"Good." Nana nodded and moved closer to Kent.
"Master, your current soul flame is only Tier Nine. Though it is more than enough to help you in concocting Tier Nine and even Tier Ten pills, I believe that after this procedure, it will reach Tier Eleven or even Twelve, which will be enough to concoct up to Tier Thirteen or even Fourteen pills.

After three days had passed, the pain started to subside. Kent felt his body begin to grow stronger.
In truth, this strength boost had started from day one, but he was in so much pain that he couldn’t notice. Now that he did, he allowed a smile to appear on his face.
On the fourth day, Kent stopped feeling the pain, and instead, he began to feel a nourishing sensation throughout his body.
"The nourishing feeling the master is experiencing is the armour fusing with your soul flame." Nana’s voice entered Kent’s ears, causing him to nod.
If only he had known that things would have been much less painful if Nana had followed the process she had told him.
If she had first upgraded the soul flame before refining the armour, the pain would have been far less.
However, the unruly Nana knew that such a process would be time-consuming and wasteful, so she chose a method that refined the armour and upgraded the flame simultaneously.
But it didn’t come without its rewards. Aside from the powerful upgrades, Kent’s body had now adapted to pain so excruciating that he would hardly feel much if one day he were to undergo a similar process.
In a way, Nana had helped him, and that alone was more than Kent could be thankful for.
A few hours after the fifth day, two messages appeared, and the sound caused Kent to smile.
