Chapter 1367: A Mad Woman

Chapter 1367: A Mad Woman

Anthony didn’t waste time trying to bask in their shock or wait to receive their thanks or anything of the sort. He wasn’t an attention seeker, as even if he was, he was now above such things. Law Of Space hummed around him as he vanished from where he stood before anyone below could speak or ask any questions he was simply too lazy to answer.

Anthony’s body reappeared as space folded and rearranged. As he appeared, the sound of battles filled his ears as flashes of various Laws and abilities flickered through his eyes.

This was the battlefield where he had landed the airship and allowed Chaos Betroth, Tory Hale, Chu Feng, Lora Vake, and Jerry to fight to their heart’s content.

At this moment, some of them were still going. Chaos Betroth was still going strong. She wore a wide smile as she didn’t want this to end; she wanted it to go on forever. She laughed, she grinned, she bit off her opponent’s throat and spat it down. She was the true meaning of savagery as the blood of her opponent trickled down her throat and mouth.

The Universal Law Of Chaos hummed around her fist as she seemed to possess endless stamina. Any injury she acquired vanished the next moment as her Law Of Chaos seemed to possess healing properties.

She was a mad woman through and through.

And besides her, Bellion the Shadow Angel was also moving, both of them having the perfect synergy as they moved as one, like they were twins born from the Womb of Chaos itself.

At the side, Chu Feng moved without a single injury. Even after fighting for over an hour, the man didn’t seem to even exert himself despite the numbers he was taking on. He manipulated Law Of Time to a ridiculous degree, even displaying other Laws in tandem, as he had finally stopped holding back.

Anthony watched as Chu Feng stopped a girl through the Law Of Time, then reversed Time until she was a literal baby, then he decapitated her in her baby form. It was a diabolical method to kill your opponent, but the man didn’t care. He seemed to be doing everything he had finally wanted to do, as he even pushed his opponents through Time streams, forcing them to injure their own opponents. Even stealing their Life Force and Vitality through the Law Of Time.

Unlike Chaos Betroth, who had the shadow protector assigned to her aiding her, Chu Feng didn’t need any help from Igris. Igris could only stay and watch with a pained expression as he also wanted to join in on the fun.

Anthony shook his head. He raised his head, and there in the sky was Lora Vake. She was missing her left hand, but she kept moving as she flew through a series of attacks. But she wasn’t alone, as supporting her was Beru, who seemed to cheer on her resolve while tanking some attacks for her.

Beru seemed to have noticed her potential and path of growth, so he didn’t wipe out her enemies for her. His claws tore through a cultivator’s arm, but before the cultivator could scream, Lora Vake was already there with her rapier, which was covered in Law Of Flame, as she decapitated him.

Beru held her wrist, his wings beating through the air as he spun, then threw her forward towards her next opponent while he screeched like a mad Ant and took on opponents that Lora Vake couldn’t handle, his Law Of Devour coming alive as he was drenched in blood.

Anthony turned his eyes away from Lora Vake, his eyes falling on Tory Hale, who was moving through Law Of Water. His movement technique was immaculate, and he transitioned to Law Of Illusion with expert ease, wiping out his opponents without a shred of hesitation in his attacks.

An attack slammed into his chest, but as the attack met him, his body exploded into motes as it had been an illusion all along. Using Law Of Water, he sucked out all the water and liquid from his opponent, the cultivator dying without even knowing how.

After that, he vanished as he shot towards his next opponent like an arrow, his speed peaking as his Law Of Speed hummed even more. Law Of Weapons came alive once more as his hammer turned into twin daggers.

Besides him, Silent Annihilator was also on the move as he held back other Progenitor-rank cultivators who made a move on Tory Hale due to his killing speed and multiple Laws. The man was simply too swift, talented, and merciless. They wanted to kill him, but with an Eternal Apex guarding Tory Hale, they could only dream.

Anthony stayed invisible as he watched it all. Honestly, he had thought that the five of them would be forced to their wits’ end by now, but even though they needed the Shadow Soldiers’ help, they didn’t stop pulling their weight. They all fought with pure determination in every attack, every dodge, every kill, and every injury they received.

’It seems I underestimated them and their resolve to fight for the sect.’

Anthony thought to himself with a smile as he was a bit happy that at least the Founder hadn’t taken ungrateful people. Not that if they ran away he wouldn’t understand.

’And they are all making outrageous progress.’

He thought to himself with a pleased expression, his eyes shifting towards Chaos Betroth as that woman’s comprehension of the Universal Law Of Chaos was rising in real time as though she possessed some proficiency system panel from a Xianxia novel.

Jerry, who was the weakest amongst everybody from the Null Sect, moved. He was covered in injuries, he gritted his teeth as he bled through his mouth, but he never stopped thrusting his spear. His Unique Law Of Motion helping him evade fatal attacks.

His eyes shifted towards George, who was Anthony’s Shadow Soldier, as he saw the summon holding back multiple opponents on its own. He knew he couldn’t rely on the summon or he might remain the weakest Above Disciple present.

"IS THAT THE FUCKING BEST YOU ALL HAVE?"

He roared at the top of his lungs as he pushed off his feet, his eyes bloodied and red, his stamina drained, but anytime he seemed to have reached the limits of his body, some unknown power would instantly refill his stamina. Although he didn’t know who did it, he didn’t ask and simply moved.

His stomach opened, blood splattering as he staggered backwards. As the woman was about to land the killing blow, George was already there, his fist tearing through her chest from behind.

Anthony stared at Jerry for a moment, then shook his head. Although he suffered the most here, he admired his resolve to move forward and not remain last.

Finally, Death Renderer seemed to be having the time of his life as he transitioned from one Law to another. Death Renderer possessed all the Laws Anthony had, as he had copied them all prior to his death. The Progenitors he was fighting were extremely confused and having a hard time.

At this moment, Death Renderer seemed like the epitome of Death itself.
