Chapter 4458: Out of the Realm II

Chapter 4458: Out of the Realm II

People shot out of the gate one after another with a lot of drama surrounding it.

It is with the spouses and partners.

They have finally got the chance to leave this place, and they don’t want to reduce the chances of success, even by a percent.

Some are taking that decision mutually. Deciding on the place they will go outside, while others are doing something with the drama, never wanting to meet others, when they get out.

I watched while sending out one person after another.

It was at the forty-seventh turn when a pair finally appeared beside me. Seeing them, I am not surprised; it would have been really shocking if they hadnt gone out together.

It’s not like they do not care about the chances, but it’s just that they love each other too much.

They want to get to freedom together or die trying together.

"I hope we will meet soon on the other side, Arys," said Prime Rava. "Without a doubt," I replied, and a moment later, she came for a hug.

I hugged her and then Prime Avana.

We have chosen several spots where we will leave messages for each other. This will help us know each other’s locations.

Unlike most, they don’t have the destination. One’s organisation had disappeared while another’s connection wasn’t strong enough, so she wants to return to it.

Both of them want to explore the world, before settling down in a place.

They are strong enough to be able to do that.

"See you on the other side, Arys," said Avana. "We will," I replied and shot them into the rift.

Their bubble is very strong. It is created by burning the blue sartil. I cannot do it with others, but I am doing it for a few friends and myself.

I was relieved when I saw them breaching through the rift.

A second passed, another person, and then another before a pair came.

"Are you sure? The chances of success will reduce by over 10%," I asked. I didn’t have to ask it to Prime Rava and Avana, but I am asking these two.

"I think it’s best to go separately," said the man after a second of hesitation. "It’s for the best," replied the woman with tears dropping from her eyes, before she stepped onto the platform.

While the man looked at me, I shook my head. So, he returned.

I could send them together, but if he wants to go alone, then he will have to wait for his turn. He looked unwilling, but nodded.

He left, and another took his place and entered the platform, before shooting away.

A few more people came, and I sent them out. It is working spectacularly, better than I had thought. I wouldn’t have been surprised if the rift had been as strong as the last one, but this one is stronger.

I had worked hard on it. I wouldn’t risk my life and the lives of my friends on something that wouldn’t work.

If it hadnt been up to my expectations. I would have delayed it. Thankfully, it didn’t come to that.

Over a hundred people left before finally, a pair decided to leave together. I stated the fact once more; they know it and have heard it earlier, but I still did it.

Despite that, they wanted to leave together, and I accepted their wishes.

Another hundred left, including three pairs.

Even after seeing, pairs leave successfully. Not many dared to do that, and I am glad, because it is very risky. I always repeat the facts to every pair.

"Thank you, Prime Arys. You have no idea how grateful I am for this. I had never thought I would see this day," said Prime Nomos.

He is an old man who wanted to enter the rift last time, but was dissuaded.

"You can buy me a drink, to show it after we meet in the real world," I said to the man. "Absolutely," he replied and shook my hand, before walking through the gate and stepping onto the platform.

One by one, people disappeared through the rift. It happened fast, and before I knew it, less than ten people remained.

They seemed to be very impatient, appearing beside me the moment the other stepped onto the platform.

Which is understandable. They saw hundreds of people leave and wanted to leave as well, fearing something bad might happen.

Nothing will happen; the rift is stable.

I sent them and others till only three had left. The strongest of the three. They looked at each other before the cult leader stepped forward.

"If I didn’t reach the other end safely. My organisation will know and they will hunt you down," he threatened.

"Please step on the platform, Prime," I replied, and that made the man angry, but he smiled and stepped onto the platform.

The spatial bubble covered him, and a moment later, shot him into the rift.

"You didn’t do anything to mess with cultists, right?" asked Prime Gold. "Of course not," I replied with a smile.

They looked at intently, but all they saw was a smile.

A moment later, Prime Karamiv stepped onto the platform. The bubble covered him before shooting him into the rift.

"I can’t believe I am leaving this realm finally," said Prime Gold. "It’s the truth, Prime," I replied with a smile.

"It’s all because of you, Prime Arys. I hope we will meet again; I would make sure to thank you properly," she replied. "We will," I replied.

She nodded and stepped into the gate before I shot her into the rift.

"Now, only I remain," I said to myself, but didn’t immediately step onto the platform. Instead, I opened a control panel and made the last changes.

Once I leave, the gate will return to the village. It will be there until someone uses it.

I want to take it with me, and I could. It is a very powerful tool that would help me a lot, but I will not. Many people will come after I leave, and I don’t want them to be imprisoned here.

I have seen what this place does to people, and I don’t want anyone to suffer that fate.

So, with one last look at the realm. I stepped through the gate and stood on the platform. A moment later, the spatial bubble covered me, before shooting me into the rift.
