Fairy Tail Collapsing Stars Chapter 330
Chapter 331: (Part One)
“Oh? You know me?”
When Ur heard Silver mention her name, she furrowed her brows. This man, who had just attacked her beloved disciple Gray, gave her a very unsettling feeling, and his magic power was quite strange.
“Haha, you’re too modest. I think anyone living on the continent of Ishgar knows the name of ‘Saint’ Ur. After all, you are the only female among the current Ten Wizard Saints!”
Silver looked Ur up and down. Honestly, Silver was feeling more pressure than Ur. But it wasn’t because of Ur’s strength; it was for other reasons.
Silver realized that he had always misunderstood Ur. His knowledge about her came entirely from hearsay.
People said that Ur, one of the Ten Wizard Saints and known as the ‘Ice Make Mage,’ was a flower on a high peak—a woman unattainable by countless men in the magic world of Ishgar. But now, seeing Ur in person, Silver knew these views were inaccurate.
No, it wasn’t just inaccurate. Whoever said such things must either have never seen Ur or be blind…
“This is troubling.”
Silver felt a headache coming on. He knew his son Gray had apprenticed under Ur and was happy when he heard the news in Tartaros. After all, his son Gray had the honor of being taught by one of the Ten Wizard Saints!
Because Silver knew Gray had a top-tier wizard for a teacher, he could focus on investigating Tartaros and finding a way to deal with it. Only then did he discover that the true master of Tartaros was someone named END, the Flame Demon, who was currently asleep…
Everything seemed to be moving in a good direction!
But this was based on the premise that Ur was indeed the flawless Ice Goddess that people said she was! Only then could his good son Gray receive a proper education and become an outstanding and healthy man.
Full of expectations, silver had come to Fairy Tail to meet his son, whom Evan had praised so highly, only to find a naked Gray running around the streets. This made Silver’s eyes widen in shock. He even thought a demon might possess his son…
Until Silver saw Ur, the ‘Saint’ known as the Ice-Make Mage, strutting out in semi-transparent lace lingerie, he knew all his information about Ur was wrong! This wasn’t some high and mighty flower on a peak. She was a lunatic walking around in underwear!
Thinking of his son running naked around the streets with only a basketball to cover himself…
Suddenly, Silver felt his eyes welling up.
“Gray, it’s your father’s fault!”
Silver felt a pang in his chest. He should have come to see Gray sooner. If he had, maybe Evan could have solved his issues earlier, allowing him to teach Gray himself, instead of letting Ur turn Gray into a pervert running around with a basketball…
Suddenly, Silver remembered what Evan had told him earlier: “Gray is famous not just in Fairy Tail but in all of Magnolia and even Fiore. His reputation extends beyond his magic skills…”
Silver’s eyes widened in realization.
“So, when Evan said Gray was famous, he meant for being a pervert! I thought it was about his strength…”
Silver felt his chest tighten, his breathing grow weak, and his brain lacked oxygen.
“Are you also an Ice Mage?”
Ur looked Silver up and down, sensing a kindred spirit.
“Uh? Yes, but more than being an Ice Mage, I prefer to be called a Devil Slayer.”
Silver sighed, nodding slightly. He didn’t want to answer Ur, but he explained his situation out of respect for her raising Gray.
First, he was an Ice Mage, but more importantly, a Devil Slayer.
“A Devil Slayer? I see. You’re a Slayer Mage?”
Ur’s eyes brightened, but sweat formed on her forehead. Normally, a battle between mages of the same element tested battle experience, magic power, and mental fortitude. However, this rule didn’t apply to Slayer Mages, who could consume the magic power of the same element.
Usually, Slayer Mages had an overwhelming advantage in battles with mages of the same element, often able to fight across levels.
“It seems this battle won’t be easy for me.”
Ur felt a bit nervous upon hearing Silver was a Slayer Mage. It was her first time encountering one, and it intrigued her. She wanted to see how she would fare against this strong-looking Silver.
“Hey, are you serious? I don’t want to fight you. I just want to talk to my son…”
“And you know I’m a Slayer Mage, right? With our magic being the same element, my Slayer Magic has a huge advantage. You don’t stand a chance against me…”
Silver, seeing Ur’s eagerness, raised an eyebrow. He didn’t want to fight; he just wanted to talk to his son…
Gray was still young. Silver believed that if he stayed by Gray’s side, he could help Gray overcome his bad habits.
“Enough talk! Since you hit my beloved disciple, you’re my enemy! Let’s see how strong an Ice Slayer Mage really is!”
Ur’s magic flared up, causing the water molecules in the air to freeze.
“Oh? So this is the power of a Wizard Saint? Impressive!”
“Probably only Mard Geer could defeat her in Tartaros…”
Silver, who didn’t want to fight Ur, felt his blood boil at her display of power. It had been a while since he faced such a powerful mage.
“Alright, let’s get serious.”
Silver’s mouth curled into a slight smile as he released his Devil Slayer Magic.
“I’m making my move. Be careful!”
Ur, a true Wizard Saint, warned Silver before attacking.
“Bring it on!”
Silver nodded, indicating he was ready.
“Ice-Make Magic…”
“Ice Devil’s…”
In an instant, Ur and Silver moved, their terrifying magic clashing, lowering Magnolia’s temperature and freezing everything around them, including the artificial rivers.
Snowflakes fell from the sky, and the town’s children looked up in wonder.
“Ah-choo!”
People sneezed all over Magnolia as a cold front swept through, a testament to the power clash between two Wizard Saints. The Magic Council forbade such conflicts because they could change the weather.
“Boom!”
