After finishing the Sky Tree attraction, we headed for Forest Castle as planned. The timing had worked out surprisingly well, and if we continued through the Forest Area at this pace, it would be around lunchtime by the time we moved on to the next area. We could simply decide where to eat while making our way there.

I found myself nodding at Hina-chan’s words. Normally, a ride tagged “Castle” didn’t sound like a coaster, but in a theme park, it wouldn’t be strange to have a roller coaster that ran through a castle-themed attraction.

After all, attractions like Sky Tree and Kraken Cruise had turned out to be completely different from what we’d expected.

Just as Hina-chan and Aoi-chan muttered, there was quite a crowd ahead of us. That itself wasn’t unusual. A fair amount of time had passed since the event began, and even the Trinians, who had no prior knowledge of amusement parks, had probably gotten used to things and learned how to move efficiently between attractions.

Still, something felt different. Many of them were dressed similarly, almost like uniforms. If I had to describe it…… it was exactly as Aoi-chan said: they looked like security personnel or bodyguards.

After hearing Sieg-san and Luna-san’s explanation, we all nodded in understanding. Now that they mentioned it, it made perfect sense. We often went out with Lilia-san, and we’d grown accustomed to her having practically no guards at all. But that was only because Lilia-san was overwhelmingly powerful.

For an ordinary noble, it wouldn’t be strange to bring a large escort when traveling to the Demon Realm instead of the Human Realm, like on this occasion.

Among the high-ranking nobles I knew, Eris-san and Cornelia-san came to mind. Both of them would bring the strongest maids from their respective households as bodyguards whenever they went out. I also remembered hearing that when Cornelia-san had gone shopping for a special brush, her guards had been stationed some distance away.

Eris-san might be the same. Perhaps she simply made sure they stayed out of sight in everyday situations, while quite a few guards were actually protecting her from a distance.

And since this wasn’t a city but an amusement park, it would be difficult to stay hidden. So they were probably standing openly around the area like that……
