Chapter 646: Ananta Regalon Kingdom, Warfare Events
Chapter 646: Ananta Regalon Kingdom, Warfare Events
Morning in the Pocket Realm arrived with a quiet kind of grandeur.
The realm did not have a single sun, yet light still spread evenly across the sky, reflecting differently depending on where one stood. The crystal mountains in the north refracted soft hues across the horizon, while the eastern ocean sent slow-moving pillars of mist upward before letting them fall back in gentle curtains. The southern forest pulsed with a calm, living rhythm, and in the west, floating landmasses drifted in suspended stillness, occasionally traced by faint streaks of horizontal lightning.
At the center of it all stood the plateau, untouched and absolute.
And upon it, the ten-thousand-meter palace rose like a declaration carved into reality itself.
Inside one of its grand halls, the group had gathered.
The hall was vast enough to feel like a world on its own, supported by colossal pillars that disappeared into shadow far above. A long stone table stretched across the center, its surface covered with maps, markings, and notes from their previous discussions.
Everyone was present.
Rudra stood at one end of the table, arms crossed, his expression steady as he listened. Aryan leaned slightly forward, tracing faint patterns across one of the maps as he thought. Hiroshi and Silvester sat opposite each other, both focused, both silent in that sharp, attentive way that meant they were already thinking several steps ahead.
Marcus had his chair angled slightly away from the table, relaxed but engaged, while Maya stood near the edge, adding small adjustments to one of the maps without ever fully looking up.
Almond stood near the center, calm and unreadable, while Lily rested beside him, observing everything with a faint, knowing smile.
Ainen sat comfortably, far more relaxed than the rest, while his wives remained nearby, quietly attentive. Gopu leaned back with a bored expression that didn’t quite hide his interest.
John sat across from them, watching.
The Monster Sovereigns had taken smaller forms around the table, present but restrained, their awareness extending far beyond the room itself.
For a brief moment, no one spoke.
Then Ainen broke the silence.
"We need a name."
The words settled into the room with weight.
This wasn’t a casual decision. This would define everything that followed.
John didn’t interrupt. He simply watched, letting the decision belong to them.
Ainen leaned back slightly, thinking for only a moment before speaking again.
"Ananta."
A few heads turned.
"It means eternal. Infinite. Without end."
This time, the silence that followed wasn’t hesitation.
It was recognition.
Rudra gave a small nod. "That fits."
Maya added quietly, "It reflects scale and intent."
Aryan smirked slightly. "And ambition."
Almond repeated the word once under his breath, testing it, then looked up.
"Ananta."
Lily’s smile deepened. "That’s the one."
John nodded once. "Then it’s decided."
Almond finished it cleanly, without hesitation.
"Ananta Regalon Kingdom."
No one objected.
With that settled, the discussion moved forward.
The nine castles they had built on the middle-plane were impressive, but they were not meant to remain there. Those were statements. This realm was their foundation.
John stood, raising his hand slightly.
The space responded immediately.
Far away, across the middle-plane, the nine castles shimmered. They didn’t break apart or collapse. Instead, they lifted cleanly, separated from the terrain as if they had never been rooted to it in the first place.
One by one, they vanished.
Back in the Pocket Realm, the sky above the central plateau distorted.
Nine massive silhouettes appeared, descending slowly and with perfect control. Each castle aligned itself into position, forming a wide circular formation around the central palace.
When the final structure settled into place, a subtle ripple spread across the entire realm.
It wasn’t violent.
It was stabilizing.
The connection had been completed.
The Pocket Realm was now anchored to the planet. Not physically part of it, but linked. Present. Participating.
From this point forward, every event on the planet would involve them.
The meeting resumed without delay.
This time, the tone shifted.
John raised his hand again, and a massive projection formed above the table.
A planetary map unfolded in layered detail.
Continents stretched across the display. Oceans moved with subtle animation. Territory lines appeared, followed by markers, structures, and zones of influence.
Then four regions lit up.