But just as Ur and Silver were about to clash, a tremendous gravity fell from the sky, pressing them down.
“What is this…”
Ur and Silver paused, feeling the sudden pressure.
“What do you think this place is? This is the guild’s front door, a busy area. What if your magic hurts someone? If you want to fight, go to the back mountain. You can fight however you want there without scaring the children.”
In their moment of distraction, Evan appeared between them, clapping his hands and suggesting they stop fighting.
“You’re right.”
Ur nodded, agreeing with Evan’s logic, and withdrew her magic.
“Phew…”
Silver sighed in relief. He never wanted to fight Ur; her provocation carried him away.
“Alright, let me introduce you two.”
“This armored man, who uses Ice Devil Slayer Magic, is Silver Fullbuster, Gray Fullbuster’s father…”
Evan first introduced Silver to Ur.
“What?! You’re Gray’s father?”
Ur was taken aback. Although she had noticed the resemblance, she didn’t expect the connection to be so direct.
“Of course. Why else would I hit him?”
Silver sighed. He wasn’t some monster who hit people for no reason.
“Uh, I mean, yes, I’m Gray’s father. Thank you for taking care of him all these years. I’ll handle it from here.”
Silver corrected his tone, politely acknowledging his identity and thanking Ur while subtly indicating he would take over Gray’s upbringing.
“And this lady, who’s dressed a bit breezy, is Ur Milkovich, also known as the ‘Ice Make Mage,’ one of the Ten Wizard Saints and Gray’s teacher!”
“You’re practically family. I’ll leave you to it.”
Evan smoothed things over, helping Silver and Ur understand each other.
“So, I’m Silver, Gray’s father.”
“And I’m Ur, Gray’s teacher.”
“Nice to meet you!”
They smiled and shook hands, but icy energy surged through their arms the moment they did, freezing their hands together, and making them look like old friends or a loving couple.
“You!”
“You dare?”
They glared at each other, eyes filled with hostility.
In Silver’s eyes, Ur had turned Gray into a pervert, making her the enemy. Ur, on the other hand, saw Silver as an opportunistic father, trying to take Gray away after she had raised him.
The atmosphere between them was tense, but they managed to keep up appearances.
“So scary… The adult world is scary…”
Gray, standing behind Ur, trembled as he watched the exchange.
“Wendy, let’s go inside.”
Amidst the family drama, Evan approached Wendy, not forgetting about her.
“Uh, okay…”
Wendy had been full of anticipation about Fairy Tail, a guild praised by her grandfather and home to a hero like Evan. But seeing Natsu running with underwear and Gray naked shattered her expectations.
The sight of this chaos left Wendy stunned until Evan’s warm hand brought her back. She nodded nervously.
“Come on, Carla, let’s go.”
Evan gently placed a hand on Carla’s furry head.
“This guild is suspicious. Is Fairy Tail really a proper, light guild?”
Carla’s intuition told her something was off.
“Of course! I’d say there’s no guild in Fiore more light-oriented than Fairy Tail.”
Evan smiled brightly.
The entire Magic Council and Fiore itself were under Fairy Tail’s influence. Who
would dare call them dark wizards?
“Really?”
Carla’s eyes showed doubt.
“Come on, let’s go in.”
Evan didn’t allow Wendy and Carla to object, pushing open the guild doors.
“Ah!!”
“Muscles! Muscles!!”
Inside, Elfman was lifting dumbbells, showing off his muscles.
“Nice muscles, Elfman.”
Laxus, also shirtless, nodded approvingly.
Both men’s torsos were bare, sweat glistening on their chests.
“No wonder Laxus is so admired; even his muscle training is inspiring.”
Freed, Laxus’s fan, looked on admiringly.
“Drink! Drink!”
Cana stood on a high table, chugging beer.
“Cana! Please, just this once, help us again!”
Macao and Wakaba, in loincloths, knelt before Cana, begging for a fortune-telling.
“Macao, you’re going to be a father. Stop gambling!”
The other wizards scolded Macao.
“It’s fine. I’m using my pocket money.”
Macao smiled smugly, having lost everything but his loincloth.
“Oh, then keep begging.”
The wizards let him be, watching him plead with Cana.
“Mira, you look so happy. What were you and Evan doing?”
Nearby, Erza, with crimson hair, confronted Mira, who had long, white hair.
“Oh my~”
“Didn’t Evan tell you?”
“You poor thing, Erza~”
Mira smirked at Erza’s jealous look, finding it adorable.
Erza’s eye twitched, and she drew her sword.
“Good timing.”
“Evan helped me gain new power. After some tough training, I’m not the same as before…”
Mira smiled smugly.
“Hmm?”
“So, you just trained with Evan? I thought something else happened. Evan trains with me every week~”
“Seems you lack charm, Mira!”
Erza caught the key point and smirked confidently.
“Huh? You’re the one lacking charm!”
Mira’s forehead veins bulged as she faced off with Erza.
“Let’s fight!”
“Bring it on!”
In an instant, they clashed with immense magical power.
“Those two are at it again. Can’t they calm down? Their fights are bad for the guild.”
Leon, naked with a basketball, sighed at the fighting women.
“No, your influence is worse…”
The nearby wizards murmured, watching the chaos.
The guild was alive with activity—naked, gambling, drinking, and fighting, as lively and upright as ever.
“This is what you call a proper, light guild?”
Carla’s eyes twitched, feeling overwhelmed.
“Evan, is it too late to leave?”
Wendy’s lips were dry.
“Too late~”
Evan chuckled, pressing the Fairy Tail guild mark onto Wendy and Carla’s arms.
