Chapter 1752: Primal Temple Decision

Chapter 1752: Primal Temple Decision

While the Primal Temple was not that dominant in the Immortal Realm, they had quite a foothold in the God Realm, the Supreme Realm, and the Celestial Realm.

They were one of the major powers in the god realm.

Whenever decisions had to be made, they were mostly made in one of their temples.

Today, everyone had gathered to address a more pressing issue they had recently noticed. This issue had to do with Sahir, the Supreme Ice Mage’s return.

Sahir had already made it to the Celestial Realm and announced his return.

While Sahir wasn’t an issue for the Primal Gods in the God Realm, they knew they would eventually be affected.

After all, to them, the greatest threat to this universe was its heroes, and Sahir was once one of those heroes. His return wasn’t welcomed at all.

So all the Primal Gods were busy at work, making sure their plans weren’t derailed by the appearance of an old enemy. Unfortunately for them, things didn’t pan out as expected when news reached them that the person they had been after for a while had killed one of their own.

They initially wanted Kent to join them, but things are different now.

"How did it happen?" a Primal God asked, staring angrily at the Elven man who was the leader of the Primal Temple Xylarahi was a member of.

"She went to an auction at one of the famous auction houses in the Immortal Realm. According to the reports, the last item auctioned was the infamous flame technique known as the Finger of Destruction.

The second form was put up for auction by the Flame Demon Clan, and she placed a bid for it.

However, Kent Madson also wanted it, and despite knowing who Xylarahi was and her backing, he didn’t care and bought it. So she attacked him, and he ended up killing her without mercy.

The report emphasized that Kent Madson seems to hate Primal Gods the most, and more shockingly, he even knows about the Arcane Order."

"WHAT..."

Every last Primal God in the hall gasped, some even jumping to their feet.

"Are you sure he explicitly mentioned the name Arcane Order?" one of them asked, and the Elven man nodded.

"Yes. According to the report, he only attacked after asking that question."

"Then it appears we have someone who knows about our past identity."

"He cannot be allowed to live for long. If word got out that the Primal Temple was actually the famed Arcane Order, our reputation would hit rock bottom."

"That is indeed true. He must be killed before it is too late."

"Such a pity. Having such a talent among us would have sped up our plans. However, since he has revealed himself to be an enemy, he must die."

A few seconds of silence passed before one of them spoke.

"The request for his death must be sent to all Primal God Temples. Contact our allies, the Soul Temple and Silent Nights, as well. He cannot be allowed to live for long."

"I vote we put a pin in the discussion concerning the Supreme Ice Mage and focus on addressing this more important matter."

Thus, orders were sent out, and thousands of gods went into overdrive, working to locate the person whose existence now threatened them to their very core.

Word soon reached the Supreme Realm and the Celestial Realm. Just like the decisions made in the God Realm, they all wanted Kent gone, and so they made their move.

[A week after the Auction – God Realm – Pill God Brandon’s POV]

A man with handsome features slammed his palm against a cauldron, leaving a deep dent in its surface. His expression was so twisted with rage that his handsome facial features were almost hidden behind his scowl.

Standing not far from him was a god whose body barely showed any signs of life. This god was Axten Zul, the same person who had led a team of gods to attack Pill God Flura during her Pill Ceremony.

They had gone there to threaten her on the orders of Pill God Brandon, but Kent had stopped them and, using Ixeron, ensured his insults and warnings were delivered exactly as he intended.

Just now, Axten Zul had finally returned to the God Realm and arrived at Pill God Brandon’s private world, where Ixeron’s brain-manipulation implant activated and said everything it had been programmed to say.

"Bastard," Pill God Brandon cursed, his eyes bloodshot.

After unloading those insults on him, Kent had even declared that he would challenge him to a duel someday. That alone was enough to fuel Brandon’s fury.

As one of the greatest Pill Gods in the universe, he deserved the respect he had earned. But it appeared Kent had no such intentions. He had made sure Brandon understood exactly what kind of person he was and what he truly intended to do.

Hearing the commotion, five Universal Gods appeared in the room where Pill God Brandon was.

"My lord, is everything alright?" one of them asked.

"Do I look alright to you, bastard?" Pill God Brandon snapped, his fists clenched.

The Universal God, who had asked the question, immediately apologized and bowed.

Clearly, his master was furious, and it was evident from both his expression and his voice.

A few minutes later, Pill God Brandon finally managed to calm himself down before speaking.

"Send out the order. Whoever manages to kill or capture Kent Madson will receive a God Pill from me.

"I don’t care what methods they use. As long as he is captured or killed, I will fulfill my promise."

And just like that, another powerhouse had placed a bounty on Kent’s head, adding to the already staggering number of threats looming over him.

This time, his name spread throughout the universe, but those who took action were far from righteous people.

The Soul Temple had dispatched its agents to hunt him down.

The Silent Night, the only assassin organization in the universe that rivaled the Midnight Shadows, had also dispatched assassins to hunt him down.

Many others wanted a piece of him, but the man whose life was being threatened didn’t seem fazed in the slightest.

To Kent, he had reached a stage in his life where mere threats from immortals and gods no longer fazed him. While there were still gods capable of threatening him and Supremes capable of killing him, he wasn’t afraid of any of them.

This wasn’t because recovering Fjorge’s memories had made him unbeatable. Rather, it was because he had begun to sense changes within himself that seemed to originate from all kinds of places.

When Unity, Dia, and Lilian completed their mission, he felt it.

Then Enzi, Liora, and Princess Lovina completed theirs, and he felt himself grow stronger once again.

Aside from them, he could also sense that whenever his Beast Legion and Eternal Wrath Legion cleared a dungeon, his own strength increased.

While he wasn’t yet at the point where fighting dozens of gods at the same time was feasible, he was fast enough to escape from them while killing a few along the way.

On top of that, his combat strength had risen to the point where he estimated that once he ascended to the Demigod stage, even a few Supremes would be destined to die if they fought him.

In short, ordinary gods could no longer kill him, and even the Supremes would find it difficult to catch him.

As for whether that assessment was true or not, his upcoming mission to the Flame Paradise would provide the answer.
