Chapter 4476: Blasts

I let go of the breath I was holding as a monster passed by me. I watched it till it got a sufficient distance before finally moving.

It had been over two and a half days since I had entered this place, and things had become dangerous.

The monsters have reached the level of power where they could do me harm. They are dangerous monsters that I wouldn’t want to fight.

I am now only half a day away from an area where few reach.

The place I am right now would make most Peak Primes hesitate. Half of them won’t even come this far; it’s too dangerous.

The energy here is very thick and hard. It pushes against the armor.

That friction makes the monster discover them. One needs a very good stealth method here, or they wouldn’t survive here at all.

Thankfully, mine is good, but I want to see whether it will be good for half a day, where this energy becomes much thicker and dangerous.

A few minutes passed, and I stopped. Coming across a stalk of grass with faint traveling over it.

I carefully harvested the resource.

These resources will make Primes bet a massive amount of money, but I am finding them every few minutes. As I said before, the further one goes, the better resources they will find.

It isn’t just the law that has power in these resources, but also the herbal power.

It makes them very valuable, and I am collecting any that I come across as long as it is safe. I’ve let go of many resources because of monsters guarding them.

I could fight them, but I am not going to risk my life.

I know, I do not need to, as long as I go deeper into this place, I will find better resources, and that’s what I am doing.

I moved ahead, avoiding the monsters that I had come across. There are not many of them; their numbers are thin here, and there are many reasons for it.

Burst 100%.

I was thinking that, when the greatest reason appeared. I immediately burst into full power and moved, with everything I have.

I didn’t care about stealth or monster discovering me, because my life is more important.

Bang!

A second and a half late, a loud bang rang out, and it instantly vaporised a large swath of area. This is instability; it could wipe away even the most powerful.

In a few hours, I have seen a monster vaporised by it. It was not able to get away fast enough and was killed.

Which is quite surprising, because these monsters grown here are quite sensitive to it, but sometimes these explosions are very hard to sense; by the time you do, it is too late.

That is why there is a bubble of soul sense around me. It is designed to detect the slightest change.

I have also put one clone on it and am seeing the time dilation. It quickly catches instability, and I was able to get away from it.

Still, I remain careful, and every blast I come across gives my clone more data to make the detection even better.

The signs of it are everywhere, but there are also safe spots here, where such blasts never happen. There are very few such places, and all of them house a powerful monster.

It will become worse the deeper I go, but I am still going.

Once more, I stopped, collected the law resource, and moved forward.

An hour passed, and I was moving forward when I stopped and let my soul sense sink in.

There was a small fight here around an hour ago. I didn’t sense it; there is barely any trace of it. The energy is so thick that it absorbs the energies as well as sound.

If I fought with the monster here. There is a good chance that other monsters will sense it.

It isn’t just because of their thin number, but also because of this dangerous energy. Fighting here is even more dangerous as it could trigger a blast.

Everything is triggering here. It is like walking on a minefield.

It might be an exaggeration in this place, but it won’t go much deeper. I am getting close with every step.

Another hour passed, and when I stopped, I turned and started walking. I didn’t have to walk for long before I saw the fight.

Two monsters are fighting.

Everywhere, it is nothing special, but here it is. As they fight, I could feel their presence around them. They are more focused on the surroundings than the fight itself.

I watched and even sent some seeds there.

One of them was destroyed as it tried to enter the wolf, and I expected the one that entered inside the Bull to get destroyed as well, but it was able to evade its defences.

The wolf didn’t sense the seed earlier, but its defences developed so that it didn’t need to sense to destroy things. Energies are moving around inside its body that would destroy anything unfamiliar.

The seed, which entered the bull, dodged the energies before reaching the destination.

After the meta-scan of the beginning, it is getting clearer and clearer by the moment. Soon, it became clear enough, I could see how its presence is operating to detect abnormality.

This data will help me tremendously.

I was watching the fight, which is getting kind of intense. Suddenly, both monsters stopped and leaped back with their fastest speed.

Bang!

A beautiful white covering covered the space before the sound reached. When it disappeared, everything in the seventeen meters vanished.

The two monsters looked at each other, and seeing their, I thought they would start to fight again. Instead, threatening grown, they ran away.

I watched them before turning to the data in front of me with a wide smile.

I got really important data. It is going to make me detect the explosions even sooner, and that is a lifesaver here.

I gave that to my clone and walked toward the deeper part of this place. Hoping my clone would integrate it sooner, before I reach a very dense energy area.
