Chapter 3044: Dropped Items from the Forbidden Dungeon

Adrian cannot really do anything to the gods that visit Avalon because he was cornered by them once in the meeting. It seems that all of them are stressed and want a change in environment which is why one or two gods can descend to Avalon a day. Even the gods have gotten the concept of a holiday because of a chatty champion from one of them.

If one were to describe it then they had unionized against Adrian for always making them work. In the end, he had to agree to give them a vacation in Avalon one or two at a time. Some really hide themselves like mortals but some could not bother at all and just hide their divine auras.

Adrian did tell them that they should at least pretend to be normal humans but the other gods do not even bother. They feel restricted in the skin of another which is why Adrian no longer cared as long as they do not create trouble. The problem is that the guards and the elders are the ones having a heart attack each time the god encounter mortals.

"Why are they even bothered by it? The gods of life and death are the ones that love mortals the most. They do not want to harm them because they would also be struck by karma. In fact, a lot of players got minor blessings because of the exchange." Adrian muttered as he entered the guild house to meet with Frey.

Adrian did not forbid any of the people in Avalon to chat or interact with the gods. In fact, the gods themselves are the one that truly judge people. They will not let anyone that disrespects them to even go near. Like with the fickle but quiet Goddess of the Hearth, she would not let just anyone come near her but she likes to play with children. She would give minor blessings to the respectful children in the territory hence Adrian did not bother her when it is her turn.

"If I actually impose anymore rules to them, they might start blasting me with their unreasonable demands and I cannot handle such a thing." Adrian thought as he encountered Frey as she was chatting with some of the female guild members.

"We should be going now since the bo... I mean the guild leader is here." One of the female guild members stated as the group of girls around Frey scattered while their giggled.

"It seems that you are very famous regardless of gender. I am suddenly very jealous." Adrian teased.

"They would also like you as much as me if you were not a demonic instructor." Frey replied as she also teased Adrian back.

"I am just making sure that no one will die in vain. It is actually good training because they cry during it and they cry after they apply it. They always come to me and appreciate that training when it saves their lives." Adrian stated as he remembers some guild members crying tears of joy because his lessons actually made them complete a difficult quest or mission.

"You should still make sure to not push them too hard. The only ones that can keep up are your cousins. I really think that your family is very unique in a sense." Frey stated.

"That is actually only about 50% the intensity. If my mom is the one that trained them then they would probably run away for their lives." Adrian commented which made Frey’s ears twitch.

"Anyways, we are not here about how I train the others. This is what you earned from that fight." Adrian stated as he handed over the items to Frey.

"Thanks, but are you sure that you do not need it?" Frey asked as she only came with Adrian in the dungeon because she missed him.

"I really do not need it. Paradox can even testify for me." Adrian stated as a chibi version of him with a futuristic visor popped out of his body.

"Yes, mistress. This core simply does not give our master anything that could benefit him. This core has the attributes of light and wind but in a harsh nature. Even Saena, who has matching attributes, does not benefit from this as she is already destined to grow into a True Divine Beast." Paradox explained.

"See... what Paradox said." Adrian added even though he was just nodding along to what Paradox said.

Frey would have refused the core if it was only Adrian’s word but even Paradox stepped in. Frey knew that Paradox is a purely logical being which means that it would not lie to her. She has encountered Paradox a couple of times and spoke to it when it gained that ability. She always knew that Paradox has Adrian’s best interest as a priority.

"Alright, since Paradox said so then I will accept it. The only problem is I do not know how to use this thing at all." Frey stated as she looked at the description.

Item Description: The core of from the Impundulu Ventus that has obtained an almost divine nature. It has powerful wind and lightning attributes that complement each other to the highest degree of it current tier. It has multiple uses since this is a core from a demigod tier beast.

Adrian wanted to laugh when he read the last sentence because the Impundulu Ventus is only at the level of a demigod beast but they depleted everything just to defeat it. He sighed as this meant that his soulbounds would not be able to truly deal with the monsters that are about to come. Even if some of his monsters have already become demigod level, the gap seems to be huge when it comes to those aged monsters.

"You can use it for Zorya. The Fierce Wind and Lightning Semi-Divine Core will be able to make it a demigod level beast. You can also use it as a material to forge a more powerful spear." Adrian stated.

"If you think that Zorya can have this then it would be better to give it to her. When it comes to monsters, you have a professional opinion compared to those that do theory videos in the internet. What about the feathers? I do not know what to use them on." Frey stated.

Item Description: Feathers from the Impundulu Ventus. It is in perfect shape but slightly dropped in grade because it no longer getting channeled energy. It is said to have some medicinal property but no one has yet to discover it.

"You can make an armguard from it or make a tussle for your spear which would grant it some effects if the artificer is topnotch." Adrian recommended.

"I think that would be for the best since weapons can now be accessorized. Even if the effect might only be miniscule, it should still be something that can help me in the long run. So, what is your next quest?" Frey asked.

"I think I need to help my last two soulbounds reach level 400 first. The fight against the Impundulu Ventus has taught me that I need to prepare more. The mission for this is not something ranked as easy after all. What about you? What are you going to do?" Adrian asked as he knows that Frey also has some missions that she placed on pause because he asked her to accompany him.

"I need to catch up with my sisters at the northern continent as changes that happened should be abrupt. We might need to check on the gods that descended in the northern continent. We need to know if they are hostile or not. The northern continent is not the most stable among the other continents after all." Frey stated.

"You should go do that so that your mind is put at ease. Before you go, I think we need to think of a way to use the last item that we got from clearing the Storm Cloud Ravine. The dungeon core is no small matter after all." Adrian stated as he is asking for suggestions if they should actually use it.

"Why not commune with your elders? They know a lot about dungeons since it is also a phenomenon that warps time and space." Frey suggested.
