Chapter 2136: To Become The Rule And The Law

Space move.

Not the planets.

In other words, their universe is expanding.

And as they expand, there are more and more worlds they could not see.

And some stars that they could see in the past, could no longer be seen by their time

This is what it means to wield the power of a Sovereign, their move did not only affect their world, it affects the Omniverse in the entirety.

It is also the reason why beings of these level rarely make a move outside of their own dominion.

Because then, it would affect more than just their dominion.

Azief reaches the tenth steps and he is glowing like some kind of quasar stars, his light reaches tens of thousands of universes all across the Omniverse

Even he does not know it that just by standing there on those steps, and emanating such power and magic he is changing the fates of tens of thousands of Universes

The cause and effect are overwhelming for any other beings.

But for a Sovereign, it is not too much.

Azief however did not realize all of this.

No, he probably could not think of it.

Because last time the same thing happens to him but there was no light that pierces the darkness of the universe and inspires so many lifeforms.

At most, he is glowing inside the confine of the golden barrier.

But now as he sees the lie and his eyes bore down on it like it is about to stare it to death, Azief sees through the nature of the invisible step.

Countless of universe embedded in this invisible line and all the laws of the mortal worlds is embedded in it.

A thousand world in one step.

No, there must be more than a thousand world in that step.

And then he walks past it.

He did not jump.

Before he had jumped when he reached this part.

Because he could not see this invisible steps.

Now, his eyes are shining blue golden lights and he could see what is in those invisible steps.

Intangible, conceptual wills of the worlds and universes contained in it. It is not so much to say that the world is contained in the steps.

It is more like the steps are the heavens of countless worlds.

And what he did in each step, could be viewed by the inhabitants of this world. He is basically stepping on the heavens of these worlds and universes

If he wanted to, he could look through all of these heavens and look at all the worlds and universes below his feet.

He thought of it but he did not delve on it.

But the laws and rules of all of these worlds are all in his grasp

Sovereign is not limited.

This is something Azief had heard.

Supreme beings like Azul are not restricted.

In some negative dimension, water become fire, healing become killing, creation magic turns to destruction magic and the rules and laws you have learned and refined and cultivated become something else entirely under the corrective power of the Will of that world.

The so-called Will of the World has its own rules and laws.

But Sovereign...Sovereign are different.

Wherever they go, no matter which dimension, no matter the universe and what kind of rules and laws they possess, heavenly rules and heavenly laws, worldly rules and worldly laws, all of that is ineffective.
