Chapter 938: Chapter 1155: Entering The Ruin Again

Entering the Ruin, he spotted the towering Ancient Giant Tree in the distance. Mounting Moltres, Julian flew quickly in that direction.

The Ancient Giant Tree was guarded by the Regi trio. Back then, due to insufficient strength, Julian hadn't dared to venture too deep.

He had only encountered Mew because of Celebi.

But now, Julian was a Champion.

As he approached the Ancient Giant Tree, stimulated by Moltres's aura, the three Regis appeared before him.

"It's me," Julian said to the Regis.

The Regi Trio: "Who are you?"

Julian: 'Are you that forgetful?'

"It's me—we met a few years ago. I'm even friends with Mew."

Julian pointed at his nose, looking at the Regis in disbelief. Though they were at the Pseudo-Champion level and not at the Champion-level like last time.

The three Regis stared at Julian and Moltres warily, their demeanor clearly indicating they didn't know him and were signaling for him to leave immediately.

"Well, this works too. I couldn't beat you back then, but now I've got a chance to settle the score." Julian grinned mischievously.

If they had recognized him and let him pass, he really wouldn't have had a reason to pick a fight. But now that they didn't recognize him and were blocking his path…

"Moltres, I'll leave them to you."

Julian leaped off Moltres's back, using his psychic powers to slowly descend through the air.

"Tres!"

Moltres let out a piercing cry.

And a stream of Flamethrower shot directly toward the three Regis below.

Because of their unique synergy, their combined strength was far greater than the sum of their parts.

Facing the level 93 Moltres, they managed to hold their own for a time through their combined efforts, trading blows back and forth.

Julian wasn't surprised.

After all, the combined strength of the three Regis was already well-known in the outside world.

However, as time passed, the declining state of the three Regis became apparent.

Julian's Moltres was elite in every aspect—defeating the three of them was only a matter of time.

The next moment, Julian noticed the aura emanating from the three Regis change.

They positioned themselves on the ground in a triangle formation, with Moltres in the sky exactly in the center of that triangle.

Julian didn't warn Moltres, because it had already realized what was happening.

A flash of white light swept across the three Regis, and a semi-transparent energy barrier appeared between them, instantly expanding upward.

Moltres didn't react, allowing the energy barrier to envelope it completely.

Then, the barrier began to contract from all directions—up, down, left, and right—steadily reducing the space Moltres had to maneuver.

'That's it?'

A fiery gleam flashed through Moltres's eyes, and the flames around its body surged violently.

A powerful Flamethrower shot toward one corner of the energy barrier.

With the boost from the Blaze Stone, the power of Flamethrower was doubled. At the same time, luck was on its side—it triggered the Triple Flame's effect, increasing the power by another three times.

With its power amplified fivefold, the color of the Flamethrower shifted from deep red to a purplish-black, and even the surrounding space seemed on the verge of burning.
