Chapter 1169: Peace
Chapter 1169: Peace
With the planet suppressed to a mere Medium world with even less spiritual qi, there was nothing left for Kent and Uncle Drew to do.
The portal had closed some time during the massacre.
But Kent didn’t need a portal to go back. He only needed it to come, and now that he had accomplished what he came to do, it was time for him to leave.
They teleported and arrived in Fedora within a second, where cheers and celebrations were underway. They had prevailed in their battle against the Orc alliance, and now, all they could do was celebrate.
With the Orc alliance gone, the cities under their command would have no choice but to submit to the rule of the Foxkin and their allies.
The peace they once had was restored.
Vexthra approached them the moment they arrived. "How did things go over there?" she asked, hugging Kent.
"It went well. It turned out they were following the orders of another race that was taking orders from a forsaken race."
Kent chuckled.
"King Balma and his allies were merely pawns they planned to use to build a forsaken gate into this world, and well, you already know what the forsaken race is capable of."
Vexthra nodded.
As a god, she knew all too well what the forsaken race was capable of. She personally fought some of them when they suddenly invaded a planet she had travelled to many years ago when she was just a demigod.
She was among the few who managed to escape with their lives.
So she knew all too well what the forsaken race was capable of.
"Do you plan on going after them?" she asked, a little worried. Since the world restrictions didn’t work on the forsaken race, there was a chance Kent might walk into an ambush where there might even be immortals, and worse, even gods.
Of course, with her around, Kent could somehow feel safe. However, as she said a while back, when there were multiple gods, she alone wouldn’t be enough.
So she was worried.
Kent kissed her neck and assured her he would not do anything rash.
"Relax, Vex, I have plans on how to handle them. However, for now, I will hold back from invading the forsaken world. There are some things I must know about myself first before reigniting my long-standing feud with them."
Vexthra nodded to that. It was good enough for her since she also planned to work around the clock, preparing for when Kent would go after the forsaken race.
Obviously, it wouldn’t be long since he wants to know more about his life as Chaos.
Kent observed the celebration happening, and all he could do was smile.
After catching up with Vexthra, he walked hand in hand with her to the palace, where King Hkum and the leaders of the Catkins and Tigerkins were.
The leader of the Catkin was a rather handsome man called Joshua. He has a small body, as all Catkins do. Of course, not all Catkins were petite in nature. Kent could see many with voluptuous bodies. It was just that this man was rather small.
As for the leader of the Tigerkin, she was a fierce-looking warrior who, from what Kent could tell, was a lover of all things battle.
The fire burning behind her beautiful blue eyes told him all he needed to know.
"And this is Queenie Opal Paton, leader of the Tigerkin," King Hkum said, gesturing toward the warrior queen.
"Pleasure meeting you, Queen Opal. I am Kent, as King Hkum said," Kent said with a small smile, making sure the queen softened up a bit. She looked like someone who didn’t trust easily.
"Nice to meet you, too, Kent. I have heard a lot about you from King Hkum."
Kent nodded.
He most certainly would not be staying here for long since he had a journey to embark on. "I have already dealt with the Supreme High World, trying to gain control over this planet through the late King Balma.
Now, unless you three decide to start fighting among yourselves, the peace you wanted has been restored.
There is no need to even consider fighting since there is more than enough land for you all to take." All three leaders nodded.
"Also, I have no plans on interfering with your affairs, so as to how you wish to handle the races that sided with the orcs, that will depend on you.
The only thing I would very much love is to come back here years from now and see a thriving world."
There was no telling what they would decide, but he would most certainly love to see this peace continue for as long as their world existed.
The three leaders saw no wrong in what Kent said. They thanked him, and after a few more talks, Kent left, saying his people would handle the follow-up once they made a decision.
Kent planned to concoct a Tier 9 pill and officially become a Pill Sage before leaving on his journey. He needed to know what would be required of him if he wanted to become a Pill King.
He had become a Sword King, but he also needed to make some progress in his Alchemy Path, so for now, he could only handle what he could and hope for the best.
After he left, the three leaders decided to split the five races into a working race. They would become workers who would ensure not only that the world was safe but also serve as cannon fodder in the event of an invasion from the outside.
In most worlds, they had every right to completely wipe out the five races. However, because they had a conscience and didn’t want to become like the late Orc King, they let them live.
In essence, making them cannon fodder was just a way for the three races to put the fear of eternal servitude in them. They would work around the clock because they at least got to keep their lives.
Of course, with the peace they had now, the chances of being attacked were next to none, for Kent had already made plans to keep them safe for the next couple of hundred years.
He could have just taken them into the tower. However, since they were now safe, he chose to let them stay there.
However, not all of them would be staying there. His ladies and legion had made friends, and so they took them to the tower. And since they could go back anytime they wanted, he let them stay there.
The more people there were inside the tower, the better. After all, he planned to build a functional society inside the tower.

⟦You have concocted a Tier 9 Soul Strengthening Pill. Purity: 100%, Pill Ring: Grey⟧
⟦You have fulfilled all the requirements to become a Pill Sage⟧
⟦Congratulations, you are now a Pill Sage⟧
Kent smiled weakly. He had become a Pill Sage, someone meant to concoct Tier 8 and 9 pills.
However, with the knowledge pouring into his mind now, he knew for a fact that Tier 10 and perhaps Tier 11 pills were what he should chase after.
In short, his understanding of alchemy surpassed his rank.
He looked at the next requirement. What he saw brought a smile to his handsome face.
