Chapter 2502: Aftermath

On the other side of the same planet.

The base was full of activity. They were mining the area and they already took control of the local force, who were acting as the cheap labor.

And everyone at this base felt so lucky and excited. Because the metal they discovered was new and it had a surprisingly great affinity with lightning element, even though it didn’t have any natural lightning elemental properties.

They already smuggled a shit load of it back to their families and they realized the deeper they go, the higher the quality was.

Everyone was ready to siphon as much as they can, since Vidyuth was not even there.

Just when they were about to happily take that day’s share... Vidyuth appeared out of thin air.

"So, you had enough of the ore? Or do you want take some more home?" He asked with a smile.

The student was blanked and he didn’t even know what to say.

"Since you are so silent, I guess that’s enough... even if it isn’t you will have all the time in this world to take as much as you want."

Vidyuth zapped his heart and the next moment, Night Ghost appeared behind him. The death energy invaded the target’s body and he turned into an undead. A feral one at that. A wolf puppet beside Night Ghost tackled the undead deep into the mining tunnel and all hell broke loose.

The lightning and the ghosts raged in the mine. Only the workers that belonged to the local force were spared, but even they were sent away from the mines.

After that, Night Ghost took out a storage ring and brought out a special batch of puppets. They are all shaped like giant earthworms. They all drilled into the mine.

Vidyuth and Night Ghost wrapped it up after everyone was turned into undead and moved to the next base. They actually left the puppets in there, without taking them back.

Their onslaught continued. Taking down one base after the other.

Meanwhile, the remaining members of Sam’s team also paired up. The ones in the academy used their authority to access the bases and the ones that are not in the academy joined with them to attack.

Even before the information could go out, the second grade Olympian academies were wiped out. And by the time, the news was out, no one knew where the perpetrators went.

Its almost like they disappeared into thin air.

That night, Bloody Chariot and Heron who were already busy dealing with the families that started withdrawing their funds and openly occupied the territories of Zeus academy outside the academy realm... got the news of the second grade massacre.

An elder stood in front of both of them and said.

"Across nine worlds, all our bases were destroyed. We only had eleven survivors that escaped these attacks and based on what they saw until now, no one in the base survived.

If we assume that’s true... then we have only around a seventy second graders left in total. The rest are all either dead or their status is unknown at the moment."

"What about the other academies?"

"Pretty much every Olympian academy is in the same state as us. They might have a little more people, but basically the foundation of the second graders is done for.

There won’t be many people that would go to third grade for a few years or probably a decade."

"We lost a bunch of first graders. Sam destroyed them. Now second graders are done. A bunch of third graders are already traumatized. And we can’t even get started on the fourth graders. More than half of them were killed...

Its safe to say, the Zeus academy has reached its bottom in my hands."

Heron said in a tone of despair.

Bloody Chariot on the other hand, had a different thought in his head.

"Where the fuck did they disappear to?"

On Darkhan planet.

In one of the most remote areas one could ever find in any planet that ever existed...

Sam, the managers and Sam’s friends. All 19 of them were at a camp they made in a mountain cave.

This is the first time, Sam held a meeting with all his associates at the same spot. They had introductions already and now they are all drinking and celebrating.

Ivar raised his glass in a toast and spoke in a drunken stupor.

"Sam, I gotta give it to you man. All this while, I thought I was the biggest son of a bitch that stuck it up to the academy realm.

But you... you my boy did more than just sticking it up.

You almost caused several academies to go extinct. There are only a bunch of third graders and fourth graders left. Once we do them in, these academies will be done for. Our revenge will be satisfied.

A bunch of has-beens like us couldn’t do shit. But you did.

I am proud to call you my friend. From now on, no matter what you do, I will be with you. I am your lifelong follower."

Sam just smiled and ignored him.

The rest of the managers met Ivar’s toast with their own glasses. They were happier than ever. All eight of them were the victims of the academy realm and its corrupted system. There were so many others just like them.

But only the managers were the first ones to resist and almost died in process. To their shame and pride, they had a youngster probably one sixth or one eight their age to help them get the revenge.

Sam’s friends on the other hand are not that somber, they just got lost in drinking and eating. They had to walk on a tight rope throughout their stay in the academy realm. They did something big and probably entities second only to the gods are waiting to kill them.

But they are so relaxed.

Icarus looked at Saber Monarch and Kiran who are chugging one glass after the other and asked.

"Are you guys not scared?"

The friends exchanged a glance and said.

"For what?" Saber Monarch asked.

"Your lives are at stake."

"We were born in lower realms, with the highest cultivation barely reaching the peak of Astral Plane.

And we met Sam. He saved us, helped us get revenge. We fought with men that we would never dare even meet face to face. We conquered planets, took down civilizations.

We came close to death so many times and finally we are in this academy realm. We took down the best of the best across the realms and brought the greatest academies backed by the strongest gods to their knees.

Fuck being scared, I am pumped. Those motherfuckers can come and claim my life any time of the day and I would be screaming at the top of my lungs in excitement."
