Re-Birth Of A Genius. Creator/Destroyer

Chapter 1944: One Shot

Chapter 1944: One Shot

The Ice elemental energy within the city riled up crazily.

All the houses inside were covered in snow and all the liquids turned to ice. The cultivators barely managed to hang on, and some experts still felt the chill down their spines. Sam had his eyes closed, but he stood up for the first time after he started this formation.

The ice elemental energy sphere that was at his heart, suddenly appeared to dissolved.

It disappeared from the sit and it enveloped Sam's body.

He activated his fusion. It is very similar to complete fusion form, it is not complete. Because, Sam is using the Hydra's bloodline energy as well. Hydra is inherently a water elemental beast, but Sam is using the ice energy to mimic its bloodline circulation.

It is not as complete as water, but it is still good enough.

The circulation led to the nine streaks of ice elemental energy circling throughout his body. His skin turned complete ice blue and that energy is radiating of his body actively. His hair stood up on its end like he was some cartoon character.

Sam whipped out a bow that he made for himself and the ice elemental energy covered it.

The streaks of ice elemental energy circulated throughout his body and entered the bow. Nine hydra different hydra symbols appeared on the surface of the bow and they were surrounded by many more streaks of inscriptions.

All of those inscriptions looked like they were carved out of layered frost.

Sam raised his bow and pulled on the string. An ice arrow appeared on it. Apollo took this as a provocation as he also raised his bow. His energy reached the limits and he is even exceeding the limit of the energy that is allowed on this planet.

There are slight spatial disturbances around him.

As Sam pulled the arrow back with the string, all the ice elemental energy that was inside his body seemed to have charged into it. It is like he had compressed the tundra that lasted a millenia into the tip of a single arrow.

And even that raging tundra seemed to have compressed, condensed and completely tamed into that arrow tip.

Sam opened his eyes finally and they were overflowing with the icy blue light. The frost energy is leaking out of his orifices. He looked at Apollo who stood proudly and arrogantly.

"As High as you may stay in the sky

As proud as you may with the flames around you

I shall make you weep and make you cry

At the sign on my silhouette in front of you."

Sam muttered gently as he let go of that arrow.

The Ice arrow and fire arrow were both let go of at the same time.

Apollo stood there as he waited for his flaming arrow to charge, but what he or the other citizens didn't expect is that the moment, Sam let the arrow go, the puppets that are at various spots within that valley and mountain, suddenly raised their arms.

They manifested bows in their arms made of energy and shot much smaller frost arrows at Apollo who was standing there with most of his energy exhausted.

He was stunned and then only he noticed something else.

As his arrow made its way, the only area it caused enough destruction to create the crater, is the small area right in front of his foot.

Apart from that, as soon as the arrow moved forward, the crater that was formed was instantly being covered with ice and even the arrow itself is being consumed by ice bit by bit.

He widened his eyes in horror as he looked at Sam and the numerous arrows that were shot at him.

"Do you really think I would fight fair? I had enough of your antics for the past few days. So, now pack your shit and fuck off."

As Sam muttered these words, a the ice arrow clashed with the fire arrow. It destroyed the latter and went ahead to Apollo who was already bombarded with a hundred other smaller ice arrows.

Right there and then, all the arrows landed on him at the same time and every arrow split into nine snake like streaks as they entered his body completely.

His body froze instantly and within a moment, a life like gigantic ice statue of apollo appeared in the middle of the valley.

In that statue he is holding a bow as he looked at the sky as if he is asking and pleading for someone to help.

The ice energy ran rampant, but Sam who saw the appearance of statue out of Apollo's energy body, extended his hand and commanded all the energy back.

The frost energy storm calmed down and the rest of the citizens and cultivators also finally saw what was left behind of Sam's antics.

The ice statue signed brightly as the snow fell gently over it.

Sam chuckled at this.

This might be a lack luster finale for the disasters, but he is very satisfied. He is honestly getting bored of what is happening here and it has been dragged way too long. He is just glad that he ended this quickly.

Sam looked at the crowd of cultivators all looking at this in awe.

Sandhya, the young masters, all the formation masters that participated in this are all looking at Sam and the statue with great respect.

Even the Priestess looked at Sam with much more admiration. She walked to her daughter and said.

"See? He is that good. Who knows, he could have been able to stop the other disasters the same way. Just from the look of it, you can say that he hasn't even used all of his tricks. And some like that will do great even in the outside world that you are so unfamiliar with.

If you want to have a safe introduction with it, he would be the only way out for you."

Sandhya didn't even listen to her mother's words, she just stared at Sam's back.

"What happened to you?"

"Mother, I want to ask you. For the past few days, everything that happened to this area. Is that the true power of god?" She asked her mother with a shivering tone.

"No, it is not even a fraction of the power of a god. It is just a very tiny part of his will. Why do you ask?" Priestess asked in a confused tone, after all she brought up a completely different topic.

"Then, does Sam actually know what these gods are really capable of?" ReadNovelFull.com

"He certainly knows it better than you and I."

"Then, why did he provoke them like this? You said, these gods interact with the outside world very often and he interacts them with very often, why would he do something so foolish as challenge the gods?

All these while, I didn't really understand what these gods can do.

I have seen the disasters, but in a way, I can still comprehend them. A giant tidal wave filled with water serpents, a beast tide and attacking trees, a volcanic eruption and golems, I can understand all of them, but I have never ever been terrified of sunlight and heat like this.

I felt like I should have never stood against the god and I should never do that in the future. I felt helpless and useless. What made him fearless enough to do this?"

Priestess didn't know what to answer. Her daughter seemed to have been too shocked from the incidents. She has lost herself and is questioning everything way too much. Before the priestess could answer the question, Sandhya continued.

"Do you know what he said when he shot that arrow? He said that he would make the god weep and cry in his presence? Is it something a mortal should say? Even if he is capable of contending against the god like this, how can he dare say that?

We are of same age, his attainments are more than me, I can accept that, but are they enough to make him arrogant enough to do that? Is the difference so vast?"

"Why are questioning this? Sandhya, what do you want to get out of this thought process?"

"I was thinking of asking him to take me out of this planet. To stand behind for a while and find my own place, in the outside world where I could grow independently. I wanted to learn the ropes from him and understand how to run things outside.

But just from this difference, I suddenly feel a sense of inequality and subservience towards him. Something deep inside my heart is telling me to bow in front of him and submit my mind and soul to him if I have to associate with him anyway.

If I cannot get answer to the question I have. About how much difference we have, I might not be able to get rid of that feeling inside."

Priestess sighed when she looked at her daughter. She knew what her daughter is feeling. She has felt that before and her own mother felt that before as well. She just hoped that her daughter hasn't fallen too deeply into that thought.
