Chapter 638: To The Capital *

The night was filled with nothing but pleasurable moans.

Nonetheless, as he lay naked in bed with the nude Lilith wrapped around him, he felt like it was time to get up.

Chuckling inwardly, Rael kissed Lilith on the forehead a few times, and then slipped out of her tight embrace.

He got dressed in a fresh set of clothes, as she had accidentally ripped his other pair.

In defense though, he had accidentally ripped up two pairs of her clothes last night too.

Anyhow, he made sure to buy her a fresh set too, since after the night, he knew her body likely even better than she did.

So when it was finally time for them to have their first time, Rael was sure he could make her enjoy it even more.

Nonetheless, after a few minutes of just admiring her, Lilith finally woke up.

She sat up, revealing everything, but then she quickly went for the sheets to cover herself.

Her cheeks immediately flushed.

But they flushed even further as the memories of last night flooded her mind.

“What have I done…”

Rael tilted his head. “Do you think it was a mistake?”

Lilith shook her head repeatedly.

“Not a mistake… I just said so many embarrassing things… I didn’t want to come off as an overly lewd woman, but…”

“I like you for who you are, Lilith,” Rael said. “It doesn’t matter if you’re lewd or awkward. I believe seeing more of your partner adds flavor to the relationships.”

“Partner? Relationship?” Lilith repeated.

Rael shrugged.

“We’re married. Plus, with you being so charming every time and obviously showing that you like me… Do you think I’m a eunuch or something?”

Lilith glanced down, then flashed a little smirk. “Well, now I know you’re not a eunuch.”

Rael rolled his eyes and leaned in, giving Lilith a quick kiss, then pinching her cheek.

“Ow…”

Ignoring her fake acting, Rael passed her some clothes, and to his surprise, she didn’t even bother asking him to turn around as she switched her clothes right in front of him, giving him quite a good show.

In the end, the two were dressed nicely, and they were matching.

Both of them had loose black clothes and nice crimson bracelets on their wrists.

They looked like a real lovey dovey couple.

Still…

“Should I clean the bed?” Lilith asked.

Rael shook his head.

“Just leave it be. I’m sure the servants will have plenty of fun cleaning all your jui—”

Before Rael could even finish his words, a small pillar of black flames engulfed the bed, burning it and the carpet around it, as well as a little bit of the wall.

In an instant, every trace of their act yesterday was gone.

Lilith didn’t say another word, and instead grabbed him by the hand and dragged him out of the room.

Surprisingly, the guards didn’t stand right beside the room.

Instead, they were at the edge of the hallway, and when they spotted Rael and Lilith exiting their room, they immediately ran up to the two of them.

“The mistress asked us to lead you two to her quarters when you woke up. Follow us.”

Rael and Lilith exchanged a glance, and then followed the guards.

They walked through the hallways, and eventually, they reached Elizabeth’s room.

The guards nodded at them, and then opened the doors.

Rael and Lilith stepped inside, and the doors were closed right after them.

Still… this room was at least ten times bigger than the one they had just been staying in.

And as for Elizabeth, she stood by her window, wearing a loose-fitted robe that revealed her slender shoulders.

That was nice and all, but after seeing Lilith’s whole body yesterday, Rael was completely unfazed by Elizabeth’s charms.

She eventually turned around and smiled.

“Lilith, I hope you had a good night.”

“You bet I did. I also hope you managed to sleep tonight, sister.” Lilith smiled. “Those dark bags under your eyes look very worrisome.”

Elizabeth flat out ignored her.

“Lilith, I believe today is the day we make our way to the capital. What do you say?”

“Of course.” Lilith nodded. “We can leave whenever you dress up, sister.”

Elizabeth smiled, and after turning around once, a fresh set of clothes appeared over her body like magic.

That reminded Rael that he might want to invest a few bucks into a changing closet-type of skill.

That would save him the trouble of having to spend five seconds dressing up.

Time is money after all.

Or something…

“Shall we go by carriage?” Elizabeth asked, and before Lilith could even respond, she added, “We’ll be going by carriage. We’ll take only one carriage, if you don’t mind. I’ll make sure it’s big enough to fit the three of us.”

“If you say so, sister,” Lilith replied. “We’ll wait outside then.”

“No need. Just follow me. I’ve already prepared the carriage.”

With those words, Elizabeth passed by the two of them.

She was pissed off.

Rael could tell that much.

Furthermore, the fact that she still lusted after him remained, so he was sure she would try something on the carriage.

Not that he would ever fall for her of course.

He just found it amusing how someone like her had no shame trying to do something lewd to her sister’s husband.

Anyhow, Rael and Lilith followed after her.

Leaving the castle, they were met with a surprisingly big carriage.

The three of them entered it, and Rael sat down right by Lilith.

Although it was peaceful now, he was sure that on the trip to the capital, there would be a few hurdles.

But unsurprisingly enough, Rael was prepared.
