Feeling the strength in his body, part of the “Human Emperor’s” will worked to suppress Liora’s consciousness. As for the other part, it resumed the refining of the Cosmic Universe, replacing her seamlessly in the confrontation.
With his current strength, doing both at the same time was entirely possible.
However, what the “Human Emperor” did not expect was that his divided attention gave Liora a chance to do something.
Not to attack him, nor to wrestle control over her own body. Rather, she used his body to utter a single sentence.
“Aren’t you going to take action? What are you waiting for?”
The “Human Emperor” was stunned. He couldn’t understand why Liora had wasted her chance to say such nonsense.
Yet before he could process what was happening, someone else took action.

The moment Liora’s words echoed through the universe’s core, a trace of determination flashed in his eyes.
The next instant, countless runes appeared in the space of the dark void.
They lit up with a pitch-black light that seemed to represent Hollowness itself.
Like snakes, they wrapped around him, the “Human Emperor,” and the Will of the Cosmic Universe and tugged them away.
Before either of the latter two could react, the world around them shifted.
The core of the Cosmic Universe was nowhere to be seen.
They had been forcefully teleported away!

The Cosmic Universe was truly vast.
Even within the Origin Sea, it was one of the most brilliant worlds within its own and the surrounding world clusters.
At normal times, no one would dare to approach it.
Even Princes of the Demon World would be unwilling to fight against its Will. Even those who had the power to suppress it would not provoke it for no reason, as there was no benefit.
Yet now, three beings had appeared just outside the world’s membrane.
An Ancient Devil.
A powerhouse bearing the status of the Human Emperor.
The Will of the Cosmic Universe itself.
Three extraordinary beings. All overwhelmingly powerful.
All with their own trump cards and mysterious methods.
Appearing in the outside world, both the “Human Emperor” and the Will of the Cosmic Universe were panicked at first.
However, upon seeing that the Hollow Ancestor had only managed to teleport them outside the world, they immediately breathed a sigh of relief.
There was no danger awaiting them here.
For them, tearing apart the membrane and returning to the Cosmic Universe required only a single thought.
And they did so.
The “Human Emperor” waved his hand, tearing a gap in space. An opening appeared, leading directly to the core of the universe.
Likewise, the Will of the Cosmic Universe’s body blurred, as though ascending to a higher dimension. It looked ready to merge back into the world.
However, the Hollow Ancestor had not done all this for no reason. He was not planning to let them leave.
Both of these beings knew that this was the case. But they didn’t believe that he had the power to keep them here.

“Don’t forget our agreement!”
A loud shout echoed through the surrounding Origin Sea, passing through the world’s membrane and reaching into the Cosmic Universe.
At that moment, determination and ruthlessness flashed through the Hollow Ancestor’s eyes.
His entire life passed through his eyes. Recalling how he had been tricked by a mere Archdevil and brought into this damned world, he couldn’t help but curse.
Even so, he didn’t hesitate.
His aura suddenly surged, soaring into the sky and revealing the might of an Antiquity Ancient Devil.
Layer after layer of concealment was taken off, as though he had shed his disguise.
At that moment, his soaring aura seemed to resonate with something.
In a faraway place, a slumbering Will suddenly awakened.
It seemed joyous to have sensed the Hollow Ancestor’s existence.
Its power pierced through the entire Origin Sea, ignoring everything along its path and descending outside the Cosmic Universe.
Before the “Human Emperor” and the Will of the world could react, crimson mist emerged above their heads, gathering into an enormous cloud.
It stretched endlessly, looming over the entire world cluster.
It seemed to drip with blood, exuding a terrifying pressure that represented chaos, destruction, and ruthless predation.
The beings in the worlds under its shadow were horrified.
They sensed an impending doom, as though their names had been written in the Book of the Underworld. Their deaths seemed near!
The three beings at the center of this impact fared even worse!
Under the “Human Emperor’s” terrified gaze, black lightning crackled within the crimson cloud.
Even with his own experiences, he was horrified!
This was not a power any being should be able to wield!
He wanted to flee, to escape from this place, but before he could do so, dark runes emerged in the void.
Everything around him turned hollow, keeping him in place.
Although he quickly regained control over his body, it was already too late by then.
The black lightning burst through layer after layer of the crimson cloud and rapidly fired toward them.
Whether it was him, the Hollow Ancestor, or even the Will of the Cosmic Universe, they were soon engulfed in a sea of black lightning.
Even Liora’s remaining consciousness wasn’t spared, suffering a fate worse than a thousand deaths.
Soon, fearful screams and angry curses echoed through the Origin Sea.
Three beings that were powerful enough to make high-level worlds shake were facing the threat of death!