"These are the dominant kingdoms on this planet," John said.
The first expanded, revealing dense military formations, fortified zones, and constant movement.
"A war-state. Large army. Strong command structure. They dominate through force."
The second region expanded next, showing structured development, organized zones, and massive production networks.
"This one focuses on resources and infrastructure. Their growth is controlled and scalable."
The third revealed a different pattern entirely.
Less dense. More concentrated.
"Fewer numbers, but extremely powerful individuals. Their strength lies in elite fighters."
The fourth followed.
Balanced. Evenly developed. No obvious excess, no clear weakness.
"They don’t excel in one area, but they lack no gaps either."
The others had scale.
Armies.
Infrastructure.
Development.
"All of them are strong enough that if they decided to destroy a newly emerging kingdom like you, they can do it," John Wicked sharply smiled. "It’s not about talent or individual power. It’s about technology beyond our power. Each of those four kingdoms has Tier-50 to Tier-60 technology blueprints that have boosted their military power considerably. The max tier of technology you will find here will be up to Tier-60. Beyond that, you’d have to move to the top-realm. Even if you have a Tier-61 blueprint, it can’t be unfolded, created, or moved here even if you make it in the top-realm."
Almond blinked. "So our first priority is acquiring technology to better arm ourselves?"
"Exactly." John nodded. "The only way to get technological blueprints is via Warfare Events. Almond and Lily have a real army due to their decks. The rest can use their cards to further empower the army. In any case, Warfare Events require people and strategic battles over a period of one month to one year. That’s how long these warfare events last. During the event, you can acquire temporary powers via the rules of the events, and ultimately, only one participating kingdom will win the blueprint."
Everyone felt a silent rush beginning in their soul.
"Sounds fun." Lily grinned.
"So is there any warfare event available for us right now?" Almond asked.
"Yep. One will start after four days. The entry requirement is ten powerhouses with 100 million combat power, fifty powerhouses with 50 million combat power, and one hundred thousand other individuals with a minimum of 1 million combat power."
John casually smiled as he pointed at a place on the big hologram map. "That place is the Warfare Event Gate. Now that you are in the mid-plane, the proper start of the third layer, your status must have a combat power indication."
Suddenly, except for John Wicked and his monsters, the others who were part of the Ananta Regalon Kingdom got a notification.
[Hell-Mode Quest: Warfare Domination]
—> Participate in the next Warfare Kingdom four days later and achieve a complete victory in it.
<Reward>
—> Random Tier-50 Blueprint.
—> All people of the Kingdom ascends to Tier-20 lifeform.
"Heh, something we were going to do in the first place turned out to be a Hell-Mode quest." Natalia chuckled. "How weak."
John wryly smiled. "Well, people don’t just start their kingdom like you all did... I mean, like we did. I already had a kingdom of monsters before I arrived here, so I am also an exception, but people usually start from positions in various kingdoms and organizations here and gradually climb up. Not everyone is also X and SSS-rank potential here us, but don’t forget that millions of X-rank and billions of SSS-rank potential people also die."
"If you think the Warfare Event is going to be easy, I urge you to abandon that overconfidence. Make sure your thirst for victory isn’t maimed by that."
Everyone nodded.
"Well, I don’t need to tell you that given the temperament of leading figures of this kingdom." John chuckled. "You will only have absolute peace and security that you can extend when you arrive at the same level as frontline powers, and for that, our kingdoms will eventually have to merge, not now, but later."
"By the way, I am sensing quite a few extraordinary things in this Pocket Realm," Ainen said, eyes sparkling. "Something beyond our current power. Maybe I can use it in my food to create some powerful buffs."
"Absolutely." John Wicked grinned and stood up. "Now, I’d like to continue, but the event I registered for is coming tomorrow, so I have to prepare as well. I’ll come back on the day your warfare event starts. Until then, make your preparations and scour this Pocket Realm for whatever gifts it’s hiding. It’ll be very helpful."
