Global Gods : Skill-Resonance Awakened

Chapter 318: Rewriting The Destiny

Chapter 318: Ch 318 : Rewriting The Destiny

Sunny stood alone in the black canvas of pre-history.

The Void Mother had vanished, leaving him with a cryptic bombshell about his origins. ’Naturally Born.’ The words echoed in his mind, a puzzle piece that didn’t fit anywhere.

But Sunny shook his head. Existential crises were a luxury for the victorious. Right now, he was still the underdog.

"My second objective of coming back in time is still not achieved yet" he whispered.

He had witnessed Lady Sansa create a multiverse once before. It was a spectacle of absolute power, weaving dimensions, bending laws, and collapsing realities with a flick of her wrist. It was magnificent.

But It was also impossible to replicate.

"That method requires something that..." Sunny analyzed. "I don’t have yet"

He turned his gaze to the floating figure of Cai Zhen.

The First Cultivator was still suspended in a trance, his body glowing with golden light as he assimilated the Law of Cultivation.

"I’ll wait," Sunny decided. "Show me how you did it, Cai Zhen."

Sunny activated his Time Affinity. He fast-forwarded reality.

Blur.

Years passed in seconds. Centuries flashed by like passing lights. The void remained silent, but the aura around Cai Zhen grew denser, heavier, until it began to warp the space around him.

Then, one fortunate day...

BANG.

A shockwave of Qi exploded from Cai Zhen’s body. His eyes snapped open.

They weren’t the confused eyes of a newborn. They were the eyes of a Grandmaster.

He looked at his hands, feeling the infinite power coursing through his meridians. He understood his purpose.

Sunny leaned forward, activating God’s Eye. "Okay. Show me how the old gods created multiverses without even manifestation affinity."

He expected Cai Zhen to shout a technique and blast a multiverse into existence in one go.

But what happened next was a slow, methodical process that took millions of years.

Cai Zhen didn’t build a multiverse. He built a Universe.

He gathered his Qi to trigger a Big Bang, and stabilized the laws of physics. It took him a thousand years.

Then, he moved a few light-years away and did it again.

And again.

Sunny watched, mesmerized, as the millennia flew by. Cai Zhen was like a spider weaving a web. He created hundreds of millions of individual, pocket-sized universes.

Then came the genius part.

Cai Zhen didn’t leave them isolated. He extended threads of golden Qi and linked them together.

Universe A connected to Universe B. Universe B connected to Universe C.

The web grew. The individual bubbles merged into a cluster. The cluster became a super-cluster. And the super-cluster... became a Multiverse.

"It wasn’t a single creation," Sunny whispered, his eyes wide. "It was a Network."

"He built a million tiny bricks and glued them together to build the mansion"

The realization hit Sunny like a train.

"I’m an idiot," Sunny laughed, slapping his forehead. "I’ve done this before! When I linked the 6 Billion Planets into the Subspace Universe... that was the same concept!"

"Why was I trying to birth a Multiverse whole? I just need to mass-produce Universes and stitch them together!"

It was scalable. It was efficient.

And most importantly, it was Self-Sustaining.

"Cai Zhen used his own Qi as fuel," Sunny noted. "But I have something better. Faith."

"If I create a Universe, populate it, and harvest the Faith... that Faith pays for the creation of the next Universe. It’s a feedback loop of infinite growth."

"And with Time Affinity" Sunny grinned, "I can speed up the ’Interest Rate’ of that investment by many times."

The final piece of the puzzle clicked into place.

"God’s Domain," Sunny whispered.

"If I overlay my Domain on this network... I can merge these multiverses into my own Soul. I can become their container."

"I can carry them."

It was a staggering thought. Sunny wasn’t just planning to save his people; he was planning to become a walking cosmos.

"I guess I have to thank my Divine Intuition," Sunny said, looking at his hands. "Without it, I might have skipped that talent for something that maybe more powerful but less useful. But it saved me from the Void Beast, it saved me from Edgar, and now... it’s giving me a way to save my lifeforms."

"Now, I have what I need."

Sunny turned away from the past. The image of Cai Zhen building his empire faded into the mists of time.

"Time to go home."

The Present: The Throne Room.

Sunny sat up on the Throne, the transition from the past to present was instantaneous.

His expression was a mix of exhaustion and joyous clarity. The path was clear. But before he could become the Ark, he needed his Generals.

"I need to help them awaken," Sunny decided. "Cai Zhen, Beru, and Thera. They are reincarnations, but their real takents are still dormant. They need a push to become the Void Borns they used to be."

"Thea."

[Yes, Master?]

"Summon them. Cai Zhen. Beru. Thera."

[As you order, Master.]

Somewhere in the Multiverse of Gods:

Beru was a blur of violence.

The God of evolution zipped through the space, hunting remnant demon gods. He wasn’t killing for sport; he was grinding Merits and at the same time satiating his hunger.

"More," Beru clicked his mandibles. "With 10,000 Merits, I can buy the Flesh of an SS-Grade Leviathan from the System Shop. I need it!"

He dove toward a drifting asteroid, sensing the scent of a demon god.

DING.

A massive golden notification panel materialized directly in his flight path, forcing him to skid to a halt.

[Imperial Summons]

[God Beru, the Emperor requests your presence immediately.]

Beru froze. His carapace shivered.

"Right now?" Beru whispered. "Did the Demons arrive early?"

He didn’t hesitate. "Thea, open the portal! Take me now!"

The Residential District: Villa of love.

In a beautiful garden overlooking the lake, Cai Zhen and Thera were enjoying a moment of rare peace.

Cai Zhen was practicing a slow, meditative form of Tai Chi, the movements causing the petals on the trees to dance.

Thera sat nearby, sketching the scene in a notebook, a soft smile on her face.

For the first time in decades, they weren’t running. They weren’t fighting. They were just... living.

"You missed a spot," Thera teased, pointing to his stance.

"A Master never misses," Cai Zhen retorted with a grin. "He merely adjusts the universe to fit his mistake."

Thera laughed. It was a beautiful sound.

DING. DING.

Two golden panels appeared simultaneously, interrupting the idyllic scene.

[Imperial Summons]

[God Cai Zhen. Goddess Thera. The Emperor requests your presence immediately.]

The smiles vanished. Cai Zhen straightened up, his playful demeanor replaced by the sharp aura of a warrior. Thera closed her sketchbook, her eyes growing serious.

"The summons," Cai Zhen said quietly. "It has begun."

"Do you think it’s the war?" Thera asked, standing up and taking his hand.

"Whatever it is," Cai Zhen said, looking toward the Palace that floated in the sky above them. "We owe him our lives. If he calls, we answer."

"Thea," Cai Zhen commanded. "We are ready."

WHOOSH.

Three pillars of light erupted across the City of Gods, transporting the Three Reincarnations directly to the throne room of the Emperor, who was about to rewrite their destiny.
