The stir of the Heavenly Daos was tangible to Wei Wuyin, so much so that Wei Xiaotian, a Shard of Heaven, could sense its actions of tailoring paths and executing machinations to grant opportunities and fortuitous encounters. Some needed to be urgently forced. Others were born from direct psyche influence, bordering on outright mental manipulation. The instructions of Wei Wuyin were not due to the Heavenly Daos, but even the Heavenly Daos sought to exploit the situation, while Wei Wuyin himself was exploiting this response.

And as Wei Wuyin expected, not only were blessings delivered out in short order, but Sinners were enlisted amongst the Battalions disguised as great fortune. They would likely not return, delivered into the mouth of the Blessed grinder within the battlefield. The young emperor of the Neo-Dawn Empire observed it all with Wei Xiaotian by his side aboard the Unfettered Dawn. Interestingly enough, the forced peace initiated by Wei Wuyin remained as a lingering edict, overwriting natural laws.

Fighting and combat-based conflict were prohibited. As such, many opportunities that would have been born, such as through duels or challenges, were changed by the Heavenly Daos in other forms. Seeing the flexibility of the Heavenly Daos, Wei Wuyin studied its moves closely. These maestro techniques of karmic ties and connection might be usable one day, when direct battle was an unappealing or unlikely option. The most employed method was urgent ascensions to the Star Core Phase, the Ninth Stage of the Astral Core Realm.

With ten main forces bringing ten battalions, each reaching a total of a thousand soldiers, a legion was soon formed!

Wei Wuyin facilitated their arrivals onto the Unfettered Dawn via Void Portals, further exposing the terrifying means that he wielded to the denizens of the rogue starfield. Yan Zhu was still adjusting, yet every sight she'd experienced since her rescue was horizon-expanding to the limits. If not for her strong will and Wei Wuyin's support, she would have been overwhelmed by it all.

No different than the frog in the well realizing that the well was only a tiny part of an entire starfield upon escaping, not merely a piece of land or a single planet. She took it all fairly well, and Wei Xiaotian patiently explained any questions she held in simple mortal terms.

Inspecting the cultivators-now-soldiers that stood on the deck of the Unfettered Dawn, Wei Wuyin could sense the curious gazes, including the stifled and fearful ones as well, especially since a few Blessed were utilizing disguising spells to slip into the legion despite their cultivation bases being severely under the requirement of Starlord. It wasn't a hardcore limit as Wei Wuyin entered the Stellar Battlefield with a far weaker cultivation base, but most would rather have allies with a sufficient cultivation base.

Many of these concealment treasures had lingering traces of the karmic aura, and a Heavenly Seer would be able to tell they were given directly by the Heavenly Daos. Most of which were bestowed by a crude method that was overtly direct, such as finding the abilities of a nondescript piece of material within their spatial rings. In truth, that material was directly modified and imbued with an illusory energy by the Heavenly Daos, hence the crude nature of its delivery.

As such, many of them were using the same illusion spell to disguise themselves, capable of avoiding the perceptions of lower-staged Ascended beings. Wei Wuyin made an effort to linger a little longer on those folks, giving them quite a scare. An amused smile later, he spoke with a majestic voice: "You all have been given an opportunity to fight for your lives on the line. Do not fear for your family, friends, and allies here; conflict will be forbidden for the next hundred years. Instead, focus on coming back home. Focus on killing your way to survival. Focus on you.

"All opportunities beneath heaven and earth come with risk and responsibility. This is no different. But you have an advantage that others don't-You have me." Wei Wuyin informed them all, causing a few of the ten leaders to experience an eruption of confused expressions, and others were thrilled by anticipation.

With Wei Wuyin's unfathomable cultivation, he would be barred from entering the Stellar Battlefield of Order & War, so what did he mean by that?

Wei Wuyin didn't hide it as the Unfettered Dawn flew towards the access formation at startling speeds. The rogue starfield might be an unimaginably vast territory for these cultivators, but within seconds, the Unfettered Dawn had already reached the barrier around the access formation. It hovered above a particular planet's mountain range. The Kane Family's guards there were shaken by the large vessel, but found themselves unable to do anything but gawk.

"I will be entering as a Creationist of Order. Specifically, I will be the sole Alchemist for your legion. As such, I will bestow your legion a name. A name befitting your glorious beginnings under my hand."

Those words sent waves across the hearts of the youths and older cultivators, especially the leaders who were acting as Battalion Commanders. Among them, Angelica Byr's eyes began to brighten significantly. Meanwhile, General Vaughn Kane, the one at the lead of the insurrection, wore a cloudy expression, and this only darkened after Wei Wuyin declared the name.

