Chapter 1323: Fourth Stage

Anthony could only stare in amazement as he couldn’t understand what was happening at the moment. His mind couldn’t help but go back to the first time he had met ???, the form that ??? had taken at the time, where the man was pitch black, that was Nature’s Savant at the moment. Not that they possessed the same power or anything of the sort, he just looked physically the same.

Anthony immediately tapped into Authority Of Information, and in that moment, his mind was filled with information regarding what he was seeing at the moment.

At the Eternal Apex rank, cultivators, or rather Pseudo-Higher Entities of this rank, touch upon a higher stage of Law that stood above the three stages of Law; Enhancement, Manifestation, and Embodiment.

The last stage reserved for Eternal Apex beings was the Personification stage.

At this stage, one seemed to become Law itself, they no longer needed to simply manipulate it or will it, neither did they become one with it. They simply became the LAW.

Nature’s Savant’s unseen green eyes shifted towards Anthony. And with that mere glance alone, Anthony’s body from the neck downwards exploded into a shower of blood, organs, bones, and flesh.

Anthony’s eyes widened in shock, he hadn’t even seen any attack, he hadn’t sensed or felt the Law Of Nature being used as usual. From his neck, a new body began to regenerate as limbs and everything regrew.

Nature’s Savant didn’t rush, he simply stared at Anthony, after all, Anthony could never touch the Law Personification stage as he wasn’t at the Eternal Apex rank no matter how much he cheated reality. At this stage, every stage below the Personification stage could only bow in defeat.

Of course, the Law Personification stage wasn’t the same for everyone, it simply varied depending on one’s own comprehension of said Law.

The moment Anthony was done healing, his body shot backwards as he crossed Light-years in an instant, but it was futile. Since the Law Of Nature now dominated the entire Divine Realm, Nature’s Savant was technically and practically everywhere at the same time.

He caught Anthony by the neck, his hand moving through Infinity without even breaking it as though he had phased through it. The moment he held Anthony’s neck, an intense feeling of pain surged through Anthony’s entire body, his body began to turn green as though he was being poisoned, but he wasn’t.

Nature’s Savant was simply tapping into the Vitality within Anthony’s body. Vitality was part of Nature, and as Nature’s Savant was the Law Of Nature at the moment, he could manipulate said Vitality how he saw fit. And at this moment, Anthony’s Vitality was his own nemesis.

Anthony wanted to scream, he wanted to, he had never felt this much pain in his life, not even from the twenty planets filled with various phenomena that had exploded. At this moment, every single strand of his biology screamed for mercy, every synapse, every vein, every muscle fibre, every organ, every bone, every cell.

Nature’s Savant never wanted to kill Anthony, since he was overpowering him right now, his plan had changed to capturing him alive, but Anthony had to pay the price for making him activate his life-saving artefact first, after all, now he no longer possessed any life insurance.

With a calm touch on Anthony’s chest with his other hand, Anthony’s body shot backwards in a blur as he freed Anthony’s neck. Anthony’s body tore through trees like they were nothing, he crossed Light-years every split second, he slammed into an Ocean that roared into the sky the moment he slammed into it.

Anthony’s entire body ached, his Regeneration ability instantly kicking in. The pain refused to leave, so he had no choice but to tap into his Law Of Pain to ease the pain he felt, but the moment he did, nothing responded. Authority Of Information gave him the information that within the Domain created by Law Personification, any Law beneath the Personification stage was erased and could no longer be used.

Water was also part of the Law Of Nature, and so, Nature’s Savant was already standing at the Ocean bed where Anthony landed.

"This is the difference between an Eternal Apex and everyone else," he spoke without his face moving as the only facial feature he had at this moment was what looked like eyes. "And although I would love to keep going, unfortunately, finding out secrets interests me more... It may be the key to opening The Path and leaving," he stated in finality as he stared down at Anthony.

Anthony, who was still feeling intense pain, stared at Nature’s Savant with his bleeding eyes as he spoke weakly.

"I won’t deny it, in terms of Law... I’ve lost," his tone calm, "but at the end of the day, Laws were never my strongest weapon," he stated in finality.

Nature’s Savant arched an eyebrow in confusion as he wondered what Anthony meant. But he didn’t want to waste any more time, this boy was simply too talented and outrageous, he didn’t know what move Anthony was going to pull out of his ass, best to get it over with.

But before he could even do anything, his body froze, the ethereal woman that embraced him from behind vanished, his Law Personification Form collapsed, the Domain of Nature he had created collapsed as every Law which had seemingly vanished returned into place. Trees reduced back to their original size, mountains also reduced in size as the Oceans followed too.

Nature’s Savant’s eyes trembled in pure shock and horror as he had never witnessed anything of the sort.

"Im... Impossible," he spoke aloud.

But alas, it wasn’t. Authorities stood above Laws and Concepts. And through Authority Of Severance, Anthony had severed the Law Personification and Domain.

"Don’t worry, you will get used to it pretty soon," Anthony spoke as he rose to his feet.

Nature’s Savant immediately tried to vanish, he wanted to put some distance between him and Anthony. But before he could, his body instantly froze in place as though time had paused, but the man hadn’t even sensed any Law being manipulated.

Under the Sense Dome after its evolution granted by Boundless, Sense Dome possessed the ability to freeze all beings for exactly three seconds, and that was exactly what Anthony was doing now. His right hand rose ever so slowly after all, at their level, three seconds was enough to destroy multiple Lower Galaxies.

Then his hand blurred, the moment his hand came to a stop, time seemed to resume, the next instant, Nature’s Savant’s whole body was sliced, the man into diced meat, leaving only his head just as the man had done to him.

Nature’s Savant immediately tapped into his Law and teleported his head away, another body regenerating into place. But the moment he was whole again, Anthony appeared as he severed the distance between them, he appeared before the man and decided to go for the final kill, not wasting any more time.

Nature’s Savant tried to use his escaping artefact, but to his shock, it failed. As for why? It was simple. This was the Divine Realm, only Anthony could bring and take people out as he wished.

With that, his hand blurred as he diced the man into minced meat. But before his flesh could even plummet to the ground, Anthony immediately activated his Divine Flames as they enveloped everything, burning it out of existence. Not even the man’s soul was spared at this moment. After all, when it came to Eternal Apexes, one could never be too sure what they could do to come back to life.

And with that, Null Anthony had killed an Eternal Apex, a being that stood at the summit of power within the Ecliptica Galaxy and Hellinder Realm, just barely over two weeks after Ascension.

He remained the greatest Anomaly.
