Chapter 1778: Third Awakening & Formations (1)
With all seven techniques transferred to him, Kent felt blessed by an existence far beyond his understanding. However, he also understood the obligations he had to fulfill to live up to their expectations.
He couldn’t slack off, especially with the 37 years he still had left to cultivate.
"We have given you the techniques. What is left to do now is to cultivate them when you are ready. Of course, to prepare you, we will be giving you treasures that will aid you in cultivating the techniques," Jyoti Lata announced, and the rest of the Eternals nodded.
Parand took over. "You said you will be forming the next Chaos Heart and the third Demon Body before handling the techniques, right?"
Kent nodded in confirmation...
"Then what do you need to get that done?"
Kent listed all the items he needed, and when he was done, they just nodded, and Parand replied, "We will make them available within an hour. For now, you can go back and start preparing."
"Thank you, Seniors. I will do my best to impress all of you."
"Hahahahaha," Veylan Seren laughed, waving his hand. "Don’t worry about it, kid. You have already impressed me with your sense of humor."
Kent just smiled and turned to leave. Naturally, Fiannarel followed him.
"I will be staying by your side for the next couple of years. And before you try to say I will get hurt, know that I am a Real Eternal, so even if you give it your all, you can’t leave a scratch mark on my skin."
Kent smiled and replied, taking her hand, "I would have asked you to stay by my side even if you hadn’t asked."
Fiannarel smiled happily, seeing how much Kent trusted her. They left the building and began heading back to the cultivation grounds.
Along the way, many tribe members of the Red Bone Chaos Tribe kept staring at them, but Kent and his sister ignored them.
"So I want to know, what happened to those two wives of yours?" Fiannarel asked. "I know you always said they were your girlfriends, but you couldn’t fool my keen eyes back then, so I knew they meant the world to you. What happened to them?"
Kent first smiled, then sighed. "They both fell during the Sun War. Akemi died taking down a Pseudo-Primordial Stage Sun Demon and a few thousand Celestials with her, and Meiro single-handedly protected our home planet from hundreds of thousands of sun demons.
I wasn’t there when they died, but the messages they left behind before the final battle told me they were already prepared to die for me."
Fiannarel hugged Kent’s arm. "I am sorry, little brother."
Kent just smiled and confidently said, "Don’t worry about it, big sister. I am pretty sure they have already awakened and are waiting for me to come and get them."
She smirked. "I forgot you had allegedly figured out reincarnation."
Kent laughed, but he didn’t deny what she said. "You will understand when you meet the rest of my wives. Oh, I have over 30 wives now."
Fiannarel stopped and looked at Kent with a questioning gaze for a few seconds before shaking her head. "Unbelievable."
Kent laughed out loud as he entered the training hall he had been given to cultivate in. "My existence is a bit complex, so be sure not to get carried away too much when you start to witness some of that weirdness."
"I will keep an open mind then."
"That would be for the best, trust me."
Kent settled down on the cultivation mat, and Fiannarel walked to the sofa she had created and sat down. "How about Mother and those two troublemakers?"
"Mother survived and continues to rule the empire like before. Before I entered reincarnation, I helped her reach the Pseudo-Primordial Stage, so perhaps she has already become a Primordial after a couple of eras have passed.
As for big brother Legan and big sister Kavita, they had this crazy plan to venture into the Universe Ocean to live out the rest of the eras there. However, they promised to return if the universe ever found itself in danger again, so maybe we will see them again."
"I see. It appears I’ve missed a lot," Fiannarel said with a sigh...
"Rest assured, big sister, when we return, we will look for Mother and the rest of our siblings and have a family reunion. I am sure the old man would have reincarnated already and is probably jumping from one battlefield to another."
Fiannarel smiled and nodded.
The two siblings continued to talk for a couple more minutes until Jyoti Lata arrived with the treasures prepared by the seven tribe leaders for Kent.
"Good luck, Kent."
After handing over the storage bag, she vanished into thin air, reappearing in the hall where the rest of the tribe leaders were waiting.
Kent opened the bag, and with a wave of his hand, over a million drops of blood essence appeared in the air. He accessed the other storage bag and retrieved all the blood essence he had left.
"I will be going under for the next couple of months, perhaps years, big sister. Make sure you don’t miss me too much," Kent said, flashing a smile...
"I will miss you terribly, but I am an Eternal, so I have my ways to pass the time as if it never even went by."
Kent looked at her for a few seconds before shaking his head. Then he closed his eyes, and the blood essence began to enter his forehead.
In no time, thousands of drops of blood essence had entered his forehead and appeared inside his Soul Sea. Kent sat at the center of the Blood Platform, looking up at the blood essence that just kept coming.
"Very well, it is time to awaken the third blood gate." Kent formed a hand seal, and at once, the blood essence surged forward, entering a section of the platform where the third Blood Gate would emerge.

Somewhere inside the infinite expanse of the Void, a blood-red eye with streaks of gold, black, and purple slowly opened, causing the space around it to collapse.
It was as if this eye wasn’t meant to open, since the mere act of parting its eyelids seemed to destabilize reality and cause the Void to collapse in on itself.
Without blinking, the eye locked onto a lone target, and for a moment, amusement could be seen within it. However, after watching for a few minutes, it closed again.
Before it completely shut, however, the image of a tower with thirteen floors appeared within its pupil before vanishing into the Void.
The eye closed, and afterward, a sigh that seemed to resonate throughout the Void, spreading across the Universe Ocean, came from the being whose eye had just opened and closed.
Somewhere else, far away, six people slowly opened their eyes from a slumber that seemed to have lasted for billions of years.
One of them, a man forged through battle and blood, sighed before smiling. He looks very dangerous even with his eyes closed. When he opened them, it felt like the universe could bow before his gaze.
"Finally, it is happening."
The second person, a man who seemed to have been forged from lightning, also smiled.
"A worthy opponent is coming," he said, and the rest let out a low hum.
