Chapter 2101: Dancing on the Edges of Life and Death

Azief had seen the quality of this aspect of death and from then on all he could see is the attracting and opposing forces in the universe

If you see the darkness, then it must be because you know the light. If one is obsessed with the beauty of the world and discard the ugliness of the world, then you have skewed the fairness of things

And as Azief grows in his power, he also grown in his maturity and thinking

But even then, he reorganizes what he thinks and what he feels probably would not always be right

And now, he reached the end. The realm that he is now about to enter is the End of the path. He could already feel the rejecting of the world right now

His body is still in Pandemonium but his mind is now already covered one third of the world.

Azief had think about this moment many times since he became Essence Creation leveler.

He knows that the endpoint is Sovereign realm

But at that time, when he knew he still did not know there is many kind of Sovereign. There is many ways of forming the Three Treasures

There is also other ways of reaching Sovereign realm

There is the way of assimilating with the Heavenly Will. Truthfully this is also something that he could also pursue.

After all, he already have one third of the Heavenly Will in his energy stream

This is also the reason why there is a contradiction between him and the Heavenly Will. As long as he wields this one third of his energy, the Heavenly Will could not be complete

Today....today he wanted to renounce the heavenly Will

He had to do it.

Sometime you have to give it away. The world needed a complete Heavenly Will

He needed it.

Azief shakes his head

Right now, his body had been transported into a cove.

He is now inside a cove near the opening entrance of a beach.

His body unconsciously moved.

Right now, the skies of Pandemonium is being shrouded by some kind of hazy clouds. And thunderbolts from the heavens strikes his body

Or at least tries.

Even when he is engrossed in the Divine Sense, his body instinctively move.

And before he knows it, his body teleported inside a cove.

He is now doing these things while at the same time also in this state of hovering in an illusory trance

At first, he wanted to create a Heavenly Body.

And then he experimented of trying to create a Demonic Body. Since he already have that Undying Will

And then he ponders if there is any other method

But in the end, he decided to pursue the Perfect Sovereign path

The Etherna path. The primordial body, energy and spirit

It is not like he doesn’t know this path.

after getting the full knowledge and seclude himself in his own fortress of solitude filled with the ideas, thoughts and magic of the Etherna, it would be imposable for him not to know that the Etherna method is perfect

But there lies the problem

Etherna body was not created

They were born with it.

Even he wanted to pursue it, it is something one must be born with

And he himself knows that the Etherna is taboo.

The knowledge in the Etherna archive is the archive before they were regarded as taboo.

And while there are many arcane and even somewhat overpowered magic and methods of power in there, it did not record anything else about other alien civilizations. Because the Etherna wipes them out.

And during that time, the Multiverse did not yet existed. The concept and even the reality of a Multiverse did not yet appear during that time

And the few that survives are only mentioned briefly in the archive.

There is no emphasis on trying to understand other alien civilization. And there is no clue on how to achieve the Sovereign body like that of an Etherna

It wasn’t until he met Wargod he understood the method. And he understood the impossibility of it and why no one had even dare to try.

But in one veiled question he ask Wargod, he got somewhat of an answer. Other beings could not....but he could

And he ponder it. And the more he ponder, the more probably and possible it becomes for him to attempt it

This is the difference between knowing about his own fate and not knowing it

One might think that one would be in despair once a person knows their fate and destiny.

Of course, if your destiny is to become rich man living a long life and then die a peaceful death, then maybe it is not so bad to know your fate and destiny

But knowing destiny and fate itself changes the fate and destiny even more so if it’s a mortal who had this misfortune of seeing their own fate and destiny.

The reason is simply because once a mortal knows their fate and destiny, whether it is bad or good, the very act of knowing changes their action.

There were only two paths laid in front of him the moment he decided to enter the Sovereign realm

The first path is to take an aloof path.

Simply rely on his luck a fortune and break through to one of the powerful method of Sovereigns.

He did not need to incur some taboo and try to risk his life chasing an impossibility. Instead, he could simply become a Sovereign with a different path

This was the sure-fire path which is almost a great fortune.

A certain path. If anyone that is seeking the Great Path toward ascension, hearing someone said these words about entering Sovereign path, they would think that person is crazy

After all, there is not many beings in the entire Omniverse that could say that they were sure that they could break through Sovereign realm

It is that dividing line between godhood and mortal

It is the process of ascension.

One might think that beings who reached the Essence Creation realm is already godlike.

After all, if one look at the things Azief could do right now and the thing he is already planning to do, there is something godlike about it

It is something that human mind, mortal mind could not even fathom that a being of their kind could do

Moving mountain and seas, joining and splitting continents, opening up portals to another world with a wave of a hand, determining the weather based on a whim, isn’t this like the description of some immortals or deities?

Some mortals even think that Disk Formation realm is a godlike being

And they are not exactly wrong with this

if you go to many worlds, with the realm of Disk Formation, many worlds would accept that claim

Azief for example when he is in Disk Formation could take out a mountain, like pulling a stake from the Earth and throw it at his enemies

And those who in Disk Formation could fly away from Earth and traverse the Universe like some kind of planet that moves with its own gravitational field.

They could breach paralleled worlds; their energy allows them to vibrate in a frequencies that would enable them to cross universes

In some high tech world, they have to rely on devices and have to pay a great price to travel between worlds.

But those who reached Disk Formation do it as easy as breathing

Many of those who are in Disk Formation already touched upon the very prickle of reality of the Omniverse and could manipulate many of these laws and rules that is in reality

Slightly below Essence Formation realm but their use of laws, depending on the person could vary.

But once you met a Sovereign, then you would know the difference between mortal and god.

Even those Aesir, Vanir, Jotuns, those descendants of demigods in Olympus and those immortals’ beings scattered all over the Omniverse, once they reached the point where they had to take that one last step....everyone hesitates.

Because if you fail, you die.

To step into the tribulation is to face death.

And one might think that these powerful beings already faced death many time to reach that point

Shouldn’t any fear of death has long been erased?

It is just once again facing death and fight at the edge of survival

This is a misconception and a huge misunderstanding of those who reach that point.

While some do it for the love of the game....not all do it for the "love" of the "game"
