Chapter 469: The Dragon clan, You have one minute to answer

"Go deal with them," Grey commanded casually.

Boom!

Time froze for a split second. Space violently folded around Tian Yuan and Azathoth’s clones.

In the exact following moment, their physical bodies crumbled into dust. Their temporary existences had officially reached finality with a single, casual thought from Grey.

With their destruction, the God Relic completely disappeared. Everyone’s sealed powers instantly rushed back into their cores.

Yet absolutely no one dared to move an inch. They all stared up at Grey with deepened gazes.

This young man was actively controlling a 7th Rank beast! What exactly did the 7th Rank entail? It was an absolute pinnacle that the vast majority of the cosmos would never even come close to touching. The Grand Arbiter himself was only a middle 7th Ranker.

But the terrifying Beast of Finality floating next to Grey was completely shrouded in cosmic mystery. No one could pinpoint its exact power.

"Do you guys still want to continue the tournament? I am kind of done here," Grey laughed softly, breaking the suffocating silence.

"..." No one dared to utter a single word.

They were too overwhelmed to speak.

The Dragon Patriarch abruptly spoke up, shattering the quiet.

"You are very good, kid. To be able to reach such a level in a short amount of time... it is highly impressive. But what exactly is your relationship with the heretic Tian Yuan and the Abyssal God? Are you secretly plotting with them?" the Dragon Monarch interrogated with a highly unfazed, arrogant look on his ancient face.

Alissa, watching from the sidelines, had a deeply grim look form across her features. She had a terrible feeling that this would not end well.

"Are you the so-called Dragon Monarch?" Grey tilted his head, a freezing cold smile forming on his face.

"That is indeed me." The Dragon Monarch violently unleashed his aura. A terrifying storm of draconic energy immediately tore through the horizon, aiming to suppress the arrogant human.

However, before it could even reach Grey’s vicinity, the Beast of Finality unleashed its own conceptual power.

The attack never touched Grey. The Beast simply deemed the incoming pressure as an event that had already reached its final outcome. The energy storm vanished into nothingness before it could fully manifest.

"I have heard a lot of things about you overgrown lizards. Namely that the dragons are incredibly prideful and love to make unnecessary trouble with others," Grey declared loudly.

He was technically a junior speaking to a supreme senior like the Dragon Monarch, yet his tone held not a single ounce of respect.

Seeing this blatant disrespect, the Emperor of the Aeonic Divine Kingdom was completely bewildered. Angela and Anderson shared his panic. Things were looking incredibly bad, and they desperately wanted to break up the escalating conflict.

Before the parents could move, a slender figure blurred into the sky, standing directly between the Dragon Monarch and Grey.

It was Alissa.

"What are your intentions, Patriarch?" Alissa asked coldly.

"What my intentions are?" The Dragon Monarch grinned wickedly. "I am simply questioning that lad over there. Why? Is it wrong to be cautious? That boy clearly is not normal. I harbor heavy doubts regarding his origins. He must be the reincarnation of an ancient, evil monster. How else could he achieve something like this and have deep relations with the worst criminals in the cosmos?"

Hearing this heavy accusation definitely caused several eyebrows to raise in suspicion across the VIP stands.

"Enough. He is not some reincarnated being," Alissa retorted, her expression freezing over.

"Oh? What makes you say that with such certainty, my dear granddaughter?" the Dragon Monarch sneered. "Do you, perchance, know him personally? You were also originally from the isolated Milky Way Galaxy, were you not?"

Loud gasps rang out across the stadium. The spectators began to whisper feverishly among themselves. Anderson and Angela looked at each other in deep confusion before simultaneously rushing into the sky to stand beside their son.

"The Arclight family, huh?" the Dragon Monarch smiled condescendingly.

"Dragon Monarch, why are you purposely making things difficult?" Anderson spoke with a heavy frown. "My son has just achieved true Sainthood. He is not someone you can carelessly target now."

"Oh? You still fiercely defend him after seeing him casually chatting with the heretic Tian Yuan and the Abyssal God?" the Dragon Monarch laughed coldly. "They are the very source of evil in this universe. Am I in the wrong for assuming the exact same for him?"

"I did not hear you yapping this much while ##### and Tian Yuan were actually standing here," Grey interjected lazily.

A sharp chill ran down Alissa’s, Anderson’s, and Angela’s spines.

Did this boy truly have zero fear?

The Dragon Monarch was widely known to be at the eighth or ninth level of the 7th Rank!

"Do you have a literal death wish, kid?!" One of the dragon elders, who had been staying silently by the side, roared in absolute fury.

"No. But I can definitely and completely eradicate the entire Dragon Clan from the starry sky right here, right now. Do you want to see?" Grey chuckled coldly as his saintly eyes locked onto the Dragon Monarch.

He was going to utterly shatter this ancient lizard’s pride himself.

"Enough! Grey, stop talking!" Alissa was visibly shaken when she heard this terrifying threat.

To make such a bold claim against the strongest clan... was he entirely suicidal?

There was only the Duke-level Arclight family to back him up. Even the Grand Arbiter was currently observing the tense situation with keen, calculating intent. It seemed the Arbiter had also grown highly suspicious of Grey after the monarch’s loaded accusations.

"Stay out of my way, Alissa." Grey casually snapped his fingers. In the very next moment, space warped, and Alissa was teleported directly beside Juli and Miwa in the VIP stands.

"You!" Alissa was completely stunned, unable to comprehend how he bypassed her defenses so easily.

"Grey, what exactly are you doing?" Angela asked with a highly strained tone.

If things deteriorated into a full-scale war here, she was fully prepared to sacrifice her own life to ensure her son’s escape.

Jeremiah was observing this entire scene in utter disbelief. Was this Lost Heir genuinely so arrogant that he would directly disrespect the entire Dragon Clan, or had he always been this borderline psychotic?

Boom!

In the following instant, everyone froze. A terrifying power that rattled the Origin Cores of every spectator violently struck the planet. A suffocating draconic aura erupted directly from the furious Dragon Monarch.

"You dare threaten the supreme Dragon Clan?!"

"Why not? You are all just a bunch of arrogant, oversized reptiles holding absolutely zero value to this world," Grey sneered.

Grey then pointed a finger downward, gesturing toward where Alissa stood, and demanded answers.

"Where are Melissa and Wang Lin?"

"If you do not give me a clear answer immediately, I will find the truth myself. And I will do so by completely wiping the entire Dragon Clan from the cosmos."

Grey’s eyes glowed with lethal intent. Pure Nexus frequential energy rushed out from his source like a cosmic tidal wave. His Saintly Halos glowed blindingly bright as one more additional halo manifested above his head.

It was the Halo of the Lesser Heavens. Around his saintly eyes, the glowing rings of the Lesser Heavens also formed, locking onto the Dragon Monarch.

"You have exactly one minute to answer," Grey smiled cheerfully.