"The Neo-Byr Legion." Wei Wuyin's declaration was subtly suggesting that this insurrection of his was bound to fail. How could he not be grim? However, there was little he could do. After witnessing that indescribable power, capable of pulling him across the Dark Void from millions of miles in an instant, he dared not even whimper in objection.

Wei Wuyin ignored all these concerns. Upon deciding on the name for this new legion, he beckoned for Angelica Byr. She walked forward in battle armor, her demeanor as exemplary as ever, completely faultless as she solemnly arrived with a salute of respect.

"Angelica Byr will serve as the Legion Commander of the Neo-Byr Legion. Any objections?" Wei Wuyin asked, yet no one was foolish enough to offer any objections even if there was a tangible reason to do so. For example, her cultivation base or youth. Moreover, Wei Wuyin's tone broke no response. Not even Angelica was allowed to object. She could sense his steady gaze on her.

Wei Wuyin nodded after seven seconds, "Don't fail me." Whether these words were toward Angelica Byr or towards everyone, it didn't change the surge of light that swelled within their dantians. This light was wondrous and intangible, imbued with the law aura of war, swirling around their Astral and Mystic Souls.

Wei Xiaotian smiled. Wei Wuyin was acting impartially, granting Sinner, Blessed, and the ordinary equal treatment. That level of magnanimity was remarkable.

The Stellar Access of Order & War was soon landed upon as Wei Wuyin kept the Unfettered Dawn. The process was familiar and nostalgic. Angelica Byr activated her Mark of War, and Wei Wuyin's Mark of Annihilation glowed resplendently in response.

The Nexus War Talisman within his Mind's Eye, refined and fused with the Heaven's Gate that was Athena's Heavenly Form, thrummed vigorously. Athena also went oddly silent. Her mood was rather emotional, like a young girl who had grown up away from home, becoming a full-fledged adult, finally returning home after so many years.

However, unlike before, a Spiritform who referred to themselves as a Sentry, appearing as a male Soldier of War of the Earthly Saint Phase, he inspected their tribute, and only after informing them to deliver it to the Entry Moderators did he grant them a Mark of War.

The outburst of torrential wind preceded the gathering of unique spatial energy soon after. Beneath the feet of the ten thousand mortals present, the character for 'Soldier' was formed. Angelica Byr and the Ascended beings had the character for 'Commander' form, as Angelica executed a secret technique to gain further recognition, her character morphed to 'Legion Commander'.

Wei Wuyin was no longer a neophyte of the Stellar Access of Order & War. Similarly, beneath his feet was the 'Commander' character. The sight of it was enough to cause the various participants to reel in abject disbelief and shock!

Did this mean that this man was a lower-stage Ascended being?! They couldn't reconcile such power with that level of cultivation!

Meanwhile, Yan Zhu and Wei Xiaotian were given the 'Soldiers' character. When he looked at them, ignoring the shaken features of those onlookers' faces, Wei Xiaotian revealed a heart-stopping smile, "I'll take care of

Yan Zhu and Wei Xiaotian were entering as part of the Legion Commander's personal Battalion, directly under Angelica Byr. The two had slowly folded into the empty spots deliberately left for them.

Yan Zhu heard that and pouted. She was like a spear, and her pride refused to yield to the protections of others easily on any battlefield. Before her temporal extraction, she was a veteran of the battlefield, fighting both within the Scarlet Solaris Sect and beyond in campaigns no less fierce than anything that Wei Wuyin had participated in during his period there.

She resolved herself to fight with everything she has.

Wei Wuyin was comforted by their attitudes, leaving behind a similar light of war within their Dantians. As a conqueror of a level of the Heavenly Realms of War, he was keenly aware of the tactics that could be deployed to maximum effectiveness. However, this wasn't his stage.

His stage was beyond the Stellar Battlefield. It was only his starting point to maximize benefits. As such, his Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation took precedence over his silver eyes of a Magi.

"Remember," Wei Wuyin was about to remind Wei Xiaotian of something when he was interrupted by her spiritual transmission.

"We won't enter the Nexus Battlefield."

With nothing else left to say, the Neo-Byr Legion alongside Wei Wuyin was enveloped in spatial power. Then, before the eyes of the inhabitants of the rogue starfield, a ray of cylindrical rainbow light surged outwards, piercing beyond the stars, seeking opportunity amidst blood, death, and conflict!
