Chapter 1025: Another Reunion?
After what felt like several hours, Rael opened his eyes to a message.
He stared at it for a few moments, then let out an exhausted breath. How many times had he had the talk with someone’s parents? Well, once, since he had only talked to Zafira’s parents, but to be fair, he wasn’t that good at these kinds of things.
Maybe all he was lacking was a slightly higher charm stat? Welp. Whatever the case may be, Rael went ahead and teleported over to where Lilith and Eve were. The moment he did, he spotted Eve sitting on a log again.
Just this time, Lilith was right beside her. She seemed happy, and seeing her this happy made him even happier. So when it came down to it, Rael chopped down a tree of his own, then sat on the log comfortably before nodding at Eve.
“What is it you wanted to ask me?”
“Heh. You carry that regal nature that my daughter does. Are you also some kind of King or Emperor?” she asked.
Rael tilted his head. “I’m the Ruler of Reality. So I guess I’m the King and Emperor of everything in existence. And no, I’m not exaggerating. I’m quite the catch, aren’t I?”
“Well, minus the arrogance and ego, I’d say you’re quite the catch. But it’s fine. William was just like that until I tamed him into a good pup,” Eve said, nodding to herself with an evil smirk.
A shiver ran down Rael’s spine. Did this mean she spent the whole time teaching Lilith how to tame him? Did he want to be tamed? Probably not… It did sound a little hot on paper though, so he’d just see how it went whenever she did try it.
In that regard though…
“Sure.”
Eve smiled. “Good. Then, you’ve already talked about children, I assume?”
Right as Rael was about to nod, Lilith chimed in with a ridiculous number.
“Yep. We’re having 10 children together.”

Undo“Ten…?” Rael paused. “Since when did you add another couple of… Never mind. Ten is fine.”
“Hmm. Only ten?” Eve mused. “I expected you to have a lot more, but it’s fine. Ten is enough for at least the beginning. You might be able to start a new faction with all those children. Oh, right. You said you’re strong, so you don’t need extra help.”
What was she even talking about? Extra forces? Did she think Rael would turn his own children into a spare army? That did sound cool, kinda. But he wasn’t really in the mood for that, since just him alone could be enough to wipe out every single being from existence.
In that regard, Rael just coughed and shrugged.
“We’ll figure it out.”
“Good. Figure it out when you do it. In that regard, what are your plans for the Demon Realm? You say you’re the ruler of everything, but there are also other rulers who rule over the things you supposedly rule, isn’t that correct?” Eve asked.
What a mouthful. Rael chuckled inwardly, then nodded.
“It’s not my position to meddle with the Demon Realm. Lilith is now in charge, and if she needs help, I’ll give it. If not, I won’t intervene. It’s as simple as that.”
He paused for a moment and added:
“As for the beings ruling while I rule, I don’t really mind. It makes automation that much easier, since they don’t know they’re being ruled over. And no, I’m not a sociopath. I’m just very lazy.”
Hearing that, Lilith chimed in with a nod, assuring her mother that he really was lazy.
“Hmm… Well, I hope what you’re saying is the truth. Though, for you to have enough power to bring me back, it still baffles me. But I suppose that’s it from me. I have one more request, if you don’t mind fulfilling it,” Eve said, standing up from the log.

Rael glanced over to Lilith, and she nodded, giving him the go-ahead.
“Hmm… You sure you want to pay him a visit? He’s quite a hothead,” Rael said honestly. “I remember when we first met, he wasn’t that bad. He was like a tsundere. Now, he’s like a closet tsundere who cares more about his daughter than himself. It’s a bit strange, if I’m being completely honest.”
“Aha… Well, he’s always been like that, so I’m not surprised. Also, you’ve had your fair share of meetings, did you not? Has he ever talked about me?”
Rael thought about it for a moment, then shook his head. He was sure she did get mentioned, but for whatever reason, he felt like it was better to just not say anything at all. So in that regard, Rael went ahead and simply created a portal to where he was currently located.
She stared at it for a moment, then stepped through. Since he made the portal fairly sturdy, he gestured at Lilith to go next, and when she passed through, he entered it as well. To be frank, he wasn’t expecting a very warm reunion, since he had seen just how messed up all these people were.
But at the very least, Rael was sure that Lilith would be happy, so he had his hopes up a fair deal. Finally, when he reappeared on the planet, he realized that it resembled Earth very much.
The only difference was that it had a fair deal of mana, but not many strong beings. It was a perfect world for someone who just wanted to settle down, and since that was his sole purpose here, Rael respected it greatly.
Still, when he spotted just what William was doing, he was left speechless. The lad was in the forest chopping trees and helping some humans pack their trucks. Was this really the former Demon King?
