Chapter 938: Chapter 1155: Entering The Ruin Again
Chapter 938: Chapter 1155: Entering The Ruin Again
"Then three days from now, at this same time, call me again. I'll show my sincerity—and I hope to see yours as well."
"Fine, as long as you don't deceive me."
"It won't be easy to deceive you. Besides, I can't exactly have a Ditto or Zorua transform into Xerneas."
"With your insight, you'd definitely be able to tell the difference."
"Good that you know."
With that, the other party hung up the phone.
Early the next morning, after finishing breakfast, Julian had Metagross continue protecting his mother. Although he was currently cooperating with the Master of Organization Y, the collaboration hadn't been completed yet.
Even if it was highly likely that the other party wouldn't act against his family, the necessary precautions still had to be taken.
Watching Metagross and his mother leave, Julian turned to Love and said, "Love, I might not be coming back tonight. Don't prepare dinner for me."
"Dee~"
Love nodded and reminded him to stay safe.
"Deoxys."
Julian glanced at Deoxys, who immediately understood.
The next second, the two of them disappeared from the spot.
When they reappeared, Julian was already standing at the entrance of a Ruin.
"Champion Walker!"
When the guards saw that the person who had suddenly appeared was Julian, they immediately lowered their guard, and one of them hurried over.
"I'm going in to take a look. You all carry on with your duties."
With that, Julian walked into the Ruin.
This Ruin was the same technological one he had explored years ago, where he had discovered space backpack technology, tenth-generation solar technology, and other advanced innovations.
By developing these technologies, the country had made tremendous progress in science and technology.
It was also in this very Ruin that Julian had caught Duraludon and encountered Mew inside the Ancient Giant Tree.
Now, Julian had returned for Mew.
"I hope that little guy is still here," he muttered.
Entering the Ruin, he spotted the towering Ancient Giant Tree in the distance. Mounting Moltres, Julian flew quickly in that direction.
The Ancient Giant Tree was guarded by the Regi trio. Back then, due to insufficient strength, Julian hadn't dared to venture too deep.
He had only encountered Mew because of Celebi.
But now, Julian was a Champion.
As he approached the Ancient Giant Tree, stimulated by Moltres's aura, the three Regis appeared before him.
"It's me," Julian said to the Regis.
The Regi Trio: "Who are you?"
Julian: 'Are you that forgetful?'
"It's me—we met a few years ago. I'm even friends with Mew."
Julian pointed at his nose, looking at the Regis in disbelief. Though they were at the Pseudo-Champion level and not at the Champion-level like last time.
The three Regis stared at Julian and Moltres warily, their demeanor clearly indicating they didn't know him and were signaling for him to leave immediately.
"Well, this works too. I couldn't beat you back then, but now I've got a chance to settle the score." Julian grinned mischievously.
If they had recognized him and let him pass, he really wouldn't have had a reason to pick a fight. But now that they didn't recognize him and were blocking his path…
"Moltres, I'll leave them to you."
Julian leaped off Moltres's back, using his psychic powers to slowly descend through the air.
"Tres!"
Moltres let out a piercing cry.
And a stream of Flamethrower shot directly toward the three Regis below.

The three Regis were all at the late-stage Pseudo-Champion level. Even if all three joined forces, they normally wouldn't be Moltres's match—but the Regis weren't ordinary Pokémon.
Because of their unique synergy, their combined strength was far greater than the sum of their parts.
Facing the level 93 Moltres, they managed to hold their own for a time through their combined efforts, trading blows back and forth.
Julian wasn't surprised.
After all, the combined strength of the three Regis was already well-known in the outside world.
However, as time passed, the declining state of the three Regis became apparent.
Julian's Moltres was elite in every aspect—defeating the three of them was only a matter of time.
"Tres!"
Moltres was getting a bit annoyed. Here it was, a Champion-level Pokémon, yet it couldn't finish off three Pseudo-Champions. If that dog ever found out, it would surely mock it.
Julian: 'Arcanine already knows.'
The Poké Ball containing Arcanine, attached to Julian's belt, was shaking nonstop. If Julian hadn't stopped it from coming out, Arcanine would have already popped out to mock Moltres.
Fueled by its anger, Moltres's power surged even further. Flames raged below, but they were well-controlled, not damaging the ancient tree nearby.
The indicator lights on the three Regis' heads flashed wildly, as if they were communicating something.
The next moment, Julian noticed the aura emanating from the three Regis change.
They positioned themselves on the ground in a triangle formation, with Moltres in the sky exactly in the center of that triangle.
Julian didn't warn Moltres, because it had already realized what was happening.
A flash of white light swept across the three Regis, and a semi-transparent energy barrier appeared between them, instantly expanding upward.
Moltres didn't react, allowing the energy barrier to envelope it completely.
Then, the barrier began to contract from all directions—up, down, left, and right—steadily reducing the space Moltres had to maneuver.
'That's it?'
A fiery gleam flashed through Moltres's eyes, and the flames around its body surged violently.
A powerful Flamethrower shot toward one corner of the energy barrier.
With the boost from the Blaze Stone, the power of Flamethrower was doubled. At the same time, luck was on its side—it triggered the Triple Flame's effect, increasing the power by another three times.
With its power amplified fivefold, the color of the Flamethrower shifted from deep red to a purplish-black, and even the surrounding space seemed on the verge of burning.
BOOM!!!!
Unsurprisingly, the corner of the energy barrier was shattered instantly by the Flamethrower, causing the entire barrier to collapse.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
The next second, the three Regis were blasted away, their auras rapidly weakening as they fell to the ground, unable to move.
