Chapter 3090 Suggestions
Chapter 3090 Suggestions
Bai Jingshen's suggestion was simple.
"Instead of trying to do so many things at the same time, you should start dividing them based on their importance or their difficulty."
"For example, given what I've seen you do, the pills should be the easiest to deal with, correct? So deal with them immediately. You still have a few months before Pearl has to go to the trial, so get it completed by then."
"You should get started on that pill Creation of yours in these few months as well. Since you're worried about the tree changing your Qi's Yin balance, focus on the other thing."
Alex nodded as he listened. He could've likely come to the same conclusion if he had thought things through himself, but he would've doubted if he was making a mistake by not prioritizing something else. Hearing Bai Jingshen give the advice instead meant he just had to do it and not worry about anything else.
"After this, your time should be divided into three parts: Pearl's Trial, your visit to the Sun's Talon realm, and the return afterward. Your remaining tasks can be placed into these three sections. I'm thinking you will have to form your Sword Heart during the trial. It's perfect for that anyway since you will be fighting a lot. And in the downtime you do get in the 10 years, try and see what you can figure out regarding Pearl's soul and bloodline."
"We should also finalize our Creations during that time," Alex said slowly.
Bai Jingshen nodded.
"We can deal with your clones' situation as well as you absorbing Void aura when we're away in the Sun's Talon realm," Bai Jingshen said. "I don't know what you will have to deal with there, so everything else will likely have to wait until after you return."
Alex felt his burdens lessen slightly as he was now on a schedule instead of just having a long list of things to do.
"So, pills for now and focus on my Creations," Alex said. "Oh, and if Pearl ends up breaking through early enough, would you mind training with me?"
"Training? Do you need to train?" Bai Jingshen asked.
"Somewhat," Alex said. "My Blood Creation tends to go out of control during a fight, so I need someone to help me reel its bloodlust in. I've only used it once in a fight, but when I did, I nearly destroyed an entire tribe of people. If I hadn't caught myself before I went too far, I would've had a lot of innocent blood on my hands."
"Alright," Bai Jingshen said. "Pearl will need to stay in closed cultivation to form his Creation too, so we can train while he does that."
All that was really left in the end for Alex to be concerned about was his Yin bead and deciding on what his last two Creations were going to be.
He had more or less come to an idea with the Yin bead. Since it had always been something that existed outside, he would just have to drag it outside.
As for his Creations, he was going to get the Sun anyway if he couldn't think of anything significant, and the same for the tribulation lightning. If that somehow failed, he had the Guardian Tiger's aura as a backup, and maybe even some flame he could search for.
He had many possible Creations he could fall back on, so he wasn't worried.
Alex left Bai Jingshen and went back to his room. It took a while for him to learn the technique he had just received, and when he did, he wanted to immediately use it.
He brought out the Blank Canvas Pill and placed it before him. With his two hands pointed before him, he slowly used the technique, feeling the Qi in his body flow out of him in its most neutral form, taking the neutral spirit root.
As it appeared outside, it flowed into the Blank Canvas Pill. Instead of entering the pill as energy to be absorbed by the pill, it instead remained separate enough that the pill and the energy existed exclusively.
Then, the energy slowly began to pulse at a rapid rate, its aura fluctuating with each pulse, changing, conforming to something else. Each time it fluctuated, it attempted to match the aura that would be within the pill.
Alex heard the sound coming from the pill like a group of a hundred people hitting their drums in a discordant fashion. The speed picked up more and more, and then in the end, it suddenly fell silent.
It pulsed again after the silence, but only once every few seconds. Alex could feel the aura coming not from the pill itself, but from his Qi that was stored in it. The neutral Qi's aura had changed, now resonating at the same frequency as the pill.
Alex drew back that aura and felt it flow into his body. Quickly, he guided it through his meridians, slowly sending it up to his mind when it entered his Spiritual Sea.
Alex focused his senses even further and guided the aura deeper within his Spiritual Sea until it appeared next to an Origin. With a thought, the aura fled into the Origin, entering it.
The Origin gave a droning noise for a second before the tiniest hint of aura appeared from it, the same as the aura from the pill. He had succeeded.
The Blank Canvas Pill had become one of his Origins.
Only…
"So little," Alex thought. "This can't even be counted as a bucket in the ocean."
He scratched his head, lost in thought. Surely he wasn't going to have to do this forever just to form his Creation, right?
"I can't keep waiting for the aura to form before absorbing it," Alex thought. "I need an abundant amount of aura."
A thought crossed him for a moment, and his senses went through his Soul Space quickly, finding what he was looking for.
A talisman appeared in his hand, within it the technique he was looking for.
The technique to learn and replicate any aura to fill an Origin when someone had little to begin with.
