Chapter 560: Entering the Other Side

In the end, all battles with all clubs were finished one by one.

Almond, Admiral Rudra, and Lily were the only ones who purposely didn’t awaken their third True Concept.

Kexell, Hiroshi, and Bianca got a new one, totalling two True Concepts for each, as they previously had only one.

The remaining four, Natalia, Arjun, Silvester, and Big Deen, had a total of three True Concepts in their arsenal.

Watching them win the mission with first rank, John turned to Grimlord Spilcrown. "I guess not all of them reached the three True Concept mark."

"Indeed. But they did win, so it doesn’t matter. It seems they want more simulation and difficulty." Grimlord Spilcrown smiled.

"What do you have in mind?" John raised his eyebrows.

"Grim Students aren’t enough opponents for them, so I’ll send these ten to some of our allies separately for a month."

"That’s a good idea." John nodded. "The other Regalons have no less potential in them, so they’ll catch up to meet the requirement soon."

"Once they return, tell them the rest of the things about the other side and how they’ll enter." Grimlord Spilcrown looked at John. "And you should start your preparation. When are you leaving? It has to be three months or earlier than them."

"Next month." John sharply smiled. "Why wait to go on a quest when you are ready?"

"That’s why I like you." Grimlord Spilcrown chuckled. "Here’s some good news. Otis entered the other side. He’s yours to hunt. But don’t use resources on finding him first. Prioritize getting the Regalons on track and make sure they don’t die until they enter the factions. My enemies will know I sent them, so they’ll be hunted."

"Got it."

"Call me when you are ready to go. I’ll keep an eye on Regalons."

After saying that, Grimlord Spilcrown vanished.

John stood up and stretched his arms. The screen disappeared, and he also vanished before arriving atop the Palace Regalon.

Time passed as Regalons solely focused on their True Concepts and birthing various techniques through purely expanding the way they perceive and use their True Concepts.

They entered the year-end tournament and emerged victorious, acquiring one month of Ultra Dimensional Trip from Grimverse.

But before they entered, they were called by Grimlord Spilcrown.

It had been six months since they last saw teacher John.

More Regalons had also arrived in this academy, and even more went to various other academies as Levi was training and sending more while she was also getting more Regalons who were becoming Grim Residents from the Regalon Realm.

Soon, the Regalons arrived on the peak of a mountain under a beautiful night filled with stars and two moons.

Grimlord Spilcrown sat cross-legged under a tree.

"Sit."

The number of Regalons entering the other side was not low. Many had met the requirement of achieving a certain number of True Concepts, combat power, and becoming Grim Adventurers.

Among the old monsters were Admiral Rudra, Arjun, Silvester, Hiroshi, Viktor, Bianca, Liang, Theo, Paloma, Zauna, Christina, James, Aarav, Rafael, Aamir, and Annika.

The slightly younger generation was those Guild Masters and others like Liam, Ruyi, Quinn, Aria, Aryan, and Damian.

And then there were the latest generation of strong Regalons like Almond, Lily, Natalia, Emma, Marcus, Maya, Kira, Noah, Julian, Mira, Tejas, Valentina, and Kayla. The last four managed to squeeze into the ranks of top powerhouses one month ago.

Aside from them, the other strong Regalons not from Earth were Big D, Kexell, and Krala.

All of them sat down in front of Grimlord Spilcrown, who was subtly oozing unfathomable power that rendered everyone’s senses null.

"John has told you about everything already," Grimlord Spilcrown said as he opened his eyes. "But let me give a chance to choose once again."

"Once you enter the other side, your lives will completely change. Some of you might die without meeting each other. You will lead your lives saperately trying to survive and get strong until you reach a threshold where you will finally be able to gather in one clan after creating it."

Grimlord Spilcrown’s eyes sharpened. "Death is common there, but your goal is not be included in the general trend of that world. The other side came into existence to prevent us from finding the ultimate truth, the source of everything. It is a game that we must clear it and on that path, survival is the most important."

"Death there means ultimate doom. You will also never revive there unless you acquire extremely rare items as rewards from the system that governs the other side."

"But if you stay here, you can live forever. There are plenty of ways to resurrect living beings. And people of your caliber can reach Grimlord after tens of thousands of years."

"Of course, you will be far behind the potential and power that you would have bloomed if you enter as Grim Adventurers now, who solely focused on True Concepts, and can progress in the system there because if you want to become a Grimlord here, you will have to progress in several areas that will be erased once you enter the other side, rendering all the efforts useless."

After saying all that, Grimlord Spilcrown stood up and opened two portals. One to the left, and one to the right.

"The right one leads to the other side, and the left one leads to the Academy’s exit gates, as you have graduated and can go on Grim Adventures."

"Make your choice and go." Grimlord Spilcrown smiled. "No matter what you choose, I will be your ally, both on the other side and in the Grimverse, until I die."

After saying that, he vanished.

The Regalons were silent before all of them smiled.

"Not much of a choice for us." Almond stood up and faced the Regalons. "But you heard him. We’ll be entering the beginning of the end, from the looks of it. We have lost many people dear to us on our way here, but I don’t want to lose anymore. So you’d better survive until we can meet each other."

Lily arrived beside Almond and grabbed his hand. "Now, we know that we will lead different lives for a long time from the guide that John showed us before he left. We can only form up to a pair, so make your pairs and then enter."

"We’ll be going first."
