My Talent's Name Is Generator

Chapter 1245: Killing A Demi God

Chapter 1245: Killing A Demi God

For several breaths, neither of them moved.

The sword remained suspended less than an inch from my chest, yet Sovereign Abyssal Darkness could not push it even a fraction farther. The Eternal stared at me with disbelief, his expression becoming increasingly pale as he realized that the technique he had sacrificed his legs to activate had failed to restrain me.

I looked at the two of them.

They had come here believing that I was already trapped, believing that once the Eternal froze Space and Time, Darkness would only need a single strike to pierce my heart.

Instead, they were the ones standing helplessly before me.

I decided I had seen enough.

My hands slowly came together. The moment my palms touched, the Fire Origin within me began to tremble.

A small point of light appeared above my head.

At first, it was nothing more than a tiny sphere of fire, no larger than my fist, but the moment it fully formed, the surrounding void began to distort. Flames rotated silently around its surface, compressing layer after layer of Fire Laws into an impossibly dense core.

It looked like a miniature sun.

Its surface was not simply burning. It was constantly undergoing destruction and rebirth, countless strands of golden-red flame twisting across its surface as terrifying heat and Law fluctuations poured from within it.

The space surrounding the orb began to tremble. Then the void itself started to ripple. Even the frozen Space and Time around me could no longer remain perfectly stable in its presence.

The Eternal’s eyes widened.

Sovereign Abyssal Darkness also stared at the miniature sun above my head, and for the first time, the confidence that had appeared in his eyes after arriving completely disappeared.

I looked at them calmly and whispered.

"Explode."

The miniature sun vanished.

For an instant, there was complete silence.

Then—

BOOOOOOM!

The orb exploded.

An immense wave of Fire Origin erupted in every direction, spreading through the void like a star being born at the end of the universe.

The first thing it struck was the frozen Space and Time surrounding my body.

The entire restriction shattered.

CRACK!

The invisible prison that had held my body in place broke apart like glass, and the terrifying wave continued forward without losing momentum.

The Eternal was struck head-on.

His body was launched backward.

The force of the impact tore through his already damaged body, and I could hear the unmistakable sound of bones breaking beneath the roar of the flames. Blood burst from his mouth as he was thrown farther and farther away, his body tumbling through the void before he desperately tried to stabilize himself.

But the wave did not stop.

It swept across the battlefield and reached Sovereign Abyssal Darkness.

His eyes narrowed.

The sword that had been aimed at my heart was still in his hand, but he instantly changed his stance.

Instead of thrusting it toward me, he twisted his body and dragged the blade sideways, slashing directly into the approaching wave of Fire Origin.

Darkness and flame collided.

BOOM!

The explosion that followed was even greater than the first.

Darkness surged outward like a black tide while the remnants of the Fire Origin tore through the surrounding void. Sovereign Abyssal Darkness was forced backward several hundred thousand meters, his cloak whipping violently behind him as his body struggled against the overwhelming force.

I did not give him another glance. My attention had already returned to the Eternal.

I stepped forward.

Space bent around my body.

The next instant, I appeared directly in front of him.

His eyes widened.

Fear appeared clearly within them.

He had barely managed to stabilize his body, yet seeing me arrive again made him instinctively raise both hands.

"No!"

His voice was filled with panic. A terrifying wave of Ice Origin erupted from his body.

"Frozen Sacrifice: Eternal Pause!"

The technique activated again. But this time, the price was even greater.

Both of his arms began freezing from his fingertips upward.

The ice spread across his forearms and reached his shoulders before both arms shattered completely, breaking apart into countless particles of pale blue light.

He had sacrificed both arms to activate the technique.

The moment the pale blue light expanded toward me, I simply chuckled.

"Don’t you have any other skill?"

The wave of freezing power was already reaching me. But before it could lock my Space and Time again, my body suddenly changed.

My entire body burst apart.

Flames erupted from every part of my body, transforming me into countless streams of fire that scattered through the incoming wave. The freezing power passed through empty space, unable to lock onto my existence because there was no longer a physical body for it to restrain.

This was an ability I had obtained from Aurora when I had made her my summon.

Absolute Elemental Shift.

My body could temporarily dissolve into my chosen element, allowing me to completely evade attacks that relied on locking onto my physical existence.

The scattered flames moved through the frozen space before rapidly converging behind the Eternal.

One strand became two.

Two became dozens.

Then countless streams of fire gathered together, rebuilding my body piece by piece until I stood directly behind him once again.

The Eternal sensed my presence.

His expression changed. But it was already too late.

I gently raised both hands and placed my palms against his back.

"Thank you for the practice."

The Eternal’s body stiffened. I leaned slightly closer.

"Absolute Death."

The moment those words left my mouth, my Fire Origin resonated.

Twenty percent.

That was how far my understanding of Fire had already reached. And this time, I did not hold anything back.

Every bit of comprehension I possessed surged through my Origin.

The Fire Origin trembled violently.

The void around us began to distort. The Eternal’s body suddenly froze. His entire body became completely motionless as the Fire Origin invaded every layer of his existence.

Then the flames appeared.

They were no longer the ordinary red or orange flames I had used before.

They were white-gold.

Pure, brilliant, and almost colorless at their center, with a terrifying golden radiance surrounding them.

The instant they appeared, the surrounding void began to ripple violently.

Space warped.

The darkness around us twisted. Even the distant stars seemed to tremble beneath the pressure.

The white-gold flames began burning through the Eternal. His body did not explode. It simply began to disappear.

Flesh, bones, soul Force, existence.

Everything was being consumed by the flames at once.

His eyes widened as he struggled desperately against the attack, but his body remained frozen in place. His remaining Soul Force surged outward in a desperate attempt to resist, only to be swallowed by the white-gold flames.

Sovereign Abyssal Darkness finally recovered from the previous explosion.

His gaze locked onto us.

Then his expression changed completely.

"STOP!"

He rushed toward me.

Darkness erupted behind him as he crossed the void at terrifying speed, his entire body transforming into a black streak as he desperately tried to reach the Eternal.

But he was too late.

The white-gold flames surged one final time.

The Eternal’s body vanished completely.

There was no explosion. By the time Sovereign Abyssal Darkness reached me, there was nothing in front of him except empty space.

His momentum carried him forward before he finally stopped. He stared at the place where his companion had been standing.

Silence filled the void. I slowly lowered my hands.

The white-gold flames faded from my palms.
