Chapter 4481: Battle In Deep

Two hours passed since I walked out of my abode and the energy had become very thick in here.

It made things very dangerous that I am walking at speed of normal person. Even slower; I don’t care about the time, I care about my life.

Twenty minutes ago, I had crossed some sort of invisible boundary.

I didn’t notice at first. It took me nearly three minutes to realise, how fast the energy is thickening compared to hour before.

It made me scared, because I could only imagine how strong the monsters are going to be in this area.

I haven’t come across one yet until now as even the range of my soul waves had shrunk faster since the energy started to get thicker.

There may be dangerous, but three are also a resources. A lot of them.

I thought earlier area had a lot of resources, I had underestimated this place. There is barely any information about it and nothing about increase in density of energy by distance.

Everything is unexpected and dangerous.

Burst 100%.

Minutes passed, when suddenly full power of the burst roared through me and I moved with everything I have.

I stopped a second and half later and saw the area covering four and half meter simply vaporised. All the plants and even soul of upper surface had disappeared.

The blasts earlier didn’t give much chance to survive. These are far less than that. If I get caught, I am dead.

Deader than dead. There is nothing, no formation or toll will be able to save me.

I looked at it for a moment, before resuming my journey. I am in deepest area and moving toward the centre. I have a seen a lot of it and understood how this place work.

This place didn’t have the source of energies. It absorb it from the marsh.

When it reaches the cusp, it opens. This is way, it could release the energies and start over again.

I feel happy, that I solved the mystery.

Most others think, including the information I have, that there is source in the centre, but that is not care. That doesn’t means, it’s not dangerous or valuable resources aren’t there.

It is very dangerous; the densest and the most powerful energies are there.

I am already walking through these energies, getting closer and closer to it with every step I take toward it.

My soul waves moved, searching for resources as well as the dangerous. Till now, I haven’t seen any signs or monsters, but that’s not surprising.

The energies are so thick here, that they would make any sign disappear within an hour.

Only when it fight, the signs remains, but only for a day or two, because flora is very strong and they begin to grow almost within hours.

It is why these place isn’t fully obliterated yet and also there are many place where blasts never happen.

I don’t know the reason, but I am sure, I could find out.

If I stay in this place for long enough, but I can’t. Not only because I don’t time to waste on such things, but also because this place didn’t stay open for long.

I pushed the useless thoughts away and kept walking.

A few more minutes passed, when I stopped. No, I didn’t sense any danger. It is for the resources.

I am moving such slow speed, that I didn’t have to stop to harvest the resources.

Due to my time, I had also perfected my method to harvest the law resources, but now and then, I come across the resources that delicate and complicated, that I need to stop to harvest them.

It took me forty seconds, but I harvested the delicate roots, filled with the law of fighting.

If I handled it wrong, all that law power would have attacked me and that is would have been very dangerous. There is law power there to kill a someone of my power.

I was not joking when I had said, this place is filled with danger. Even the resources, I had come to harvest are dangerous.

I stored it carefully before moving forward. A few minutes passed and I had stop once more.

An hour passed and the energy, become even thicker. That once more, the thoughts of retreating begin to enter my mind. Despite that, my legs never stopped.

I kept moving forward, wanting to see this place whole, that very few had done.

This place is quite, other than sounds of blasts, that I near now and then. I didn’t hear even single monsters or even sense them.

Though, I know they are here. I am seeing the signs, but didn’t sense them.

I am happy with that; the monsters here are going to be very dangerous and I rather not face them, because these monsters could kill me.

Once more, I stopped to harvest another resources before resumed walking while the strings around me clear every resource I want.

I was doing that, when I finally sensed something, in eerily quite space.

’I shouldn’t go,’ I thought, but moved toward the direction. I didn’t move fast despite wanting to. I continued with the slow measured steps.

Thankfully, the destination wasn’t far. Still, if I had been a hundred meter further, I wouldn’t have been able to sense it all.

Finally, I reached it and saw the fight.

It is fight between a man and monster. A silver bear monster is attacking a man with powerful attack and all he could is defend with his spear.

The bear is incredibly powerful and three laws together. Fire, earth and lightning.

It is extremely rare, but here its happening.

The most interesting thing is; these two aren’t the only things here. There is also another person, watching the whole battle sneakily.

’I didn’t expect, I would find them,’ I thought.

The person who is fighting is the same person I had sensed and if I am not wrong, then the person is second present I sensed the battlefield.
