limitless Path, creating a path for him to move through with his Abilities.

"Not bad, not bad! Your power is already much higher than before, boy!" Drake laughed. "You’re like a hundred thousand times stronger! Amazing!"

"However...! Not enough."

Drake moved forward, his aura erupting into countless swords of light, darkness, chaos, void, and ice.

"{Soul-Destroying Myriad Heavenly Void Nebula Blade Arts}!"

All of his energies gathered into the tip of all of his swords, as he swung them towards Triton, who rushed at him, blitzing through him with countless blazing punches and kicks, which packed enough of a punch to shatter Drake’s scales and armor.

"{Limitless Ascension}!"

SLAAASH! SLAASH! SLAASH! SLAASH! SLAASH!

"AAAARRRGGHHHH!"

Triton screamed in agony as dozens of slashing attacks cut through his entire body, his powers rapidly weakening as his entire being was shredded into pieces.

"There, much better... Wait, let me help you."

And then, he channeled one of his new Ascendancy Law Divinities as he saw the boy screaming in agony and his power rapidly weakening.

"{Primordial Ascendant’s Heavenly Dominion: Life & Creation}!"

FLAAASH!

Triton was quickly healed, encompassed by a pair of gigantic hands made of white and golden light, the pieces of his very being rejoining him and reattaching to him.

The healing power of this technique was immense, enough to heal the boy’s powerful Body and Soul.

And as this happened, the Realm of Sea Dragons finally stopped trembling, while Drake saw the boy return to his original Sea Dragon form.

"Looks like whenever he’s unconscious or weakened, he reverts to this "shell", huh?" Drake analyzed how Triton worked. "That’s very interesting..."

Once Drake went back to the oceans once more, he reached Ran, showing the sleeping boy.

"That was a wonderful battle, you’re truly or king," Ran smiled. "The boy also seemed to have finally showed his true power, it seems the fight helped him release it all."

"Yeah, now we’ll have to help him out get all that out and control it, it seemed that power was something he couldn’t control at all," Drake explained.

"Hmm, indeed, now, let me help him," Ran said. "If I sprinkle some of this into his body, and then some of this..."

Ran quickly gave Triton a bath made of the dust of Divine Soul Sea Crystals and also fed him with Elixirs composed of the blood of Soul Sea Beasts, alongside other divine treasures.

This helped Triton recover very quickly and also helped him grow stronger. After this big battle, his body had gone through a lot of growth, and all these materials and foods helped his body evolve and develop faster as a result.
