Chapter 1521 Brione Majesty

Chapter 1521 Brione Majesty

Sylas looked down at a device, his eyes flashing with a cold light. After a while, he calmly put it away as though he hadn't noticed anything, walking down the vessel.

Due to the time dilation, there were still just over two months remaining until Earth completed its evolution. Since traveling within a Sector was far easier than traveling between them, this gave Sylas plenty of time. It would only be a matter of days to return to Earth—hours if he used large-scale teleportation like the Golden Grove and other organizations had available.

He didn't plan to spend much time here before returning. The faster he returned, the more time he would have to prepare and also understand the severity of the system.

But before he did that, he needed resources. In fact, he needed more than he thought he would need. Luckily, there were not only the rewards he had from the Tower of Champions, but also the sanctum.

“I can only give you one week," Sylas said to Old Brama. "But in that time, I need you to make the vessel as fast and durable as you can."

Sylas didn't look over his shoulder as he spoke to the old man, but he could already feel the old man's solemn gaze.

The complexities of the Veil Humans" ship were definitely beyond anything they had ever seen. It could be said that the fact Old Brama could study it at all was a testament to his skill

There was no doubt that Old Brama was far better than a C-Grade Rune Master of this Sector should be.

But he was still nowhere near the talent Sylas was. It would be impossible for him to fully unearth the potential of the Veil Human ship in that sort of time frame. At best, he could improve their ship by 50% or so—which was a shocking number—but considering how much better the Veil Human ship was, it was disappointing.

it would be far more efficient to just use the Veil Human ship instead of trying to use it for parts. The result would also be far better than a mere 50% boost. But Old Brama was smart enough to know that Sylas was definitely smart enough to think of that. If he didn't want to go down this path, there was definitely a reason for it.

“I'll do what I can," Old Brama replied.

He didn't get a reply from Sylas in return, the latter having already stepped into the bustling hub of the 073 Sanctum.

Old Brama's mind had been flashing with calculations for a few weeks now already. He just needed to implement them.

Just as he was about to leave, his expression turned solemn, and he looked up into the air.

“Dammit!

He hesitated for a moment, but then he shook his head. Sylas was smart enough to think of this too. So, it seemed it would be best to leave whatever happened here to him. Shaking his head again, Old Brama slammed the bay doors closed and began a launch sequence.

BOOM.

Sylas looked up as a streak of gold landed before him.

A young man with hair formed in wild streaks of gold and eyes as red as rubies landed before him. His hands weren't very human-like but were instead scaled and golden. It looked almost as though he had cut his own hands off, replacing them with those of a dragon. And yet, it looked entirely seamless and perfect.

Looking down at his feet, Sylas realized that his feet were much the same—digitigrade feet with claws so sharp they cut into the earth.

If not for his handsome face, the young man would have looked more like a science experiment than a member of a real Race. Though, Sylas wasn't quite convinced that these features were that of a real Race just yet.

Now that he thought about it, Prione Ravager, the 713th Lion Warlord, also looked quite humanlike. Many of his features were also like this young man's—not that Sylas had had the chance to observe him very closely. It was hard to look at a man who had his head so far up his own ass that he constantly radiated a blinding light at the cost of what must have at least been a decent amount of energy.

But this young man wasn't Prione Ravager. He was Brione Majesty.

It was clear enough to Sylas to make this guess. He was the only name Sylas could think of that properly matched the aura and description.

Brione Majesty. The number one ranked D-tier Disciple.

“The Legacy of my Lion Lineage. Return it. Now."

The voice was amongst the deepest Sylas had ever heard, rumbling as though a death knell were shaking within his chest. Every echo reverberated against the skulls of those who heard it, and Sylas was convinced that not only had this young man replaced his hands and feet, but also his vocal cords.

That was not the voice of a humanoid.

It was the voice of a beast.

Sylas gave him a glance and then walked right through him. Taking a step, it almost looked as though Sylas was going to crash right into him, only for his body to flicker and appear on the other side of the Lion Lineage disciple as though he weren't even there— as though he were little more than air.

Amidst the silence that fell, Sylas appeared before the counter, once again facing a familiar young woman of the Cheetah Lineage. It was like he hadn't heard Brione's words at all.

“I would like to trade for a list of resources.”

Sylas handed over a badge and what looked like a small crystal. These small crystals were actually convenient for leaving messages. Each one was capable of storing a large amount of information.

For Sylas to be handing one over... it was like he was boldly proclaiming that he had every intention of cleaning the Sanctum out of its resources.

And he would certainly have the money to do so.

97,859,900 C-Grade War Points.

An aura erupted behind Sylas.
