Chapter 4461: Staying
Chapter 4461: Staying
"I thought I was rich, but you people made me feel quite poor," I said to them as we finished the trading.
"You had greater variety, Prime Arys. You seemed to have nearly every type of resource; each of us, a lot of things we wanted," replied the old man.
"I am a hoarder, Prime Lintinimor. Even at this level, I have a hard time getting rid of things," I said.
"This level, Prime Arys? Are you truly a Prime like us?" asked Grerus, and I smiled.
There have been many instances in which they have such questions. I had answered a few, but remained mum on some.
They are just curious. It’s a general curiosity, but it could get deadly if they suspect something. So, I have to be very careful in answering the questions.
"If you don’t mind me asking, but what is your plan, Prime Arys?" asked Prime Marya.
"I will be returning to Rhazon," I replied.
"I thought your stay in Taurus was temporary and you would be travelling around," she said, and I smiled. "You are absolutely right, Prime Marya," I replied.
It made her and others even more curious.
"I am returning because I found a place that might key to getting rid of this damn thing, or help me at least break enough seals."
"So that I would be able to use my laws, it is suppressing," I added, eyes filled with pain and frustration.
"I don’t know how you keep calm, Prime Arys. I would have gone mad if I couldn’t use my law," replied Grerus, and once more, I smiled.

I opened my mouth and was about to say, I will be taking my farewell, when the door opened and a woman walked in.
She is a short woman, barely five feet tall. She is a mixed-race person with purple skin and purple gemmed eyes.
Seeing her, I couldn’t help but sigh.
I have sensed her since the beginning; her soul sense was covering the whole building. It followed me as I came and listened to all our conversations.
Seeing her, everyone stopped and got up.
"Silver Prime Vanaros," they greeted with a faint bow, while I just nodded. She looked at them before turning to me, focusing on the runes.
I am scared, but not as much as I would have been if I had completed the third level of the Garsonath’s Transformation.
It gave me confidence, especially after I looked amazing. Its effects are: it is very hard to breach through.
"It must be stifling to live with such restrictions." She said after a few seconds of silence. "You get used to it, Lady Vanaros," I replied.
"It seemed like you are making good progress in breaking it. You are feeling a lot more powerful than your information had stated," she said, and it is my turn to smile.
"Stay, Prime Arys. If you like it, you can make Karisor your home, temporary or otherwise," she said.
"Thank you for your honour. If I had not had the opportunity waiting in Rhazon, I would have stayed, but since you had asked, I will stay for a day," I replied.
I didn’t want to stay, but declining wouldn’t have been suspicious.
Staying a day before leaving wouldn’t be suspicious, since I have already told them that an opportunity is waiting for me in Rhazon.
She smiled and walked away. Seeing that, I felt relieved; her soul sense had remained, but I could handle that.
Though I will need to be very careful.
I stayed with them for another hour before Prime Marya led me toward the abode.
"I hope you like it," she said. "It’s too grand," I replied, looking at the marble palace in front of me.
"There will be a party in the afternoon, Primes and a few Silver Primes would be in attendance," she informed and flew away while I kept, looking at the house in front of me.
After a few seconds of looking, I walked toward the beautiful palace.
I admired the old palace and its gardens. They are not just for their beauty, but they also cultivate rare plants. Karisor is an expert in this, and most of their revenue comes from it.
They are one of the strongest as well as the richest Silver Prime organisations on the continent.
I am glad I have a persona of Prime and mysterious enough, so that they behaved politely, because its rare to get such treatment.
I reached the doors and opened them, walking while admiring the beautiful interior.
A few minutes later, I walked into the master bedroom. I lay on it and closed my eyes. Well aware that soul sense is looking at me.
Even the most powerful Prime would find it hard to sense it.
She is using the formations laid in the organisation to snoop at me. These are extremely powerful formations, laid by Golden Prime.
It is already a miracle that I could sense it. I don’t think that even most of Prime’s are aware of this.
Such organisations not only keep an eye on others, but they also keep an eye on their own members. There are rules for it, but they do it.
It’s quite common across organisations. The only difference is the scale.
"Observe the soul sense," I said to one of my clones as I appeared in my core. Not only observe, but also collect the data on it.
I could learn a lot from it. It will help me detect such snooping more quickly next time and improve the ones I have.
There is always an opportunity to learn; one just needs to take it.
With that done, I walked toward the library. It is the last thing I want to do.
I am quite tired, with the excitement of the gate and all those goodbyes, had drained me, but I can’t sleep in here. I know I won’t be able to do anything if they want to capture me.
Still, I don’t want to make that easy for them if it comes to that.
