50,000 Years Later

Dimensional Convergence Laboratory, situated between Yggdrasil and Spiritias.

Drake stared at the large screen displaying the latest Universal Decay Rate analysis from recent years. His relaxed expression sharpened into worry as he noted the alarming spike over the past decade.

"It has been fifty thousand years since Loki's death and this world was saved. I thought we had far more time. Our plan is nowhere near complete. We need more time..."

"It appears we have none, Dragon King," Nexus replied. "I speculate that something within Earth's Dimensional Layers is accelerating the Universal Decay Rate."

"From Earth specifically? Why?"

"Father, I believe Nexus is referring to this."

"What? This is..."

Drake's eyes widened as he examined the infographic and analyzed data, revealing a real-time 3D model simulating events unfolding on Earth.

"The world we have worked hardest to isolate from our own... It is the cause?"

Beneath Earth's Dimensional Layers, several massive silhouettes appeared, nearly matching its size. They were spherical, stacked across dimensions, fused together. Their immense pressure sent ripples through the Universe, rapidly worsening the Universal Decay.

"The Dimensional Layers containing the Parallel Earths have suddenly collapsed into one another..." Kate said, adjusting her special glasses that allowed her to manipulate the surroundings. "Father... Could this be Oblivion's doing?"

"But why would he do this?" Drake asked. "I thought he wanted to protect this Universe. Was I wrong?"

"I warned you never to trust him, Drake," Nexus interjected. "His ambitions extend far beyond this Universe."

"..."

Drake sighed deeply, sinking into his chair. He wiped the sweat from his brow, drank cold water, and gazed out the window.

"We must act now. How much time remains before collapse begins?" he asked.

"Less than a hundred years..." Kate answered with a heavy sigh.

"There is still hope," Andromeda said, materializing behind Drake. "We have always overcome such crises, my love."

"I know, but I cannot go to Earth myself. Our world would crumble, and so would theirs. I have no choice but to entrust this to the Earthlings. We will support them however we can, even if we can never set foot there," Drake said, his voice laced with frustration. "Though perhaps you could... Wait, where is your big sister, Kate?"

"Benladra?" Kate hesitated. "Ah... Well..."

"What? Where is she?" Drake pressed, eyes widening. "Kate?"

"She... escaped to Earth after your last argument..."

"What? She went directly to Earth?" Drake shouted, stunned. "I warned her about the dangerous Time Dilation there! Why is she so stubborn? Haaa..."

"Well, Dad... She was furious when you told her to stop seeing that man from Earth," Kate explained. "She said she was in love with him. It felt a little unfair."

"But she is over fifty thousand years old! Why fall for a mere human from Earth?" Drake demanded. "He does not deserve my princess!"

"Dad..." Kate facepalmed. Andromeda followed suit, as did every scientist in the room. Even Nexus displayed a facepalming emoji on his screen.

"Enough. We will initiate contact with Humanity for the first time in millennia," Drake declared. "Though to them, perhaps only fifty years have passed. Nexus, what are the Fantasy Contamination readings?"

"Approximately fifty percent of their atmosphere has been infused with Fantasy over the last fifty years," Nexus reported. "Rifts connected to Dimensional Tears have begun appearing. Humans are adapting. Fascinating. Despite their fragility, they endure."

"Fifty years for you, then... Helena, I hope you are safe."

...

Earth, 2075

Unknown City

Fifty years since the Dimensional Convergence began.

BOOOM!

A brilliant silver star streaked from the heavens, crashing into the city pavement with explosive force. Screams erupted as people fled, abandoning cars while white flames spread across the crater.

"Ouch... That was a rough landing. Where am I?"

From the crater emerged a breathtaking giantess with clear blue skin, flowing blonde hair, and radiant yellow eyes. Yellow scales adorned her voluptuous form, while long golden horns crowned her head. Her massive, feathered wings unfurled, lending her an angelic aura as her magical presence leaked Fantasy, distorting the space around her.

