Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1305: Blood Calamity Fist

Chapter 1305: Blood Calamity Fist

Even though Kent knew the apple would dissolve when he placed it in his mouth, out of habit, he still bit into it and savoured the taste as it melted in his mouth.

"Still tastes great."

If the Tower were a person, she would have given him a deadpan expression. But Kent would have probably shrugged and focused on the message that appeared before his view.

He is shameless by nature. It is in his bloodline.

[Congratulations on awakening an Innate Bloodline Skill. Name: Blood Calamity Fist]

"Hmmm, looks like my assumption is right. My path as a blood cultivator had affected my bloodline, and as such, I have awakened a blood-related innate skill."

Although Chaos also cultivated the [Slaughter King Manual] as his cultivation method, he hadn’t awakened this innate skill — at least so far in his memories of that life.

However, Kent is now aware that his blood path is affecting his bloodline, and while that can be considered dangerous, Kent knows he has nothing to worry about.

If anything, this is a good thing. At least his path isn’t interfering with his bloodline, something that has killed or crippled many legendary cultivators.

A slight deviation from one’s cultivation path can cause irreversible damage.

But if that is the case, then this means he had to master this new skill to perfection by himself since Chaos hadn’t done that for him.

However, to be sure, he first checked the skill’s details.

[Name: Blood Calamity Fist]

[Grade: Innate]

[Mastery: Beginner]

[Description: Harness Blood Qi into a deadly fist...]

"Fuck, I hate you, Chaos," Kent smirked, looking at his mastery level still at the beginner stage. It is pitifully low for someone as awesome and handsome as him.

Every skill or technique has five levels of mastery.

Mastery Levels: Beginner ↠ Adept ↠ Intermediate ↠ Advanced ↠ Perfection.

If one’s perfection is on another level, they get a new rank called Perfection+. It is uncommon because most people take several years just to attain Perfection. Talking about Perfection+ is just too much of a stretch.

But seeing his mastery at the beginner stage made Kent curse Chaos for not awakening this innate bloodline skill and mastering it to perfection in the memories he had awakened so far.

Of course, he knew he had to work hard too, so he quickly snapped back to reality and checked the description again.

"Vague, just like the first one. However, vague things often turn out to be full of surprises."

"Let me try it and see what it is capable of."

Kent tapped into the Blood Calamity Fist, and at once, he felt the blood sea move and begin to form into a fist. In no time, a head-sized fist formed, looking more watery than something meant to injure or instil fear in the enemy.

"Lol, this is rather pitiful." Kent punched forward, and the fist moved. However, he knew it wouldn’t kill a Root Saint, much less injure them.

It is just too weak to make a difference.

"Again." He tapped into the skill again to form a new fist. However, this time he tried to make it more solid, since the previous watery look hadn’t satisfied him.

The mighty name of the skill even made it look pitiful.

So he envisioned a more solid fist and formed it. The size remained the same, but it was much more solid than the previous one.

[You have reached Level 2 beginner mastery]

"Oh, that is convenient." Kent punched forward again, and the fist exploded forward. This time, he knew if it struck a Saint, they would feel something.

It had levelled up his mastery to Level 2, which showed he had made the right move, and it counted. However, since this was the first time he was mastering a skill at the beginner stage, he felt he needed to do more.

Beginner wouldn’t cut it for him, not when he was going up against potential immortals. Thus, he locked in and started trying to make the blood fist more solid, neglecting the size.

It didn’t take long for the results to start to show.

[You have reached Level 3 beginner mastery]

[You have reached Level 4 beginner mastery]

[You have reached Level 9 beginner mastery]

[You have reached Level 1 Adept Mastery]

Kent continued to go on, making the fist more solid for a while, moving through the minor levels of the Adept mastery stage to the Intermediate stage.

However, the moment he reached the Intermediate stage, the solidification process method stopped working. The fist did become more solid, so much so that even a Spirit King would have to use defence to be able to withstand it.

He also found that the more solid the fist became, the faster it moved when he punched it forward. Naturally, that is what made it dangerous.

However, with solidification halted, he began to focus on size. He knew the bigger it got, the more or less solid it would become. In essence, to master this skill, he only needed to do two things.

Make it big and more solid.

As to how big and solid it could get, Kent decided to find out, so, not minding the passing of time, he started practising the skill inside his soul sea.

The moment he left seclusion, his destination would be the Void Temple, so it was best if he could master this skill to a level he could depend on in the upcoming battles.

Days passed, and aside from making the fist bigger and more solid, Kent did nothing else. Soon, he had turned the fist to the size of a mini mountain, solid as blood steel.

However, to Kent, anything but Perfection was not something he would accept, so he kept going. And after 30 days, he reached the level of Perfection.

[You have reached Level 1 Perfect Mastery]

In the air, a huge, solid red fist with a metallic shine hovered, casting a shadow over the blood sea.

"Now, this is something that can invoke the fear of god in the heart of even immortals," Kent grinned and punched forward. The giant fist moved and struck the blood sea, separating the water in half.

"Damn, that is awesome."

"Now, let me try augmenting it with the blood runes." Kent formed the Blood Calamity Fist again and summoned 1000 blood runes. While mastering it, he was also thinking of ways to make it even more powerful.

The answer that came to mind is the blood runes.

He commanded them to merge with the fist. The blood runes started merging to various sides of the fist, instantly increasing the danger level.

COUGH

Just when the first 100 entered the First, Kent felt his soul pressed by something extremely dangerous. He opened his eyes on the outside, spitting out a mouthful of blood.

"Well, I am not doing that again," Kent sighed in resignation. The idea to augment the Blood Calamity Fist came from the Chaos Shield, since he was able to augment that.

Now, he tried, and his soul was nearly injured.

"I can add at least 50. Better to be safe than sorry." Still, he hadn’t wanted to ignore the prospect of adding that augmentation.

"I wonder if I can augment it with the Chaos Scales." A grin formed on his lips, but he didn’t go ahead with that thought. Injuring his soul isn’t something he wants to do at this point in his mission.

"Okay then, time to go kick ass."
