Chapter 3292 Last but not Least

The empty white vanished, returning Alex back to where he had been before. The Sun Fire barrier still surrounded them completely, with the soft earth below them and the corpses of the two gods nearby.

Immediately, Alex could tell that a total of fifteen days had passed since the time they had started their dual cultivation session.

The Sun God appeared before him once again with his long black hair and pristine white robe. He placed his hand toward him.

"This is your destiny," the god said. "Do not reject me."

Alex watched as the two corpses glowed brightly, the bodies of the True Gods turning into motes of light as they flowed toward him. As soon as the light touched his body, Alex could feel an unimaginable amount of power flow into him.

His body seemingly rejected the power at first, not because it wasn't compatible, but because it was foreign. Alex then understood why the Sun God told him not to reject him.

"I accept."

The energy finally flowed in.

Two things happened inside Alex's body the moment the energy entered.

In his dantian, next to the Yang Source, another form of energy began to settle in with its own amorphous shape, clearly different from anything Alex had interacted with before. It wasn't Qi as far as he could tell, or even any form of aura. It was a different form of energy that he had never seen before.

At the same time, a portion of the power entered his Spiritual Sea, giving Alex a feeling of something foreign invading his mind. With a thought, Alex entered his Spiritual Sea and saw a sight that surprised him.

The light moved toward his Origins, heading straight over to the very first Origin of his that had been hidden away by the Yellow Fog. As it approached, the yellow fog dissipated, leaving behind the bare Origin, which the energy easily entered.

"What?" Alex couldn't help but shout aloud. He had never imagined that his Origin would finally rid itself of the yellow fog in this way. He had almost completely given up on the chance of ever using it properly, and somehow today it had not only separated, but had also started accepting the power of a True God.

"Incredible!" Alex couldn't help but say.

The power was quite strong too. He could feel his Origin filling at a visible rate, so much so that he began wondering if everything he had done in the past had been a mistake and that he was somehow slow.

Not even Godslayer giving up his own life to fill his Origin had been this fast. And this didn't even come with a load of memories or anything. This was just the aura for the Origin, pure and simple.

Alex had no clue as to what this Origin of his was going to be. But if it had accepted the True God's power, then surely it would be something good, right?

The Origin was more than halfway filled when Alex got close to it, feeling the aura.

The moment he felt it, he heard a dragon's roar.

Alex stepped back in surprise, his heart beating faster than ever.

"Is this... the Dragon Father?"

Was his final Creation going to be the Dragon Father?

Alex wasn't sure how to even feel about it. He should've been excited,

but he didn't know much about the Dragon Father at all. Would

turning it into a Creation give him inherent knowledge about it?

"Was it you who blocked my Origin so I would gain this Creation, Sun God?" Alex asked. It had to be him, right?

Alex waited for an answer, but none came.

"Sun God?" he called out. He left the Spiritual Sea and arrived outside, and the Sun God was gone from there as well.

'Is it because he is the power, and now I'm taking it in?" Alex thought. He could see no other reason at all. The light kept coming in, flowing between his mind and his dantian. There was still a lot to go, so it seemed his Origin would be filled a lot sooner than his dantian would. A minute later, his Origin was completely filled, which made Alex quite excited. Now two of his Origins were filled, leaving him with six

more.

With the Yin Bead gone, he could now start filling his Nine Yang Divine Tree Origin as well, which would use up the Yang Source in his dantian. Along with that, he could continue with the Origins for his Blank Canvas Pill creation and Yellow Fog creation.

He could easily start learning Sun Fire and the Void too with given time, which left behind only the Heavenly Clouds that he needed to

work for.

Alex quite looked forward to his future now that things were going to get much easier.

The power kept coming in, and it kept splitting between his dantian and his Spiritual Sea.

Alex narrowed his eyes when he realized that. "Hmm? My Origin is filled. Why is it continuing to go into my Spiritual Sea?"

He checked his Spiritual Sea again and found the energy flowing into the same Origin, despite it being already filled.

"What's going on?"

As Alex watched, the same Origin took in more energy, as if it weren't filled again. At the same time, he felt something strange happening to him that he hadn't yet noticed.

At first, he attributed any changes he felt to acquiring the power of a

True God. But as time went on, he realized that the things he was feeling were closer to being poisoned.

'Is my body rejecting the power?' Alex thought at first, but that sounded absurd. How could the body of a god reject the power of the

same god?

'No, nothing is happening to me physically, Alex thought. 'It's just my

mind that is going... dull?"

The moment he noticed it, Alex saw the changes in the Origin before

him. Even without looking at it, Alex could tell what was happening.

The Origin, which had just been filled, was somehow already turning into a Spirit.