"Ah, I made quite a mess, didn't I?"

She stepped cautiously from the crater, only to pause as figures emerged through the smoke of her descent.

Dozens of humans in white armor bearing the World Government Alliance emblem surrounded her, aiming weapons charged with unfamiliar energy.

"Don't move!"

"Stay where you are!"

"What level is this anomaly? It's enormous!"

"Her level keeps climbing... Level 2... No, 3? Approaching 4!"

"Are you serious? A Level 3 Spatial Corruptor?"

"Almost Reality Predator... Can we even contain this?"

"The Agents will take time to arrive. A Gate to the Hintergrid opened in District X just an hour ago!"

"Where are those Sinners we have been funding? Is our tax money wasted?"

"Please calm down. I mean no harm," the woman said gently, offering a warm smile. "Lower your weapons. I do not wish to hurt anyone."

"Don't move!"

"She's approaching! Fire!"

"Fire now!"

"Wait!"

A commanding voice cut through the chaos. A man stepped forward, positioning himself between the agents and the woman, halting their aim.

Youthful and handsome, with sharp green eyes, short black hair, and glasses, he wore a white lab coat emblazoned with the World Government Alliance emblem.

"Benladra... You really came."

"Aaah! Gustaf! My love!"

Benladra rushed to him, enveloping the man—nearly three times smaller—in a tender embrace and kissing him deeply, to the agents' astonishment.

"Stand down, men. She is not hostile. We have met before. The Higher Ups are aware, though her landing point was uncertain."

The agents stood speechless, watching one of their most respected doctors reveal a secret relationship with a highly dangerous Anomaly.

"Anomaly? Is that what we are called here?" Benladra asked.

"Yes, I am sorry. I know you are Yggdrasian," Gustaf replied. "But why return so soon? I thought you went to speak with your father about... us."

"I did, but he disapproved. He claimed you, a 'weak human,' were unworthy. I told him he had no right to decide for me. I am fifty thousand years old. I can choose my own path. So I came to live here with you," Benladra said, beaming. "Gustaf, let us build a family. I have chosen you as my mate."

"Wait, what?" Gustaf blushed deeply, stunned as the agents lowered their weapons, eyeing him with raised brows. "Ahem. I am honored. We should discuss this somewhere more private."

"Oh yes, absolutely!" Benladra laughed heartily. "Father mentioned troubles here. If I can help, please ask."

"Thank you, Benladra. I truly appreciate it," Gustaf smiled, taking her large hand. "Come, I will show you my workplace... and where I live most of the year."

"I am so excited!" Benladra exclaimed.

"But what about your mother? Did you tell her?" Gustaf asked.

"She was supportive!" Benladra nodded happily. "She said if I truly loved someone, I should pursue them to the ends of the worlds."

"Well... You quite literally tore through space for me. No one has ever done that," Gustaf said softly. "Here, I was saving this for your birthday."

He presented a delicate necklace with a heart and dragon emblem. Benladra wore it at once, her smile radiant.

"It is beautiful! Thank you, Gustaf!" she said. "In return, take this. They are precious."

She gently removed a scale from her arm and offered it.

"Doctor, careful!"

"Do not touch it! It is highly radioactive!"

"It contains dangerous levels of Fantasium!"

"Relax. I am no ordinary human."

Gustaf's aura flared, revealing potent Psychic Abilities.

He was an Esper.

He accepted the glowing scale and nodded appreciatively.

"Thank you, Benladra. I will do all I can to make your time here comfortable. Given our world's state, I hope you can bear it."

"It matters not, as long as I am with you."

"I will provide every luxury you deserve. You are a princess in your realm. Maintaining good relations is wise."

"You are so kind. Oh, I was wondering what we should name our child."

"W-What? Already? We have only done it once, and—"

"There is a reason I defied Father and rushed here so urgently..."

Gustaf felt a rush of overwhelming joy and shock.

Thus began the first documented union between a human and an "Anomaly," soon to bear child.
